My website has products in it displaying no price at all, its as if the sync process is not working properly. I assume they have no price as they are no longer available on Amazon but I can’t be sure. Why are products showing in my website without a price? In the Sync log, which boxes am I supposed to tick to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Reggsenterprises – Thanks for the advice. I don’t understand why we have to manually remove zero priced products though as the application should do this automatically – very frustrating. Any ideas why AA Team aren’t fixing this fundamental error?

The issue is that under the Bug Fixes section on Amazon Config there is an option which says to delete products with zero price. this is set to Yes but it is not working. Even when you click the “Delete Now” button it only occasionally works. So as this is an issue with Woozone, will this be fixed asap in the next release please?
Wow, what an anger I’m going through and I’ve seen that on the internet a lot has the same problem. I thought I would buy and already used it at the time plus one error the following error has given a lot of headache after inserting Access Key ID And Secret Access Key Gives the following error when validating Amazon Error: 1 – SOAP Fault: (faultcode: aws: Client.AWS.InvalidAssociate, faultstring: Your AKIAIRXOY77KXRZXDFJA is not registered as an Amazon Associate. @mgfrench There is also the cronjobs table. That combined with the search are the 2 that seem to get out of sync.

I really need you to take a look at my Ticket: #21645 that I opened on Feb. 21 as there are important issues on it:
1. The shortcode for the Revolution Slider is showing up on my home page (which you say will go away if I install the newest version of the kingdom theme, and which I tried to do but there was no style.css file so it wouldn’t install.)
2. The shop page automatically clones itself to my site’s static home page, so I can’t use it…
3. The shortcode for featured products won’t scroll products.
4. Since updating to the newest version of Kingdom theme, both the footer content bars and top menu bar disappeared. These areas contain all pertinent Amazon/contact/and social media information, so I need to get them back. Oddly enough, they show up in the customizer, but not in the live blog.
5. Sidebars won’t work for posts with more than one category. It will show all of the different sidebars at once (example: a post with 3 categories will have 3 sidebars stacked on top of each other.)
6. the “blog” and “shop” sidebars that are supposed to come with the Kingdom theme do not appear in the widgets area.
None of these issues are caused by plugins, as I have disabled them all to check. So please take a look at my ticket, as I would really like to get these things fixed.
And if anyone here knows how to fix any of this, your advice would be greatly appreciated

@mgfrench One option is to ask for the most recent version of Woozone. It’s not always the one available for download. Download and reinstall WooZone. It has sometimes worked for me. If not, the only suggestions I can use is to make changes in the database and unfortunately that is too complicated for me to post here. Last week, my product search cron stopped working. No explaination. Support couldn’t fix it either however if I entered a new search item, that one worked fine. I ended up having to delete and recreate all of my searches. Now running fine. It is just a bug in WooZone that creates some types of problems in the database that confuses the cron enough that it can’t process. Each cron in WooZone has at least 4 database tables that control it and some contain redundant data. If any of the data is mismatched, the cron will not work.
@reggsenterprises It might have happened when I emptied out the queue and search DB’s in MyPHPAdmin. Do you have any suggestions I could try?
What do you mean by updating again? Just download a fresh copy of it?

Yes, that is possible. You can deactivate the On-site cart from the plugin along with 90 days cookies and you will get this behavior.

Hi – is there a way to enable redirection to HTTPS amazon? Currently woozone redirects to http://www.amazon.fr/ ... and NOT https://www.amazon.fr/. My site is also running https.

Amazon will automatically send you to the https version even if you manually enter http://
@mgfrench Happens all the time. Try updating again. If that doesn’t work, maybe support can get you started again. I usually have to go into the database and reset some settings and if lucky, they start again.
I know i have a lot of products on my sites but why does the sync process always go back to the start of the products and never go to the end? I know it records the last product that it synced. Shouldn’t it just pick up from there and continue until it hits the end of all the products? I know it can take days to do that but it always seems to go maybe 25% through the products over a few days the goes back to the beginning. Even if it takes a week, if it would keep working its way to the end would solve a lot of headaches and frustration.
A number of my sites broke about 2 weeks ago following updates of woozone and woocommerce.
When I say broke I mean the cron jobs don’t run any more.
Is there a known issue?

Please forgive me as I am new to this idea of Amazon Affiliate.
I just want to make sure I am correctly understanding what this plugin does. My understanding as that this plugin allows you to search Amazon pages in many different ways and grab the ASINs of products. Do these products then get added and displayed in my WooCommerce store along side my own standard products? Thats the part I’m confused about – what happens to the products once you have imported the ASINs?

If you have both Amazon and your own products imported on your website, you can set the Amazon products to redirect to the Amazon product page and your normal products to have the normal behavior of Add to cart and Checkout.

Having a big issue , in the old version and the new one im getting “Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty.” when i go to products and without actually going into the product i press add to cart button bellow picture , and when i press view cart at the same place just 1 inch from add to cart button when it appears after adding the product to cart , it goes into the cart page with the product in it but when i press the big red checkout button it says ” Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty.” it even happens when i add it to cart and i go to top of the page where the basket is and i press view cart there , and it still giving me that message ” Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty. ” ... but when i have items in cart and go at the top of the page without viewing the cart i press checkout it goes through ok ….. is there a setting for fix or plugin bug ?

Hello guys, i’ve a question… For your opinion what is the best way for manage a multilingual e-commerce where you can sell products by amazon location and language?
I will try to explain better.. i know that you can translate plugin and products. But what i mean is if i can import products from uk and usa in the english language shop, products from amazon es for the shop espanol, products from amazon italia for italian shop language etc..
There is a way to do it? In practice not show products imported for some languages, and show for every type of language only products related them.
Do you think that the only way is make different installation for each language?

In your WordPress Settings, set your landing page to be the Shop Page.

@Miguelonx You can’t disable the date next to the price. That would be a violation of Amazon’s TOS and they could cancel your associates account
@dbmix This is a major bug in Woozone. They blame it on us having too many products or a weak server or bad host. The actual cause is poor optimization of the plugin. Since they will not acknowledge the problem, you have to live with your products not updating automatically and expired products not being deleted. As a result, you have to do both manually.
Synchronization doesn’t work. Expired items doesn’t even delete.
Make sure that the crons are turned on and that you have the prices box selected in the Synchronization Log page to be synced. If you still have issues, open a ticket at support.aa-team.com
