Is it able to hide the Step 2.(time) from the front End? And to hide the time options on the first step?
I like to do a system for buying football tickets online, there the customer only have to check the date, the hotel, and the game. The other steps 3-4-5 is ok.

You can hide the field “I’m available on or after” by updating the shortcode of the booking to hide this field, please check this guide for more details: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form
In order to hide time slots from the second step and display only available dates, you’ll need to set service duration to 1 day.
Please, take into account that Bookly is designed to work with the time slots and the duration of a service is fixed, so there’s no option to choose the duration when you book an appointment.

My client needs the buyer to click, before they complete the booking, that thev’e understood the conditions and have the option to open those T&Cs, on page or in a separate window.

Hello,
Is there any way I can disable bootstrap js in your plugin? My theme already included it and it seems to have some conflicts on the Modal load. So far, I can’t add new customers or locations (add-on) because the modal box just suddenly closed itself after loading. Or could you please release the option for disabling boostrap js load in your next update?

Wow. I just pointed you to the exact problem why your theme “doesn’t work perfectly with all themes”, and you just asked me to fix it from my theme’s end. My whole theme (purchased on Enveto too) is obviously based on Bootstrap so I can’t just disable the whole thing to make your plugin work, can I? I literally shook my head after first reading your reply.

It’s a bit too late now, I already tried to fix it myself.
I disabled the bootstrap.min.js call in the Customers and Locations module’s “controller.php” file by putting /* */ to cover that line and it works perfectly now.
In fact, I had to do this trick on all backend modules’ controller.php files that call for bootstrap.min.js, since I found that the modal box on Payment and Coupon pages are also broken the same way. Who knows if my website is live, the frontend modal boxes on your plugin functions (eg. Staff Cabinet – Yes I bought that too) can probably be broken too and I then need to fix this all over again.
This is why I asked you to just add this simple setting in your next update to toggle on/off the bootstrap js call for those who use bootstrap-based theme (which I believe there are A LOT!), and your first reply surprised me a lot on how unconcerned it sounds.
Thanks for finally advising me to submit the ticket though.
P.S. For your record, I actually had to disable the bootstrap.min.js call in all modules’ controller.php files by using /* */ and needed to re-path the call to my theme’s bootstrap.min.js file instead after I found that only ‘Appearance’ page didn’t work properly. (But if I didn’t disable it, the Custom CSS modal box wouldn’t be loaded either.)
So yeah, it would be great for your next update to include the toggle option for using theme’s existing bootstrap.min.js file rather that enqueuing your own everywhere and causing the conflicts.

How can I sync/ get the Google and Outlook’s calendar details into my Bookly plugin’s calendar?
I can see bookly plugin’s information into the google calendar but not able to get the google and outlook calendar’s details into Bookly plugin.
Hi,
Bookly provides 2-way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). However, each event from Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to the user in the second step of the booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

Hi, I’m receiving an error message after reinstalling the latest version of the plugin and the multiple addon
Error message: “DataTables warning: table id=bookly-locations – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1"
Can you please advise urgently, my clients are receiving emails stating their appointments have been cancelled and others are getting appointments for the wrong dates and time although the calendar says different to the emails being sent? This is a nightmare!

Hello, whenever somebody books an appointment through Bookly it notifies us that the appointment is actually 3 hours earlier than they booked it for. We’ve tested it by booking from different locations and it always notifies the wrong time. Do you know what could be causing this and how to rectify it?

Please check if the time zone is set correctly in WordPress settings. I advise choosing a city from your time zone instead of fixed hours to avoid issues with DST.

Hi there, I’ve purchased bookly and I am hiring 6 e-bikes for either a half day 9.30 to 1.30pm or 2 – 6 pm. The other option is full day. 9.30 – 6pm. Ive set up the 6 bikes as separate staff members and also set the services as 1 x bike hire half day, 2 x bike hire half day up to 6 x bike hire and same for full day. How do I set the calendar so it only accepts a 9.30 or 2pm booking if half day selected and only have 9.30am as an option on the full day. Is it possible that it can work out if there will be bikes free for a given slot and only show relevant options based on this ? Any help would be appreciated.

You need to create 2 services with different duration (4 hours and 1 day). For the full day service you’ll see days for time slots instead of hours.

Hi, we experience problems with bookly plugin. Our WordPress version is 4.8.1. It seems to work well, but after a couple weeks of using all data disappears (show empty block) under appointments and you can only see all reservations under calendar. What we found out that you can see all appointments by login in with another admin user and if you delete the user who was working with a system for a while and create a new one with a same name you can see all appointments again. After deleting and creating a new user (same name) it looks like everything is fine again, but after a day or two it disappears from the system (sounds like miracle?). We thought that maybe someone deleted it as there are couple of admins and even installed Audit log to see what is going on. Basically it happened 3 times in around 2 months and even Audit log doesn’t show where that user disappears so we have to create it again and then everything is fine for couple of weeks. Maybe you had similar problems and have any idea what is going on with this bookly plugin as it looks like miracles happens?

Yes, this behavior occurs when use filters for the appointments menu/tab and then delete either the staff member or the service that was selected for the filter. So as that value no longer exists it will no longer display any appointments. In this scenario you need to reset this list by choosing/setting a value for all filters then reset/remove these values and appointments should be displayed.

Hello! I have a client that has a WooCommerce shopping cart selling organic popcorn. She ships popcorn orders but also needs the ability to allow customers to schedule a time to pickup their orders (free service). Does your plugin integrate during the checkout process or after? And can this ability to schedule a pickup time be of no charge? Please advise.

The purpose of the WooCommerce integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce). So, if you enable this integration, customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step and payments from Bookly will be disabled. To set this integration, you’ll need a product that will serve as a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce. Though even if you use this integration, you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.

Please check if the services are linked to staff members, as Bookly is designed to work with staff members availability, is there’s no staff member to provide the service the no slots will be available for booking. Besides that please check the Visibility field for both staff members and services -> its need to be set to “public”, as in case it’s set to private then staff member and service won’t be available for booking.

- staff is public.
- staff is assigned to the service, and the service is also public.
it works fine when I’m logged in.
but there are problems when I’m logged out.
I’ve also check changing the javascript loading from enqueue to print and the problem persist.
Any clue? please let me know what else I should check.

There’s could be several reasons why the email ends in the spam folder, usually it happens because the mail filter finds suspicious content, mail server is not set properly or is blacklisted.
You could try to use an SMTP plugin for this need, it helped some of our clients, you can check this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/

Hi there,
I have a presale question.
Is your booking system usable for apartment / b&b booking?
I’m looking for a booking system a booking system based on full weeks for specific rooms ( people must book from Saturday to Saturday )
And for other rooms a minimum numbers of days they can book (minimal 2 days).
So far there wont be more then 2 apartments.
Is this possible with bookly?

Bookly is not really suited for hotel/apartment bookings, though as workaround you could create two staff members that will represent these 2 apartments. Then create more services with different duration, starting with 2 days till one week. Regarding the one week service there’s no option to set it up so it will available for only from Saturday to Saturday.
