1) Yes, in your own domain. After the purchase you will be able to download the script and install it on your own hosting.

The form is not sending email. I have it hosted locally on XAMPP. Where can I look to fix this? I see in the local email relay log that it is not sending at all from the script folder.

How can I disable or hide additional form steps or pages if the first question is answered no?

Skip is not what I want to do. I want to show a message saying you can not continue and disable the steps.
Currently I have it set to IF(Option = NO) then show disabled required field… so they can not continue. This is very messy looking.

1. About disabling options, this sounds like a customization rather than a app feature. However, the application allows you to create Basic Users, these users have restricted access to the Submission Manager to which the administrator has given them access. Maybe this can be usefull to you.
2. No, the confirmation email is sent after the form has been submited.
3. If you mean the update of the application, the answer is Yes, but the notification is via email and made by the marketplace. Basically, when the next version is approved by CodeCanyon you will receive a notification to update the script, the update process is documented here.
