HI, id like to use woocommerce with visa plugin for booking via bookly. Is it possible to book something and pay with visa custim plugin via woocommerce?

Hi!

The purpose of the WooCommerce integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce). So if you’ll enable this integration customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step and payments from Bookly will be disabled. To set this integration you’ll need a product that will serve as a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce. Though even if you’ll use this integration you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.

Hi, Everything was working great with my website but now after a few months suddenly the appointments are messed up.

We used to just offer 9:30am and 1pm start times, but if someone has already booked the 1pm slot then it is not showing for other visitors. I’ve checked the capacity and they’ve also only booked 9/100 capacity. Please could you take a look for me?

Hi, I have three Staff Members but one of them cannot see the appointments of the main staff who has been linked to all the services in the backend. I tried switching the names to that of the main staff in the appointment page at the backend but no appointments were showing. Can you help?

Hello, Is it possible to set Time slot length per each service? I need my clients to be able to book some services with 15 min time slot length and other services in 30 min time slot length. Is it possible? I guess that it will require some modifications. How much would such customization cost? Best regards.

Hi,

Is there a way to use this plugin for a class registration? The classes occur at a specific date and time, so we do not need the user to choose a time. Also, some of the classes are 2 day events, so they have multiple times. Do you think this plugin would work for that, or can your recommend a different plugin that might work?

Hi! We have experience that some appointments has been disappearing. We are using the SMS notifications to make sure things stay on the place where it should be, but without the SMS sent history we would have been huge trouble. Is there any way you can look at our database? We are not available to update through wordpress because it says some files missing or modified. Thanks

Hi there,

I’m using Bookly Pro, and I’d like to have fields for both First Name and Last Name in the booking process, so that I can send out the built in e-mails that will read “Hi Joe”, rather than “Hi Joe Bloggs”, if that makes sense.

Is this easy enough to achieve with some adjustment to the code at my end, or would it likely be a feature you’d need to add in to a future update?

Hi!

Currently this payment gateway is not supported. Though you could use the WooCommerce integration, and use the payment gateways that WooCommerce offers. If you’ll enable this option, then the customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the third step of the booking form, and payments from Bookly will be disabled.

I’m having trouble completing a booking. After selecting the step of “pay locally” the status icon just spins and spins. Does not move on to show customer they have completed the booking.

Hi – I have a serious problem with the Stripe payments function. It was working ok up to last week – only thing I can think of is that the Stripe API version was upgraded…now when a payment is attempted after clicking the final NEXT button it just spins around and nothing happens. I have double-checked all my API keys and they are fine – can you help please?

I’ve purchased this plugin and was wondering if there is a shortcode to display an appointment list by user id.

All the appointments are made by logged in users of our site so is there a way to get all appointments made by a certain WordPress user id?

You can check the appointments tab and use the customer filter to display all the appointments only for one customer, currently this option is not available on the front-end. If you’ll add the appointment list shortcode and customers will be logged in then they will be to see their booked appointments.
