Hello, Couple of quick questions – if I’m selling a “4 pack” of consulting sessions at a discount, how can the person making the booking buy 4 consulting sessions (for 1 price) and book all 4 meeting times at once?
Second – is there any way to have affiliate links so people who have booked appointments with us can use the affiliate links to share their experience? For example, I am doing e-commerce consulting, and would like for my clients to be able to refer me with an affiliate link so they can get a commission on the revenue (ie. either a payment, or a credit, etc)

This looks like a feature we haven’t implemented yet. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. The connection to a Google Calendar consistently breaks about 1-2 months after setting it up (It is missing from staff member page and an error appears). I’ll have to go in and reconnect the calendar / give permissions for Bookly to manage. This happened when we had one staff member. Now we have 2 with 2 different calendars and it still happens (though not to both at the same time, one can break and the other will be fine). Please let me know if you need any other information.

Try to disconnect then connect back the staff member and change the value for this setting: Limit number of fetched events from 50 to 500 events, then add a test appointment to see if the appointment will appear in google calendar. Is there a way to check against multiple calendars for for a staff member rather than having to designate one?

Not sure I understood your inquiry, how to check multiple calendars for one staff member. You create a staff member and set his schedule and rest in handled in “back”, the slots will be according to his/her schedule and availability.

We have staff members that have a work calendar and a personal calendar, so his or her availability is dependent on both of them; but, the plugin allows for only one calendar to be checked.

Hello, this is a pre-purchase question:
I am creating a room booking wordpress site (by hours). There will be around 10-15 different rooms. The users need to be able to book a room by dates and hours. The problem I am having now is I need the landing page to have a search bar or calendar where users can search by date/time or options for the available rooms. Would this be possible to be done by Bookly?

If you want to use Bookly for booking rooms, you’ll need to set up the rooms as staff members as the plugin is designed to work with staff member availability. Currently there aren’t any search options on the front-end.

For some reason the scheduled events in Google Calendar or not blocking the time off of the bookly plugin.
bookly to google is fine just not the other way around. I have two way sync on as well.

I have purchased and am using the bookly plugin. I was able to create coupon code, however, there is no way for me to allow the customer to add the coupon code to get the discount. Can you please advise? Thanks in advance.

You should check if Coupons enabled in Bookly/Settings/Payments. And your clients can add their coupon code during booking process on the payment step.

Is there a way that people can search multiple staff members at once? The placeholder for employee is “Any,” it tells me that selecting one is required.

There’s no search option for the employee field, though this field can be set so it won’t be mandatory. You can disable it in the appearance tab.

I am running your booking system for a community centre booking time slots. I have two types of hirer, public and regular hirers. Public is one offs like birthday parties etc., regular hirers are things like clubs that have the same slot most weeks. My question is, I want the Public to pay as they book but regular hirers to pay locally (i invoice them quarterly). So I need to show PayPal to non-logged in users and Pay locally to login users, I also do not need to show custom fields asking for address etc to logged in users. Any idea how i could do this?

Currently such functionality is not supported, there’s no option to create conditional payment options or custom fields. The only thing that I can advise is that you can bind different custom fields to different services, so you could bind a custom field only to one service instead of all services.

Hi, I just purchased Bookly and have a question: How can I limit service availability for certain days of the week at certain times. Per service. I have one service that can be booked on two tue and thu from 8-12 and 17-20 Second serrvice can be booked on any day from 8-17

In this case I would recommend to use Service Schedule add-on which allows to limit the hours within staff’s daily working hours when each service is available. You can set breaks in Staff member’s Schedule. Please, check if you disabled caching plugins and set all parameters correctly. If you are sure that everything is set properly but it still doesn’t work – please, reply at support@ladela.com with screenshots and the more detailed description of the case.
