The SMS notifications service is an in-house built solution, so there’s no option to use a third party SMS provider.

Hi,

I’m thinking about buying bookly. it looks awesome.

Here is my question:

I it possible to offer combinded sessions

Like a booking requires the booking of at least 2x service A (4 hours each) and there is no way to book service A one time only

Same would work if service X would require to schedule 2×4hours appointments.

Is this possible with bookly? Out of the box, add on or custom development?

Currently, such an option is not available, though you could create a service with a duration of 8 hours instead of two services with 4 hours duration.

I am using the free version but I’d like to purchase the paid version. The plugin works on desktops but it’s not working on Android Note 5. On this cellphone, the customer can fill in details on the first page but when I click “NEXT” it doesn’t forward to the next page. Could you please fix this problem?

I’m looking for a booking plugin that can be used for two counselling rooms. We would want the ability for about 10 counsellors use this, on a private “staff only” section of the website where they would have a login. Then they use the booking system to book one of two rooms in hourly, half day, or full day units, each with a separate price. When they book that period it needs to be shown as unavailable on the system (but not show who has the room to the other users). We would want to collect payment at the time of making the booking and have automated confirmation and reminder emails.

Is this possible using this plugin? Thanks.

If I understood you correctly you want to rent out 2 rooms for 10 staff members, but to display it only for these staff members. In this scenario these 2 rooms will be set as staff members (as Bookly is designed to work with staff members’ availability) and the actual staff members will be the customers. Regarding the part on making the form available only for a group of users, at the moment, this feature is not supported. The only thing you can do is to hide the booking for registered users, but it will make the form available for all the users that have WP user accounts.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to import the Calendar, only export. The same applies for Staff & Services yet you can’t even export that information.

Can you please advise the best way to do this or completely backup Bookly as a whole?

I have installed the plugin, installed the gmail smtp plugin, configured everything, all tests of config are good, ports opened by host, yet I still cannot receive a test email or an email notification from the website, www.nimobiledetail.com. I need a resolution

If you tried to send notifications by using the “test email notifications” tool and you didn’t receive any email, then it means that your website doesn’t email notifications at all. You should contact your hosting provider regarding this matter.

After purchasing and downloading the plugin from our CodeCanyon page.

1. Extract appointment-booking.zip from the downloaded archive. 2. Log in as admin to your WordPress website. 3. In Plugins, click Add New and Upload. Select the appointment-booking.zip file and click Install Now. 4. In your WordPress dashboard > Installed Plugins, activate the Bookly Appointments plugin.

Hi There,

I have recently bought the bookly system and have had it on my website for a short while now, but I have started to encounter a problem.

One person can book an appointment with the recurring function and it goes through fine. Then the next person to book into the same class at the same time gets the message saying that those same appointments are filled up and gives them another time, even though those times aren’t full yet.

However that second person can go and book the session that says it is filled by individually clicking on each date to book. This is really time consuming and not what I had hoped for with the add on.

My system is connected to my google calendar but I don’t think there is a problem with that as it still recognises that there are spaces when you book each session individually.

Is this a glich in the system or is it something I am doing my end?

Should I reset the system and start again?

I only have a week to sort this out before I am away on Business so would appreciate a response as quickly as you can get it.

P.S. If there is a problem and it doesn’t work am I eligible for a refund as I need a system that is a smooth operating system for my clients without any problems!

The capacity option doesn’t work the same way as it does for single appointments, in case you use it for the recurring appointments only one customer can book a series for more customers, the second customer (or more) can’t book the already booked series.

Hi Alex, Can I please request a refund then for all of the bookly apps I have purchased because this doesn’t work in the way that I thought it would. My clients need to book on a recurring schedule and for only one person to be able to book that way doesn’t make any sense and becomes very time consuming for my customers when they need to book 6 months of appointments.

Customers can book an appointment and then cancel the appointment from the received email notification. By logging into WordPress, your customers can view their past and upcoming bookings right on your site, and even be able to cancel them right then and there (optional).

if the time slot was cancelled by one customer, then this time slot will be available for another booking on the front end.

Hi there, Two way sync is not working with google calendar. When I modify the event on my google calendar, nothing happens on my site.

Bookly provides 2-way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). However, each event from Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to the user in the second step of the booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

I’ve trouble with the final step in the payment for a service in a website: https://zaki.help. I think I’ve entered all the necessary details for the appointment setup. I also have a verified Stripe account with publishable and secret keys entered into the Bookly setting.

Hi! I have a problem in the system, when I have a booking with say 3 people and want to ad more persons in another customers name in the Calender day by day view the first booking always go down to only 1 person. Sometime i have missed to notis that and have got more persons booked than I can take at the same time…

If you want to set group bookings you need to set a bigger capacity for a service, so more customers can book the same service for the same slot.

I have that, say 6 persons maximum for this service, when one customer have booked 3 places so there is 3 left and I want to put in 2 more “by hand” I go in to the calendar – day by day view and click on the service I want to ad persons to and “ad costumer” when this new added costumer comes up in the list of costumers the first customer from before always go down to only one person booked – does not matter how many they have booked from the beginning or how many places there is left in the service. can I mail you some printscreen?

How to fix start time and end time?

Hi!

You’ll need to set Business Hours in the Settings tab => Business hours. Set the schedule for your staff members in Staff members tab => Schedule. Set service duration in the Services tab => Duration.
