Hello, I have a client that is seriously considering this plugin and a few of the helper plug ins. We do have some requirements that we are unsure if the plugins handle.

1. Once the plug in is installed can the collected user info in a WP user account be edited? Can we add more fields for required information through these plugins, or would it require and additional “User Profile” plug in? If another third party user plugin is needed, will that collected info propagate into the form fields if collected as WP user profile data?

2. After a placed order, will a clients credit card and billing info be kept on file? Will it be available for recall in future orders?

3. If a client pays an up-front deposit during checkout, what is the Administrator’s options for collecting the remaining balance? Does the plugins allow for the remainder to automatically be charged/invoiced after the appointment or on a specified date? Or, is the remaining balance something that needs to manually be attended to by the Admin?

Hi, thanks for interest!

1) You can collect additional info by adding custom fields, though they will appear on the details step and these fields are unique for each appointment (they’re not linked to WP users or customers). Currently such an integration is not supported.

2) The info won’t be kept, customers will need to fill in the payment details every time.

3) The remaining balance will need to be manually handled by the admin.

Hi, i have a question for a next project. Is it possible limited bookings and showing ‘3 rooms available’ and after booking that one or more days (period) shows ‘2 rooms available’? Hope you understand what i mean. It is for a Pet’s Hotel.

Hello, we are usign the bookly with Woocommerce. The Question is if a user make a new reservation and select woocomerce payment method like credit cart via this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-payment-gateway-national-bank-greece/

The reservation showing on bookly calendar after the payment completes?

Or the reservation showing only as woocommerce order?

Once the appointment is created it should appear in Bookly’s calendar and appointments menu and also in WooCommerce orders.

Hello

I tried your plugin Bookly lite, and I decided to downloud the purchaced version later on. So i installed it and ran to a problem. When I push the Add service button, it shows restricted icon. What can be the problem and how can i solve it?

I advise to remove the lite version but before removing it, access bookly lite -> settings -> Delete all data on uninstall -> disable this setting so you won’t delete your database. If the problem will persist then please please send us an email to support@ladela.com with this inquiry and the purchase code so we could investigate this matter.

I have looked at your comments and see that you suggested that the lite version be removed, which I have done, now not only will it not allow me to add services, it also will not let me add staff. Not a good start!

Email notifications are not working for business emails. It works only for private emails. Is there any solution so that email notifications can send to business email also?

I am really struggling to connect my google calendar to bookly since you had the bug fix. I have carefully followed the instructions at: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/203572552-Google-Calendar-Sync. But a staff member calendar will not disconnect and I get the error:

Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/users/me/calendarList: (403) Access Not Configured. Calendar API has not been used in project 928718893446 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/calendar/overview?project=928718893446 then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry.

For the other staff member, I get the error: Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/users/me/calendarList: (401) Invalid Credentials

My calendar has not been working for nearly three days now and this is urgent.

I have done my best to create the client ID and client Secret. I’ve entered all of this. But now I’m trying to connect the staff member and get the message:

Mindfulness calendar would like to: Have offline access

I click ‘allow’ and get taken back to the staff member page and the calendar is still not connected with the the option to connect. I repeat this and the same happens.

Please help as it’s three days now and I really need to get this sorted.

I am now getting the error message: Google Calendar: Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: ‘{ “error” : “invalid_grant”, “error_description” : “Token has been revoked.” }’

I’m really trying everything here and nothing seems to be working. I hope that you can respond soon.

I’m sorry that the guide isn’t straight forward enough to follow as we don’t have any other instructions or tutorials. Tokens can expire in Google Calendar API, so you will need to update the API keys (client ID, client secret) and the best way to do this – is to update to the most recent version and re-connect the calendar sync for a staff member. How do I remove all referencing to pricing in a booking ?

Hi,

You should disable this setting – Show service price next to employee name in the appearance menu. Then remove all {service_price} codes in the notification templates and also from the booking form. If you want to hide the payment step, you can do it by disabling all payments from settings.

hi,

I tried creating a new google console project, but I am gettting this error message. Google Calendar: Error refreshing the OAuth2 token, message: ‘{ “error” : “unauthorized_client” }’

I would also like to know, if I have entered an appointment directly on my google calendar, will bookly, block out that time slot?

lastly, if I do not have a location, but 4 staff, will booking 1 time slot restrict booking the same slot for different staff?

Hi,

1) Please check if the copied API keys are correct and don’t contain whitespaces (Client ID and secret).

2) Yes, if you’ll add an event in google calendar it will be blocked on the front end when the customers chooses a time slot.

3) No, if you have 4 staff members that provide the same time service and one staff member is busy, then there will 3 more slots that can be booked as the rest of the staff members are available for booking.

Issue with WooCommerce integration (and deposits as well).

I have enabled the WooCommerce integration and created a test product with a $1 price point. Bookly is supposed to replace the product price with whatever the booking price was – e.g. $400.

However it is not actually doing that – somehow it is just adding a price to the product – so now the product shows $400 AND $1 in the WooCommerce cart.

Then when I try to apply a 10% deposit to the price in the cart, it is taking the deposit from the original $1 product price – not of the $400 booking price.

(note: I have also purchased the Deposit Add-on, but it doesn’t help in WooCommerce)

What should be happening is: Bookly should replace the product price of $1 with the booking price of $400 – then WC can do whatever it wants with that cart. Please help.

Is it possible to setup a dfay of auditions, or appointment with bookly, for aprticular project? i.e. only one day, not repeating, with 20 minute slots where people can book one slot only.

1. i have package for technology, 10-hr package. 1hr, 20hr, etc. issue is.

I am able to see only full day option, in need that should be flexible.

2. if someone select package 10hr that he can book 10hr not just in single slot but in portion. like, 2 session of 5hr.
