How do you add a break for first or last hour?
Some weeks I am doing other things during the first or last hour of the work day, so even though I will be in the office, during these weeks I want to add a break during the first hour so it shows as unavailable and can’t be booked. I noticed that its not possible to add a break for the first or last hour of the work day.
Hi,
You are correct, you can’t add breaks for the beginning and ending hours for a working day. For this need I advise to create a private service and add fake appointments for this slots or you could use the google calendar synchronization and block these slots in google calendar.
Thanks!

Hello. Thank you for your interest in Bookly.
We strive to provide an excellent customer support here. You may also create a ticket in our HelpDesk just by sending email to support@ladela.com.
To save you time please provide us with all important information that will help us identify the problem. At least we need a link to your website, where we can see the issue. If the issue can be seen at the backend, please send us access to your backend. Feel free to send it by email to support@ladela.com.
Please expect an answer on the next working day, though almost always we reply sooner
Kind regards, Ladela Team
Hello,
Please these are pre-sale questions:
1. Can I integrate worldpay? 2. Can staff see their past and pending bookings individually? 3. Can client see staff pictures during booking and select?
Hi, thanks for interest!
1) Currently this payment gateway is not supported. Though you could use the WooCommerce integration, and use the payment gateways that WooCommerce offers. If you’ll enable this option, then the customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step of the booking form, and payments from Bookly will disabled.
2) If the staff member has a WP account he’ll have access to a calendar with only his appointments.
3) Currently this is not supported.
Thanks!

Hello, I just purchased Bookly and everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT for email notifications. I have created and saved custom text for several of them but when I test only the original default text is sent.
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
Test emails are being set with standard template, so thats expected behavior. In case with live testing of email notifications I would recommend to try configuring this feature with following parameters adjusted one-by-one:
- change address in “Sender Email” parameter in Email Notifications tab to an address of another email service provider.
- change “Send Emails as” parameter to “text”
- disable the feature “Reply Directly to Customers”
- make sure that proper email notification templates are enabled as they are set separately for pending and approved bookings.
Also see this page for more info:

I adjusted all of those parameters, tried altering each one separately – still no emails. I used various email addresses. All of the templates are enabled in the dashboard.
One other problem I just noticed: the plug-in appears to be adding white space below the footer on the page where I have it enabled: http://billharrisontherapy.com/scheduler/ If you look at any other page on the website you’ll see that this is not how we have the footer set.

Hello,
I am listing a bunch of restaurants on my website. Is it possible to have an individual booking system on each restaurant using any of your add-ons?
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
It would be possible to set restaurants as staff members in Bookly and create booking forms at different pages for each restaurant with different schedule and capacity. But this still can only be one mutual database.
We will do our best to help you determine whether our plugin is something that you are looking for, before purchasing. Please, describe your booking scenario for us at support@ladela.com so we could let you know if its possible to implement it with existing functionality. Also check our demo setups and Documentation to get to know Bookly:

managed to fix the error, it was a security issue on the server. the problem now is after redirecting to pay pal i dont see any saved details on the admin … no new customer or payment complited.
Hi,
Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
Could you please provide us with the step-by-step instructions on how you see your booking scenario and what steps we should take to recreate the behavior. You should also make sure that you removed Bookly Lite files via FTP before installing a full version. If you are sure that everything is set properly but it still doesn’t work – please, send us an email at support@ladela.com with your purchase code, screenshots and additional details of the case. You might also include the FTP and WP back-end access credentials so we could investigate and help you fix this.
Thanks!

It does not send emails. Services and staff created. E-mail sender is listed.
Hello,
Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
In case with email notifications I would recommend to try testing this feature with following parameters adjusted one-by-one:
- change address in “Sender Email” parameter to an address of another email service provider (some corporate domains might require SMTP plugins)
- change “Send Emails as” parameter to “text”

Can anyone translate plugin in Polish?
Hi there,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
You could try the PoEdit tool for translations. It helps you translate certain strings of the UI, although it won’t help you with the translations of dynamic data (which users fill in). So you are able to translate the interface, but not the entered services, categories and other variables.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I am planning to purchase this plugin. However for our hair salon we also want to make notes. For example: if a hair dye (coloring) is done that this can be noted (admin only) which color etc is used for future reference.
Is that possible?
Kind regards
Hi,
I appreciate your interest in Bookly.
You can use the “Internal note” field for each appointment or use Notes field for the customer, so you would save specific details in one place. Check our demo setup for this and other features. Feel free to reply directly at support@ladela.com so we could promptly assist you with other questions in the future.
Thanks!

