Hi, i don’t want all Filters show up at product-page. is there a solution, to show only relevant filters align to the choosed item?

Problem is: if a customer choose a item, goes to the product-page and use the Filter again, he will find taxonomies for ALL items, what listed in our Shop!

I am currently using the free version of this plugin and planing to buy the full version. One issue that is stopping me to buy this is despite of placing the product category filter widget on the shop page sidebar product category widget is not visible when we have navigated to end of the category hierarchy. It becomes invisible whereas it is visible when subcategories is opened in the page. How to make it visible all the time?

Hi, I’m testing right now with the free plugin but there is something I need to change that I hope does not require editing your plugin. I’m using a custom page with my own query for the home page. When I use the search widget it does find the correct results, however instead of them loading on the same page it loads them on the /shop page.

How can I prevent this from happening? Thanks!

Pre-sale question: I am running a travel agency and we offer different trips with different lengths. What we want to achieve is a having the same looking filter as the price filter, but for the amount of days a trip has.

But when I press search (without any terms) the site load the page result and in this page there is the woof bar on the left with empy content! How to prevent this?

I am using the free version of the plugin and I want to hide some terms of a taxonomy, at the moment all the terms of a particular taxonomy is shown. I have two different product pages, I want to show some terms on one page and some terms on the second page.

I tried the shortcode [woof is_ajax=1 taxonomies=product_cat:14+pa_g:45,46,47+pa_screen-size:26,27] but it still shows all the taxonomies and their terms.

I was able to exclude certain taxonomies, but not specific terms.

Hello, I want some help with this plugin!

First of all, I am using it in the widget area ( shop and product sidebar ) and I have Product Categories Checked to be shown. For example: 1st category: “Κινητά” > includes 2 categories: “Μεταχειρισμένες συσκευές”, “Kαινούριες συσκευές” > each category includes products.

When I choose from the sidebar the subcategory “Μεταχειρισμένες συσκευές” it doesn’t show the products. It shows other categories instead.

Apart from that why does the excluded terms ids not work? I want the filter “χρώμα” to be appeared only in page “θήκες” which means I have excluded all the other product categories by writing the page id number on the field. The website is garagephones.gr

Like your site example, in clothing there is one filter and man > pullover there is another, i have the same situation in my website, two different categories but i can’t creat two different filter. I would like the filter to show only the sub-category and children of them in the currently displayed product-category. Is that possible? At the moment, all categories, sub and sub sub categories are shown. The URL in use is /product-category/top-level-cat

Trying the free version and using the AND logic described here http://www.woocommerce-filter.com/?s=tax_relations – However, the dynamic recount doesn’t seem to work with this. If you select a category in this mode the recount doesn’t reflect that it is in AND mode. It doesn’t remove those that do not have the category you selected. Hope this makes sense and please help. Would love to buy the premium version if I can get this to work.

1) Where is the documentation for the “Labels” type setting. DO you have instructions/tutorials documented for editing these labels? E.g. how do you change the size of the label boxes? 2) Is there an advanced feature to configure when different filters are displayed? For instance if you make a filter for an attribute “colour” but you only want this filter to be displayed for categories where the products have colours?

Hello, how are you doing? I was wondering if the plugin allows (either in free or premium version) to have an attribute displayed in the filter based on other attributes selection. Let’s say we have a dropdown with the options “Sale” and “Rent”.. and another with the options “House” and “Apartment”... when user selects both options “Sale” and “House”, I would like to be able to display a checkbox so the user can filter also by this custom attribute… It’s is possible to achieve this? 1-are filters ajax-based so that the results won’t be indexed and seen by search engines? (to avoid duplicate issues and the use of canonical). Of course I want facet categories to be normally indexed. 2- is it compatible with flatsome theme, yoast plugin and perfectseourl plugin? the perfectseourl plugin removed “product” and “product-category” from the urls of category pages and product pages. 3- does it work with attributes and variable products? 4-is it possible to filter products according to customer reviews and according to in stock and out of stock products? 5- does it provide adoptive filtering option? 6- how about urls? does the plugin provide seo friendly urls/beauty urls settings or will all urls from filters contain parameters? 7-Where are selected values shown, and how do a customer undo or remove selections? 8-do you provide statistics tracking? 9-can I set up filters easily without being a developer myself or is coding needed?I am not a developer (know some css and html but almost zero php, hooks, functions). What I am looking for is something easy to manipualte without being an expert developer/coder or I can consider if you provide an extra paid service to set it up.

1-I purchased your plugin but when i login into your website, it says i haven’t. There is probably a bug somewhere.

2-I try to validate my shop page on https://validator.w3.org. I get the following warning “The name attribute is obsolete. Consider putting an id attribute on the nearest container instead. I try to remove name attribute from tags “a” with jquery (removeAttr) but this does not work because for HTML5 there are no attribute “name” for this tag. So can you fix this by updating your plugin? thanks
