Hi! I really would like to use your plugin to function as a hostel booking system and add ancillary services, such as yoga lessons and tours. I need to be able to offer multiple days for the guests’ stay. I can block the service as 24-hours, but is there a way to replace (available from) to (Check-in) and add another calendar option for check-out? If I can do this, this will be the perfect plugin so that we can upsell tours and services with specific times.
How can I create a way to prompt users to the number of nights (*24-hour “appointments”)?

Currently Bookly is not much suitable for hostel business. You can set service duration for 1 day in Bookly/Service/Duration.

Hey Guys, Great plugin and works really quick. One thing that has been mentioned to me and I’d like to rectify it for my clients is that in the contact phone number field, it’s confusing having that example phone number in there (in the case of Australia (0412 345 678).
Is there a way to removed the option to select your country and set it to Australia permanently AND remove the example phone number from the background?

Having problem with WooCommerce. When the product is added to the cart it is displaying the default price of the WooCommerce product and not the price based on Bookly selections.
If I had to guess this problem probably started with the Woocommerce 3.0 update.

Hi!
Even though email notifications are aparently set correctly (all fields are right), neither me nor my clients are getting any emails.
Even if I “Test Email Noifications”, it says its sent successfully, but I get no emails at all.
Could you please tell me how to solve that? The only thing I can imagine being the problem, is that I changed my corporate email from my website host to Gmail G-Suite.

If you tried to send notifications by using the “test email notifications” tool and you didn’t receive any email, than it means that your website doesn’t email notifications at all, you should contact your hosting regarding this matter.

I have added custom fields and when I test to get email notification everything doesn’t show up. I would like all text area and text content to show up in email confirmation. None of the text content is showing up. Can you help with that? Also, is it possible to convert the email confirmation to pdf instead of html?

I have 5 different services (A, B, C, D, E) and two stuff members (X and Y). These services are for groups.
Service A is available just on Monday and Wednesday 10AM-11AM, stuff member X. Service B is available just on Tuesday and Thursday 10AM-11AM, stuff memeber X. Service C is available just on Monday and Wednesday 11.30AM-12.30AM, stuff memeber X. Service D is available just on Tuesday and Thursday 11.30AM-12.30AM, stuff memeber X. Service E is available just on Monday and Tuesday 10AM- 11AM, stuff memeber Y.

You don’t need the service schedule add-on as service E is provided by a different staff member so schedules won’t overlap, the plugin is enough to set it up.

Hello, firstly your plugin is awesome. I purchased the full version because I wanted to use Custom Fields. I have 2 questions.
1. Can the Custom Fields have Conditional Logic? I want to have a drop-down list, and based on the user’s selection fields in the 2nd drop-down list populate. If this is not possible, can this be a custom request you can do?
2. I have created a form through another plugin such as Contact Form 7 or Caldera Forms. Can I use the shortcode to display that form in step 3 of bookly to get more information from the user? How can I do this?
