Yes, we have already implemented a membership system (here is the documentation).

I plan to come with survey website and certain survey is only limited to a group of people eg 500 people with valid Identity number. This group of people may not have email address or register as member. Is there anyway this EasyForm can support my requirements? If no, is there any alternative workaround?

Sure, you can create a Password Protected Form and limit the total number of submissions to 500. Also, you can limit the submissions from the same IP to 1.

The password you refer is 500 peoples will share the same password? If yes, then mean as long as this password “lead out” and everyone will able to update the survey as long as knowing the password and for this case will make the survey result is not meaningful. If my interpretation is not right, please correct me.
What I want is this particular survey will not require to enter password but they have to input personal identify card # as verification. At the end of submission, the system will need to validate this identify card number whether exist in this 500 peoples list. If yes, they are considered valid surveyor else will prompt message or “ignore” their survey result.

I get it. What you need is to validate a field value against a group of values manually inserted to the system. If the value doesn’t match, the form can’t be sent. Right?

So far the application was installed on all shared hosting (including Godaddy, Dreamhost, Siteground…), but each hosting has its own configuration. So, if you have any problems, don’t hesitate to contact us via our support page, we will be happy to help.

By default, Easy Forms stores all the data in a MySQL database, the application’s db. And if you want to store the information in another database (MySQL or other) you can do it too, but you must use our WebHooks Add-On. Also, you need PHP programming skills, although the application includes an example script and you can read our documentation for more detail.
And about your second question, yes, you can export the Form Submissions as a CSV file from the user interface or from the command console, if you require an automated system.