Good afternoon, how are you?
I want to buy your plugin but need to get some questions.
1 – Can I add filters to the calendar? Type: State, City, event and others?
2 – Is it possible to synchronize multiple google calendar accounts to send direct scheduling to my calendar?
Hello,
I appreciate your interest in Bookly.
1. Such filters are not supported unfortunately.
2. It will not be possible to send events this way. The plugin supports 2-way sync with one Google Calendar per each staff member. However, if you create or edit an event in Google Calendar the related appointment will not be updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). Though each event from Google Calendar is considered when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will not be available for booking in Bookly. Keep in mind, that the sync works with appointments that were created after you connect your staff member to a calendar and all past events will not be considered.
Feel free to reply directly at support@ladela.com so we could promptly assist you with other questions in the future.
Thanks!

HI – I am setting up a yoga studio website and I need to know how to assign the correct service to the staff schedules. For example, a staff member Mondays from 11-12:15 does one type of service (yoga class), and on Thursdays from 3-4:15 does a different service (yoga class) etc. This is not clear how to set up as I am in the Staff Member schedule and it doesn’t have a way to select which class I am setting up for a particular day/time. Is there a different way I should be setting this up??
Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
You should assign separate staff member to each type of service as the schedule can only depend on staff settings. Please, note that //Settings/Business Hours page settings work as a template for newly created staff members. So you might set those settings as well, but only staff members schedules affect timeframe available for booking. Also you might consider our Service Schedule add-on that allows you to assign specific hours of availability for services that are associated with one staff member.
Thanks!

I am using the Google calendar function in bookly. Bookly syncs appointments to google calendar fine, but it doesnt sync appointments from google. This means it wont block out times which arent free in my schedule. Is there a way of doing this?
Thanks
Hi,
Bookly provides 2 way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work). However each event from Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

great thats what i needed to know
I would like to add a service which only has to be available once (its a not repeated single event). Just one day of the year those hours… is it possible?? Do I need to create another member??
Our business is based on the rental of our commercial space to our clients so we have only one member (we ourselves)
Thank you!!
Hi,
You can create one time events with the specials days add-on. With this add-on you can create a new staff member with an empty schedule and you could add a special day for this event – so the staff will be available for booking only for this day. You can check the demo here: http://special-days-demo.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/

Hi, I installed the premium version of this plugin today, but it is not working as expected. When I add a staff member, it appears to work at first (through the AJAX calls), but once I save and refresh the page, the staff member disappears. The same goes for services and service categories. Settings are saved, but everything else is not. It is important that I get this working as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hi there,
I’m using the plugin integrated with WooCommerce and when I first installed and configured, it worked as expected, letting me choose options for a service, then when complete adding to the WooCommerce cart and redirecting there.
Now, suddenly it gets stuck on the last step. When I hit the ‘Next’ button on the ‘Details’ section, the loading gif shows, and I get the following error in the console:
‘http://localhost:8888/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)’
I have tried disabling all other plugins (except WooCommerce, which I obviously need and is compatible with Bookly), but the error still persists. Can I get some help as soon as possible please? My client wants to see some progress.
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Hello, I have website: http://beautysalonprettywoman.eu
In user dashboard, is not show Appoitnments. There is written: No appointments found.
But the user made appointment.
The problem is, when user have only Free service. When a user is booked Servis, which is not free, then will display in Dashboard. Pls, fix it.
Hi, thanks for purchasing our product!
You’ll need to link this customer with the WP user account you are logged in with (in customers menu). You can also enable this setting – Create WordPress user account for customers, if it’s enabled then Bookly will be creating WordPress user accounts for all new customers. If the user is logged in then the new customer will be associated with the existing user account.
Thanks!

New update solved the problem. Thx.
Hello,
I have created 6 services in my Bookly Plugin. However, for some reason only 3 are showing up in the drop down list on the first screen of the front end booking system.
I have double checked all services are set up properly and enabled. Please help in correcting this.
Hi,
Please check if the visibility field is not set to “Private”, in case it is then these services won’t be available on the front end.
Thanks!
