Barcode Coupon Code: Hello I have updated the plugin I am loving the new feature that allows me to manually create a giftcard withing the dashboard. However I am getting an error. Whenever I create the manual gift card the barcode does not display the coupon code it only shows xxxx
Is there a fix for this?
Also I changed the barcode just now and I tried using the default barcode code39 and it wont change back.
Is there some way I can just display the code only without barcode or qr code?

It is not the error that only xxxx is displaying, it is the coupon code placeholder. so when the gift card is send to the receiver the original coupon will take its place
For displaying the code only without barcode or qr code you just have to click on the reset button given on the qrcode/barcode page and then normal code will be displayed.

Yes we can add this feature on your request, Here we will provide a “Include Products” Section and when you choose products into it, and if that product will exist in cart along with other product(which is not present in “Include Product” list) then the coupon amount will applied on those product too.

Category limitation is important. There is only a gift for physical products. There are no gifts for downloadable products (coupon, ticket).

Hi, ever since updating a couple updates ago it is saying I don’t have a Gift Card Product set up in my offline gift card page. I saw you gave instructions to someone else saying they have to set product type to Gift Card but I only have Categories in my add new product screen. Please provide instructions to set up the product now.

I have been working on my site (which is not live to the public yet) and recently have not been able to get any payment gateways available for the gift cards. It has the old, “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state….”
I disabled everything that could have been making the error. It doesn’t work with any payment gateway on its own, but when I put another, regular product from my store in it, it will work with my payment gateways (Paypal and Braintree credit cards).

Please make sure that you have select the payment method which we have provided in GiftCard Manager Settings.Go to the Giftcard Manager->General Tab->Enable Payment Gateways for Giftcard—>Select your methods.

Hello, it seems, that you have a lot of bugs in your plugin?
1.)I get two date-fields in Product details with “from” “to”. What is this meaning?
2.)there is a datepicker, where you can choose a range of days as a customer. But the choosed dates are twisted and to change format in backoffice has no effect to it. The Day and Month are twisted, no matter, what i define.
3.)At checkout page, the customer has to pay for every single day what he has choosed! The amount is calculated from the fields “from” and “to” ... means, that a choosed worth of 10 euros over 10 days costs 100 euros? what is that meaning??
4.)After ordering and marked s bayed there comes a email to the customer with a button “send today”. But after click on the button, nothing happens! no email will send and therefore no code is generated somwhere?
5.) The price-tag for the used currency is missing in product-details and overview also!
so what went wrong with that plugin?
hi, okay, found it! it collidates with woo-booster and included Modul “bookings.” i have deactivated it and it works, but still not like it has to be.
There is an issue with tax now: giftcodes are shown up with tax, but after buying it, it shows only without tax, if i buy a giftcode for 10€, the sent worth is only 8,40€ in email. on checkout page, you can only redeem netto 8.40 € for an item…thats definitly wrong!.
In germany, we have different tax-legislations for gift-cards (selling have to have tax like physical items) and discount-codes.(without tax and redeemd after brutto – price without to reduce tax-value of the item!) thats the reason, that i had buyed your plugin -because of the ability, to set tax for a gift – card, like a item. (you discribed it, but it dont work like that)
also the quantity calculation dont work. if you choose more, than one giftcodes, you get only one code, but the price is multiplied with quantity on giftcard.
do you have an idea, what i have to change to get that straight?

Another question in the template of the card I see that already has a value in my case says $ 100 how can I change that value? I´m having an issue with taxes. When a customer buys email gift card for example 100€, the result gift card for the reciever is only 80.65 €. So it takes off the VAT 24% (we are in Finland). The VAT should stay in the amount, but can´t figure out how to do that. Urgent help, please!
Another, not so important, just annoying. The shop’s name includes ”’” (Joanna’s Beauty) and the reciever’s email shows it like Joanna’s Beauty. What I am missing/doing wrong?

Hello, Great plugin! though I have some issue: when a gift card is sent, the buyer gets 3 different emails: “your gift card was sent” – from your plugin “thank you for purchasing” with invoice – from woocommerce “your product was shipped” – from woocommerce
