It can be of many reasons:
1. You do not have php5-mcrypt installed. 2. Your server is running out of memory. 3. You have an invalid email address under user or admin notification (phpMailer fails here).
You will know more when you ask your web hosting support to enable debugging and check the log files.

Or if you must CC the user notification to the admin, then under Result & email > User Notification > Additional Header, put something like Bcc: admin@site.com or if you want the user to know Cc: admin@site.com.

I have 2 problems. One large and one small
1. I have Your the plugin to generate pdf. When filling in questionnaires and try to download a PDF then displays an error: server patrycjabalcerzak.pl can now handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 I get only a confirmation for Admin about fill out the questionnaire, but does not have the user’s name etc, usesr does not receive any e-mail (but should).
The first time when I filled out the survey everything worked well.
1b. Is there a possibility that you could only immediately download a PDF of the completed questionnaire? Without any emails confirming etc?
2. The second problem relates to the date. When I click on the Fill the date of the entire survey moves to the left. Then everything returns to normal, but it is very annoying and the client did not accept this.

1b: You can redirect to the trackback page where the PDF button is present. Other than that, it isn’t possible right now.
2. That is a known issue with jQuery UI datepicker. We let admins put different themed form under same page. To make the datepicker inherit the styling, we need to add some classes to the body when it is being shown and remove when it hides. I will think of something to implement without losing the theme styling.

Coupon codes are actually a part of PayPal and Stripe payment system, that is the onepage checkout.
If you are using WooCommerce then the whole cart functionality is delegated to WooCommerce only. eForm just modifies the pricing and adds product attributes to the cart. Then you can use WooCommerce cart to apply coupon.
One last query. If i wish to have url that automatically applies coupon either to paypal system or woocommerce, how can this be done.
say for example i want to send email links to friends, such that as soon as he click the link, the product will be addted to checkoutpage or payment page and coupon will be applied automatically as well. so that he pays less if he comes through that particular link, is this possible.\?

I require a solution where by the data has for 4 main areas but can provide 16 different outcomes. For example of A,B,C,D- You are A & D or A,B,C,D or none at all. Not the best explanation. Hi, every time a user signs in, he should get a multiple choice question. Once he successfully submitted the form, this mcq will never be shown again to him. Instead, on next login he will be automatically presented another mcq, and so on. This has to be tracked for each user. How can I do this with eForm? Thanks Nik

What you require isn’t possible directly with eForm. You can setup multiple forms with different MCQs and limit the forms to logged in users only and once per registered user. Then in the message, you can link to the next form when user has already submitted.

If you are going to install on multisite, then you need to activate on per site basis. You can not network activate eForm and every site you activate, will have its own set of forms, submissions, data etc.

Hi. Super plugin, thank you. Two questions: 1) How can user submit the form before going to the last container. I have a query of 90 questions in multiple containers shown in pagination. The submit button becomes activated only at the last container. Is there any way to add another progress button indicating “Finnish now” which then could submit the results given until that container. Another option might be to have a scroll button in the progress bar, so the user could manually go to the final conatiners (I have 40 containers), 2) Any chance to have a swipe action for the tablets where the form in pagination format could be used using the swipe gesture? 1. Sorry it isn’t possible. At each step a validation function runs to validate the current tab/container. If you want th e user to move freely or go directly to the last container then both are possible though:

RTL isn’t officially supported by our plugin (yet). So I am sorry for that. You will need quite a lot of CSS changes to make eForm completely RTL compatible.

What you are asking isn’t really possible. eForm in its core will save the data on your database only.
If you are worried about increasing number of data, then you can setup a cron job or something to periodically clear things up.

It can be done in two ways:
1. The user submits the form and you show the score in the success message with the SCORE format string. This wouldn’t cause a page load.
2. You set same numeric value as the score and use mathematical evaluator to show the total on the last page.

Yes, if you are logged in and click on the login link the login for won’t be shown.
About the issue with registration, you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/if-shortcode/ to show the registration form only when user is not logged in.

1. You need to add this in the theme CSS or under Customizer > Additional CSS, not in the form CSS. Form CSS works only for form.

2. For the registration, we don’t intend to change the behavior for now. If you do not want to show the registration to logged in users, I recommend using this https://wordpress.org/plugins/if-shortcode/
3. For edit link, simply add &action=edit after the trackback URL.
4. Forms can not be unique to each user.

You can choose a different theme for login, except the customizable one.
Also there is no way eForm would override WP registration, reason is it is far outside the scope of a form builder plugin. Maybe we will develop an add-on in future to do the same, but not right now. You may use something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to redirect to eForm when accessing WP registration.
You can get the trackback URL by Quick Previewing a submission. Make sure under the form settings, Trackback URL is turned on inside Result & email > Summary Table.

1. Sorry registration with approval is out of the scope. You may try something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/ I am not sure if eForm will work with this though.
2. When you edit a submission from eForm > View all submission, it does not update the user meta fields. If you need to update username etc, then better edit the user from WP Admin > Users.

Reports are generated for all elements. For freetype elements charts aren’t generated rather those are shown in table.
If you like to download the submissions in csv then do so from eform > view all forms > download csv (hovering on the form you want).
If you need to download the reports then kindly purchase the exporter add-on.

2. It happens if you have HTML minification enabled. Kindly disable HTML minification under your caching plugin.

please, for SMALL TEXT. I choose number only (float and integers) it doesnt tell me there is something wrong, it lets me go to next tab but DOES NOT store number so when i click back whatever i wrote it gone. ONLY if I make feild required. and even in this case it doesnt tell me this is numbers only, it only tells me it is” required.” then i correct it, then it becomes green line

I gather you are on version 3.6.7? If not then please update.
For your number only fields, it works exactly as intended. It doesn’t let you enter anything except numbers. Under the error message it would only be shown if it is required. To let the user know this is a number field, you can place a tooltip or subtitle in the element.
The arrows appear as native browser control. For handheld devices, the number keyboard is shown. So this isn’t anything I would recommend you to hide.

FYI, the questions you are asking,
1. DatePickers can not be set readonly. If you just need to gather date when the form submission occurs, you don’t need to show anything. eForm does that for you.
2. That is again a design choice. You can apply CSS to force left align the heading.
3. For feedback matrix the placeholders are basically the column headings.
4. Do a compatibility test first, i.e disable all other plugins and theme and activate them one by one. As you can see https://eform.live/eforms/file-uploader-element/52/ in our demo everything works currently and the site is running eform v3.6.7.

No matter where i put css; custom css plugin. Eform form custom css. Customizer css. All doesnt reflect on the form that i embed on a page. Not all css but the most important ones.
