Hi, we sent you a question by the support button on your plugin we bought, few days ago. We don’t get answer. So we post again here our question : on the detail step of the process of reservation, the plugin ask the name, phone number and email. We would like to : 1/ don’t put “mandatory” the phone number, because there is pple that don’t want to share their numbers. How we can do that ? Seems like we can’t change fields on this step, and this is important. 2/ change / modify or add fields on this “details” step also. Same, seems like there is no options for. Thanks for your quick answer and support. It is urgent. Regards

Hi, thanks for purchasing our product!

1) Currently such an option is not supported, these fields are mandatory: name, phone number and email. I can advise to disable this setting: phone field default country and rename the phone field in the appearance tab so it will accept other values besides numbers – you can collect something differently than phone numbers, though the field still will remain mandatory.

2) You can add custom fields in the custom fields tab, which will be displayed on the details step.

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

What should we do? Free version worked fine, but i need support for two workers…

Why Bookly show time slots available when it is already booked. Booked time slots for a staff are marked as booked in admin panel but on main website it shows available for the same staff member.

1 – In the Edit appointment form, there is a field for ‘Send notifications’. Is there a way to have that default to ‘If status changed’ rather than ‘Don’t send’?

I’ve postponed your last 2 updates because the last update I made got me stuck with no way of recieving bookings, you guys helped me investigate the issue and after several days of downtime you fixed an issue in the database of Bookly, most likely caused by the update (said by your technicians). Today I finally updated Bookly again (since the season for my business is coming to an end) and once again I’m stuck with serious and very strange bugs. Directly after the update I added a booking through customer booking page, everything went just fine. But as I did that test booking I noticed that the last step button text was missing. I remember I read a patch note of you customizing this field so that I can specify the text. Ok, so I went in to the settings and added a button text. Now, when I try and book through customer bookings page everything seems to be going fine for the customer but in reality it doesn’t. *The booking is shown in Bookly Calendar, but without a customer attached, so in reality a blank booking. *The booking isn’t shown in Bookly Appointments. *The customer doesn’t recieve an email, probably because the customer doesn’t get attached. *The booking is synced to Google Calendar but as in Bookly Calendar, no customer attached. For reference I tried and add a booking through the Bookly GUI (Backoffice) and that works fine, customer attached and such, but no email gets sent out, which previously worked just fine.

How to solve this? Please help. My customer is furious since this plugin seems to be so extremely fragile, whenever we update. All of my other plugins have no such problems when updating.

This behavior occurs probably because you are logged in with your WP user account already, if you want to test this feature you need to be logged off.

Is it possible to pre-populate fields (name, email) using $_GET variables in the URL?

Hi!

Once a client has been registered as WP user he or she should be logged in the next time in order to use the same email. You can ask people to log in at Details step with help of [[LOGIN_FORM]] code. Once they log in the name, phone and email fields will be automatically populated.

I am no longer able to see anything in the Appointments view, but I can see events in the Calendar view. The Appointments view has no filters (that I can see). Any suggestions how I can get the events to reappear?

how to restrict dashboard access to bookly only? Thanks

Hi!

You might create a WP account with Editor role and associate it with a Staff Member account in Bookly. Once logged-in, such users will have limited access: they will only be able to edit their own settings and operate Calendar with own events in backend.

You will see the day begins at 11am? I cannot find why this is occuring. I need the times to schedule as such:

Mon 10 to 12, 12 to 2 (2-3 lunch) 3 to 5, 5 to 7, 7 to 9 Wed 10 to 12, 12 to 2 (2-3 lunch) 3 to 5, 5 to 7 Thurs 10 to 12, 12 to 2 (2-3 lunch) 3 to 5, 5 to 7

I am finding it incredibly difficult to simply align these times with the system. I have everything set at the times I want, but the system continues to show 11am and not take into consideration the ‘break’ i have also set.

Help in this matter would be greatly appreciate. I have read and tried everything I can

Please, check if you disabled caching plugins and set all parameters correctly. If you are sure that everything is set properly but it still doesn’t work – please, reply at support@ladela.com with screenshots and the more detailed description of the case. good morning, im having some problems with the appointment time, i set up the booking in the correct time , but when syncs with the phone , show a wrong time (like 3 hours ahead of the appointment) i try change the time zone in my phone and google calendar but dosent worl. can you help me on this? In this case you should make sure that you have timezone city settings set up correctly not only in Wordpress Settings but also that the same city is set in Google Calendar account. Also you might want to disable the parameter “Display available time slots in client’s time zone” in Bookly Settings.

I’ve been speaking to support via email but they’ve stopped replying. We’re still experiencing an issue with processing payments through stripe. The error I’m receiving is:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://clinicat.co.uk/liverpool-bookings/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://clinicat.co.uk/'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

I understand there may be some configuration we would need to do for CORS but without knowing what exactly is happening within the plug in, I don’t want to begin adding potential security holes into the website.

Please advise.

Would like to know if possible below. ‘revised’ “It cost $85 to rent. This covers the first week of rental. After 1 week it cost $1 per day. eg. If they want to rent it for 8 days, it will cost $86, 9 days will cost $87 etc….”

This is not accepted by Google because:

Hi, I use the plugin for some time and I am very satisfied. Currently, I rework my homepage. This means I create a completely new theme on a separate Wordpress installation, so that my customers do not notice anything. Currently, the bookly plugin with the license code is installed and activated on my current site. I also want to use it again in my new theme on my new site, I wanted to ask if I can install it without problems and without entering the license code. I would enter the licence code again after completion and when I adapted the URL again.

Hi There,

I am a web developer with a client currently using the Bookly plugin (website is www.bonditrainingcentre.com.au) for their courses provided and require technical advice.

When choosing a course from the website, the customer has the option to select “number of attendees” from a drop down field on stage 1 of the booking process.

After the client chooses a date and time for the appointment, stage 3 of the booking process requires entry of the customer information (ie name, phone and email).

At this stage the client would like the ability to collect the guest information of all attendees (if multiple guests are chosen in stage 1) i.e name, phone and email.

Is this possible at all? I know there are custom fields available at the “details page” however these are not responsive to the dropdown in step one.

Is there any way to call the dropdown in step one once the client lands on step 3?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
