Hello.
I am using this plugin. It is good. Can I build a responsive appointment website using this plugin. Currently, my website is not responsive.
How can I do? I need your help. Waiting for your reply.
Kind Regards.
Hi,
You can build a responsive website, though this doesn’t depend on the plugin. Probably you need use some WordPress themes that are marketed as being responsive.
Thanks!

I’m stumped. Since a recent update the text on my next button are gone. I’ve used the Firefox inspector to play with the CSS, but the words just aren’t displaying (and I can’t highlight them) although I can see them in the code. Seems like a CSS issue, but I can’t find it.
Can you offer some suggestions? http://www.lenashore.com/contact-lena-shore-design/schedule-a-meeting/Hi!

Hi,
I have a pre-sale question: 1. Can you sync with multiple Google Agenda’s or just 1? (For example with different locations)
2. Can you also disable the employee selection on making appointment?
3. Can you also specify the hours that appointments can be made? So if we say only from monday to friday 09:00 – 17:00.
4. Wil timeslots be blocked based on Google Agenda?
5. Which languages are already translated, is Dutch already included?
6. Can you also specify a time duration with a service?
Hi!
Thank you for being interested in Bookly!
We are working on new release which will be compatible with WooCommerce v3.0.
1. With Google Calendar synchronization enabled, you will be able to set up the synchronization of individual team members’ calendars from Bookly to their Google calendars.
2. Yes, you can hide the employee field so it will be less confusing for customers. You’ll need to update the shortcode of the booking to hide this field, please check this guide for more details: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form
3. Yes, you can set working hours from Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 with Saturday/Sunday as days off.
4. Bookly provides 2 way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). However each event from Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.
5. You can try the PoEdit tool for translations. It helps you translate certain strings of the UI, although it won’t help you with the translations of dynamic data (which users fill in). So you are able to translate the interface, but not the entered services, categories and other variables.
WPML is the recommended option for translating the plugin and offering multi-language support.
WPML will translate the entirety of your plugin, including dynamic info, i.e. service and category titles, scheduled notifications, and any custom fields that you’ve created by the time of translation.
6. Yes, you can set service duration.
Thanks!

Hi
Thanks for your help with my previous question.
I have few Questions. How can i change the colour of the text in Category and other fields. At the moment it is light grey and hardly readable.
Many THanks Azz
Hi Azz,
You’ll need to adjust the CSS to change the text color in this file: wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking/frontend/resources/css/bookly-main.css
Thanks!

Would be great if there was a “Copy” or “Duplicate” feature for Service Categories as well as their individual Services. This would save me a lot of time.
Hi,
Currently such functionality is not supported, though thanks for your feedback, we’ll take into account for future implementations.
Thanks!

The purpose for which I bought Bookly was to organize an upcoming boat party.
I need to sell different ticket packages. (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 person group tickets).
Buyers must book their boat ride time and then check out with their chosen ticket package. The problem is that Bookly doesn’t support multiple woo commerce products.
How can I have buyers choose their desired group ticket and make sure that they make a corresponding booking?
Thank you. The website is here for your reference: http://globalseoulmates.com/boat-party-booking/
Thank you,
David
Hi David, thanks for purchasing our product!
You can use the capacity option for this need, if offers the option for multiple customers to book the same service for the same time slot. If you want to set this service to be available only for a specific date then you’ll need the special days add-on. With this add-on you can disable the staff member’s schedule and just add this day when the event will take place.
Thanks!

Hello, thanks for the reply But this does not solve the problem. The reason is that I have different package tickets at different prices. For example 1 ticket = 35$ but 3 tickets = 99$ (33$ each). I want to connect the bookly service to various woocomerce products.
I managed to make the capacity option work, but the problem is managing the buyers. The email notification for ‘pending’ purchase is working, but the ‘approved’ purchase is not going out now.
Hi,
After changing the status of the appointment in the back-end, you need to choose one of these options for the “send notifications” field: is status changed or to all customers, otherwise notifications won’t be sent.
Thanks!

what is the command to send to all customers? Is it {customer_email} or what?
Actually, I can’t understand your response. I have the “notification to customer about approved appointment” checked…
Hi,
Ok, I’ll try to give a better explanation. If you set the default status of the created appointments to be pending, then all the booked appointments will have the pending status – so email notifications for the pending status will be sent. So if you want to send email notifications for the approved status – you’ll need to change the status of these appointments. You can change the status of the appointment by opening an appointment, then clicking on the customer’s name and on the pop-up you’ll have the option to change the status. Besides that you can also add this code to the email notifications: {approve_appointment_url} that will generate an unique link that will also approve the appointment (change it’s status) and notifications for the approved status will be sent. Though when you change the status of the appointment in the back-end, you need to choose one these options for the send notifications field, otherwise nothing will be sent: if status changed or to all customers,
Thanks!

okay that worked thank yoU!! Another question, will bookly be supporting the integration of more than one WooCommerce product?
Hi,
You’re welcome, this looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. That’s why I’ve created a new record on our Feature Request forum: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206397955-Tie-Product-in-WooCommerce-with-Service-in-Bookly
The forum is where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives. That’s why we encourage you to vote for your request (link above).
Thanks!

One more question, when I change the (Change it’s status), do I have to manually do this every time? How can I set that as the default setting? Thank yoU!
Another question…. how about using bookly with grouped products? It allows it but then i get the “this product cannot be purchased”...
Hi,
1) Not sure what I understood you here, are you referring to the appointment’s status? You can change it manually or use the approval link.
2) The purpose of the WooCommerce integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce). So if you’ll enable this integration customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step and payments from Bookly will be disabled. To set this integration you’ll need a “fake” product that will serve as a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce. Though even if you’ll use this integration you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.
Thanks!

Hi Team,
I am looking for a flow, Where telemarketers book appointments for my Client and get paid if customer visited my client. Against every booking , there is telemarketer name to track down booked by whom , after that if the customer visit to my client, the status of appointment changed to visited. On the weekly basis telemarketer get paid on the basis no of successful visited appointments (System creates automatic/manually invoice after a week )
Thanks
Hi, thanks for interest!
You could use the plugin for this workflow by using the pending and approved status for booked appointment and visited appointment. Currently invoices are not supported.
Thanks!

Would love to have a setting where you can get a “confirm” email textbox for the users so that they have to type their email in twice. Otherwise, it’s pretty common for people to mistype their email. Thanks!

Currently such an option is not supported, though thanks for your feedback, we’ll take into account for future implementations.

Hello, When you synch google calendar with booky, does it synch all previous bookings or just the up-coming ones ? Thank you
Hi,
After you set up the synchronization it will sync the up-coming bookings as customers can’t book appointments in the past – old appointments will be ignored.
Thanks!

Hello Ladela, We have your plugin installed in one of our websites with a valid license. Every time we attempt to update it the plugin always breaks, specifically in the step #2 (Time), instead of displaying the correct range of times, it displays times from 12:00 am until 7am which are not the times we have set it up to. How can we proceed for you to provide us support for this?
Hi!

I tried to install the plugin from my account download page but it doesn’t work. Is there something wrong with the zip file? This is what word press says Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed.
Never mind. I didn’t realize that I had to first unzip the download and look for the zip file inside of it. Once I found that everything uploaded fine.
Hi!
Thank you for being proactive in searching for solution!
