Have bookly installed and it has been working fine.
All of a sudden it’s stopped working, you can’t move on a table to book slots, even in the back-end to manual add an appointment you can’t select a service. Have gone to the logs on the server and this is the error:

2 questions: Is there any way to customise the email? Within the email, i purchased the service add ons – none of these are included – how can I add these to the email? I have all day booking available – but when you use the booking form it won’t let you book on the day of booking. Is there any way to allow this?

1. Could you please advise which information would you like to add to the email?
2. In this case, please check if the feature “Minimum time required prior to booking” is disabled or set the minimum time before the appointment time in Bookly => Settings => General. Also, please check the staff members schedule in the staff members tab and also if the correct time zone is set in WordPress settings (I advise to choose a city instead of fixed hours to avoid issues with DST).

Hi Ladela. Firstly, this is a great plugin and has some amazing features.
I’d like to know if there is any future development planned (or an additional add-on) for the 2-way Google Calendar sync? I purchased this plugin based on that very large selling point as it seems to be the only appointment / booking plugin making that claim but it doesn’t quite work as i’d hoped.
It’s a bit more like a 1.5-way sync as any items added or edited in Google Cal don’t show up in the plugin / Wordpress. This makes management of my appointments more complex that it needs to be as i have to work from Google Cal to make sure i get an up to date & accurate list of all appointments, and not from the plugin or Wordpress dashboard.
Hopefully this on your list of things to update in the future.

Hi, when a transaction was not successfully completed it must be removed from the google calendar. Or it must appear in the google calendar only after it was successfully completed.
At this point my the calendar is full of transactions which were not successful. The availability in the calendar is being occupied by tese face transactions and the slots are available for the real ones.
Can you fix it?

I am very confused about the license. I have a consulting company that I have several packages I offer to clients. However, I have a free 30 minute consult appointment and then they have weekly paid sessions. However, the packages vary from 60 minutes to 90 minutes in length. Which license would cover this?

Features of the plugin don’t depend on license type. Once you make the purchase, you’ll receive the plugin and a support pack for 6 months. If you need support after it expires, you’ll need to extend it.

Please check if you have the relevant codes in the booking form. You probably need to use the {total_price} code to have the calculated price, which can be updated in the appearance tab/menu.

In the Appearance tab of your back end at the “Details” step you’ll need to add the {total_price} code to the line “You selected a booking for {service_name}, {service_date}. The price for the booking is {total_price} instead of {service_price}.”

Hi Ladela im looking for an plugin exactly like this. I have been searching through the backend demo and the comments, but haven’t found the option yet.
Is it really true that you cant set it up to book 24h at a time and then remove the hour selection from front end. It should be used for our rental service, where customers will be informed that they can pickup items at 12am and deliver them back before 12am the next day or day after if they pay/book 2 days. It should actually work a bit like an hotel.
Please tell me its possible to do day bookings instead of the hour/min bookings. Thanks in advance

Currently, services can have a max duration of 7 days. The plugin is not really suited for the hotel/rental bookings, regarding the time you can indicate manually the pick up/deliver back time.

You might create a WP account with Editor role and associate it with a Staff Member account in Bookly. Once logged-in, such users will have limited access: they will only be able to edit their own settings and operate Calendar with own events in the backend.

Hello. Bookly is not showing the cart in the customer’s journey through paying. This means that they can not add any further bookings before paying. The cart shows when setting up the ‘appearance’, but not when shown in the front end on the site. Thanks for your help with this.

I have emailed several times about issues we are having on the 2 websites using the Bookly plugin.
In both cases, the submit button just stays on the loading graphic. When I open inspector in Google Chrome, I can see there is an ajax error.
‘http://www.oysterownership.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)’
The booking itself is added to appointments and customer lists in Bookly. However, the email/text message does not get sent to the customer, and there is no confirm email to the Admin.

I just updated the Bookly to the latest version 13.7. But when I updated my Woocommerce from 3.0.5 to 3.1.1 I get an error “Internal Server Error”
I have tested all updates, and it only happens after I update the Woocommerce 3.1.1
Has your latest update been tested with Woocommerce 3.1.1? if not, when is the next update going to be released?

Bookly 13.7 was not tested with Woocommerce 3.1.1 yet. I’ll inform our developers about this issue. Please, revert to the Woocommerce 3.0.5 for a while, or you can provide us access to your admin panel and FTP and our tech department will settle the matter.

Hello, We have two problems with your plugin, the first is that it shifts an hour all the appointments on google agenda ex: go to bookly display at 15H and on google calendar posted at 4pm and the second there is Not the number of participants in the appointments nor on the summary table, nor on the bookly calendar nor on the google calendar which poses us serious organization problem! In this case, you should make sure that you have time zone city settings set up correctly not only in Wordpress Settings but also in Google Calendar account. I advise choosing a city instead of fixed hours to avoid issues with DST.
Also, please try to disconnect then connect back the staff member and change the value for this setting: Limit number of fetched events from 50 to 500 events, then add a test appointment.
