There is problem with https. If I activate it, images(remote from amazon) do not show on frontpage.

I solved. It was SSL plugin. I installed another plugin, it works perfect now. Thanks for help.

I have asked for support and nobody cares for me. The plugin is very complicated for people with little knowledge. There are many better Plugins put in Google aawp for example, in addition it is a very heavy plugins that makes the web very slow, which, it affects a lot to SEO. I request the return of the money. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Dear AATeam-Support,
we have quite a big problem on our Website where we use Woozone. We imported a few products which works quite well. But without doing anything (not adding a new Product or changing an existing one), especially over weekends, Woozone randomly imports products from Amazon, like DVDs or stuff like that on its own. We never imported products like these and we have absolutely no idea how this can happen.
Can you give us some advice or hints how to stop such randomly and automated imports of products? This is really not what we are expect to happen, as we need to delete those products nearly every day manually.

@Stupoo77 Exactly what we experience too! Yes, from our testing, when a product comes up with no price, it is no longer available on Amazon. All the problems with zero priced products not being moved to trash and the syncing not being completed are all a result of either of 2 issues or a combination of both. Due to the poor optimization of the plugin, it moves VERY slow and eventually crash. They repeatedly start over and over and never progress. They blame it on hosting. There is no reason that this type of plugin shouldn’t work with nothing more than enhanced basic shared hosting. I have the absolute top level of dedicated hosting and still have the problems. If you knew how much I spend per month on hosting would make you sick and still the plugin crashes. With all that said, what the plugin is supposed to do is the best in the industry and I have learned to deal with its faults. I wish I could spend the time on SEO that I spend on keeping the plugin running and my products updated. Add to that their Kingdom theme is a disaster. Wish I would have used a different theme. I had beautiful sites now destroyed by the version 3.0 . They fixed some of the bugs but many still exist and they are not answering support tickets. Very frustrating.

reggsenterprises – I share your pain! I’ve noticed you have mentioned a number of things on these forums and I personally find your advice really helpful so thank you for that. I get frustrated with these continual bugs and lack of support. Just on the subject of the zero priced products, I did find that the delete now button works sometimes, but then doesn’t work at other times, its really strange. Also when it did work, it said it removed 54 products but when I checked my website, even though a lot had gone there were still some with no price still showing. I don’t even know the reason why they have no price, I assume its because they are no longer available on Amazon?
Thanks Reggsenterprises – I couldn’t agree more, I think the reasons you have stated are absolutely right. The new Kingdom theme has loads of bugs on it and even the 3.0.5 version out last week is still riddled with them. I just hope AA Team can come up with a complete fix in the new version. The main thing for me though is to fix this zero product sync issue.
why dont u provide Amazon logo along with each and every product?

@Stupoo77 They are in denial as most developers always are. They blame it on our hosts and servers. I have had 3 very knowledgeable computer geeks look at the coding and because it has been patched over and over again, it has gotten extremely sloppy and causes a huge load on the servers. They need to do a total rewrite which won’t happen. I use the same host as they do and have a huge plan. Not my host or servers fault. In any case, when all is said and done, the plugins do a good job for what we all want so I have somewhat learned to live with the faults. I continually make suggestions and support requests in hopes of making the plugin better. Doesn’t appear anyone is working on the support tickets the past week.

I manage more than 2000 products with woozone plugin so I know it’s so much but I found page_enhanced folder in wp-content->cache generated by woozone containing a folder for every product I have. The question is.. How would I clean this so heavy cache and keep it lighter?

Maybe 250MB it’s ok for more than 2000 products. I’ve encountered a statistics issue with my server.. My site seemed to be more heavy than was actually. Now it’s ok.. Thanks the same!

Come on Support!! I have 3 tickets open that are being ignored. Is it because you can’t find a fix for the problems? One ticket is to fix the many problems on the new version of Kingdom that remain. One is to fix the many errors we are getting in our error logs from both Woozone and Kingdom. Most users probably don’t even know where to look for those errors. These errors are slowing down our sites. The 3rd ticket is to either fix the auto sync and sync cycles so they sync to the end of our products and not keep starting back at the beginning. and to give us an option to do syncs by a range of the Woozone product ID and not by page numbers which is sloppy. When will you address all of these issues? Please update my tickets. If you can’t find fixes, please let us know.
@Stupoo77 This is a problem we all have. You need to manually move all zero priced products to the trash. Support knows of the problem because they have a button in the Amazon config under “bug fixes” that you can use but that doesn’t work either.

Having some issues while importing the product is that previously i’ll import 5 product from amazon using ASIN they imported well after some time they all go to trash because now they are not in amazon or amazon affiliate account so i delete them permanently from trash after that i want to import some product with different ASIN number but they showing one message “Already Imported” I don’t know why they show me this message is there any section or setting in your plugin where i permanently deleted all the previous imported products and import new ones.
Could you please tell me what should i do ?

My website has products in it displaying no price at all, its as if the sync process is not working properly. I assume they have no price as they are no longer available on Amazon but I can’t be sure. Why are products showing in my website without a price? In the Sync log, which boxes am I supposed to tick to ensure this doesn’t happen?

The issue is that under the Bug Fixes section on Amazon Config there is an option which says to delete products with zero price. this is set to Yes but it is not working. Even when you click the “Delete Now” button it only occasionally works. So as this is an issue with Woozone, will this be fixed asap in the next release please?

@mgfrench There is also the cronjobs table. That combined with the search are the 2 that seem to get out of sync.

As for the 4 dbs – i have identified the search, the queue and the log one. Not sure what the 4th is?
