I just purchased your plugin and am having some problems.
1. Where can I add the PDF attachment for emails? I want to add a previously formatted PDF.
2. When displaying all 3 delivery method options on a giftcard product page the options and their descriptions are confusing and poorly arranged. It’s very confusing for customers. I’m assuming there is no way for me to edit this myself?
If not, you really need to alter this please so that the description comes immediately after the radio button option and THEN the data entry field. Some of the actual text also needs to be changed to make more sense in English. There also needs to be at least 15-20 px padding between each option to make it easier to read.
Please see below for exactly what I mean:
DELIVERY METHOD:
O Email To Recipient
We will send the gift card directly to your recipient’s email address.
Please enter your recipient's emailO You print the Gift Card
After checking out, you can print a physical copy of your giftcard to give to the recipient.
Please enter your recipient's nameO We will ship a gift Certificate to an address of your choice

(please add extra 10-20 px padding after preview too!)
It would also be really helpful if the radio buttons were all aligned on the left (as they are) but the rest of the text and inputs were indented and aligned 10px to the right . With the current formatting, the data entry fields and the explanations all fall directly below the radio buttons which makes everything look messy and makes it hard to distinguish between the different options.

After enabling the PDF setting from “Other Setting Tab” in Backend, Customer will get an email with PDF attachment . This PDF will automatically generated as any successful purchasing of Giftcard Product . There is no other way to put your PDF with that email.

About the Text-> We will provide the settings for each of the text in “Delivery Method” in our just next release From where you can put your own text.

Hi guys. I downloaded the latest version 2.0.0 and there is NOT an option for enabling PDF in the “Other Setting Tab”. Under Woocommerce -> Gift Manager --> Other Settings the only 5 options are:
Enable Bcc option for Giftcard mails
Disable Apply Coupon Fields
Disable Resend Button
Disable Send Today Button
Disable Preview Button…
Where exactly can I activate the PDF – as without it – the gift card being printed through the email client looks awful.
Very confused as to why your plugin page says version 2.1.2 – and yet the download version that installs when I upload the latest download on codecanyon is 2.0.0.??

As mentioned above… I only bought this plugin on Envato 2 days ago – and the version that is STILL being downloaded via the site is 2.0.0. I have deactivated and uninstalled the plugin now TWICE and re-downloaded and still just keep getting version 2.0.0. Please advise where I can get the up-to-date version asap???

Guys, this is now getting ridiculous. I am NOT mistaken. I just told you above I have ALREADY deleted the plugin, re-downloaded and re-installed it THREE times now in the last 24 hours – and it continually keeps re-installing version 2.0.0. As I also mentioned, I can not be mistaken as I only purchased this 2 DAYS ago so had no way to even access an old version! Yes our plugin work same as you have listed the features . Coupons get automatically generated as any successful purchasing of giftcard products . And that Coupon code is totally based on Giftcard product price. For example ($100 giftcard product will generate $100 Amount of coupon code , another product of $50 will produce $50 amount of coupon code)

As we provide Gift Coupons with the same amount as the GiftCard Product Price, And Now recipient can use that coupon amount for purchasing other products . But this amount will be fixed amount not in percentage basis. (For example- Recipient have a gift coupon with amount $30 then he or she purchase any product and can reduce that product price in fixed amount [$30] . Not in % basis .)

dose the plugin generate gift card based on user rule, cart total ? or specific conditions ? for example if a customer place a $100 order, could the plugin generate $10 gift card as a reward ?

Amount of Gift Coupon is totally based on what the Giftcard price has been selected by the customer . If a customer purchased a Giftcard with price $100 then he or she will get the coupon with the same amount . There is no relation with the cart total amount and the coupon amount.

If the cart only contains gift card products then it is possible not to display paypal gateway using the setting provided in General Setting Tab. You just have to choose the payment gateways for your Gift card products. But if the cart contains other products along with Gift card product then all payment gateways are shown as we cannot restrict gateways for other products.

Installed two days back working great and found one bug and few suggestions.
1) I provide multiple payment methods including COD and configured gift card plugin with online payment only.
The problem is if i have only the gift card on checkout online payment only shows for me as option but when i have multiple products on my cart including gift card all payment options are shown – i need to show only online payment because gift card has to be purchased through online payment only.
2) Bug: after installing this plugin all my COD orders received are automatically changes the status from processing to completed within few seconds of receiving the order and the invoice gets generated.
This has made lot of confusion on our order processing team and they are unable to keep track of the order status please check to this on high priority.
Suggestion: 3) When buyer selecting option to send gift cards by email then we need to get the Name of recipient and as well email:
From :Bill Gates To :jeff@amazon.com – here name should be provided instead of email it should be like this:

This is the way it works, In general tab there is a setting of “Enable Payment Gateways for Giftcard”, in this setting whatever payment method you will select it will get displayed on Checkout page (when only gift card products are there), But when you have multiple products the gift card payment method will get overridden by your woocommerce selected payment methods.

I installed the plugin and imported the pdf templates. However, as soon as I order one, the pdf in the email, is missing all the images. The email body itself shows all the images correctly. The preview online too. Just not the pdf attachment. Even the generated coupon code is not in the pdf. Hope you can help.

In Canada, When gift certificates are used to pay for part of a taxable purchase, the GST or HST is calculated based on the price of the item, and then the amount of the gift certificate is deducted, as if it were cash, as in the following example:
Price of item $100.00
HST @13% 13.00
Subtotal $113.00
Less gift certificate (20.00)
Net charge to customer $93.00
Possilbe to do that with your plugin?
