After I’ve selected a service and employee, the price shows up. How do I hide this price? I’ve disabled all of the payment options under Bookly>Settings>Payments.
How do I rename “employee” to “location”?

Navigate to the Appearance tab and disable the “Show service price next to employee name” parameter. Then click on the Employee field title and you will be able to edit it.

I’m afraid that it will not be possible to do something like this as the plugin was not designed for such purposes. Though you might use Custom Fields section to add necessary selectors that will be displayed on the Details step of booking.

Hi,
The automatic mail notification doesn’t work. When i send the test mails., the mails are receiving good. but after a booking it won’t send a mail notification. How can i fix this?

Hi,
Thank you for asking.
In this case I would recommend to try testing this feature with following parameters adjusted: change address in “Sender Email” parameter in Email Notifications tab to an address of another email service provider. Also you could try changing “Send Emails as” parameter to “text”. Try to disable the feature “Reply Directly to Customers” and make sure that proper email notification templates are enabled as they are set separately for pending and approved bookings.

Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
Setting it on will initiate the cron script that must be set to be executed hourly so pretty much its all you need to do prior to testing the feature. Each hour it checks if the time is right (that you set in Email Notification settings). Once the script is executed at that hour (i.e. 18:00) – it checks tomorrow’s appointments and sends reminders to all people that have booked. Make sure you have bookings tomorrow while testing the feature today. We always recommend to contact your host provider for more details on how to run this type of commands on their server, they usually assist customers in this.

In the calendar booking, always show the time in periods of 15 min. I want to show only in periods of 1 hour or 2, not each 15 minutes.

When people are paying on PayPal, it is redirecting them back to the start of the booking system process so they do not know whether the booking went through or not. Should it not be redirecting them back to the last section of the booking form to give them the confirmation?

Hi, I implemented Bookly the other day and I made 4 sales of $1600 each, using PayPal API. It looks like the transaction completed on the website side, but the payments never reached PayPal.
What is happening? The Payment Type says Local…which is odd.

This means that the “Local payment” method was selected while booking. Please, make sure that you select PayPal while booking. And also check if your PayPal credentials are correct (sandbox mode must be off).

Hello,
I am having an issue with my first licence of Bookly. (I just purchased a second licence)
I cannot update the plugin, go to my updates page, or see details of the update. I am given the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/myusername/public_html/mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking/lib/base/Plugin.php on line 469
(I changed myusername and mydomain.com because this is public, if you need the exact info please email me)

Hello,
Is there an option in Bookly that allow deducting the sessions from a bundle or package that the client buy before scheduling the appointment. the package is bought through woocommerce cart, then the client will be entitled to book the sessions which the package offer (4 sessions for example) and when the package is done he should be allowed to book sessions on the calendar.
