I cant set order by price (Low to High) by default with your plugin active it just sets it as alphabetically , i have deactivated all other plugs and it still defaults alphabetically.
As soon as I deactivate your plugin the price (Low to high) works fine. i see others have had the same issue and i see it says it was fixed in 5.9 but not for me.
And yes i have “Default Product Sorting” under “Woocommerce – Settings – Products – Display” set to “Sort By Price (asc) “
So i guess the Bug is still within the plugin

Hello! Am I able to turn off the fly out menu and filter option also? I’d like to have the filters on the static left rail of the page as a sidebar widget, meaning that no hamburger menu/flyout functionality is needed. Please let me know what I can do to disable this!

Hi there. I would like to know if it is possible to have some filters on the top, and some others on the side as widget.
I tried to have two filters. One, the “default”, I hopped would appear on top, and another which I named “widget filter”, would appear on the left. However, when I put the “widget filter” on the widget area, it also replaes the “default” filter on top.

Hi, yes of course. Update to the 5.9.3 version as we’ve had issues with non AJAX filter and multiple filters per page support. In the 5.9.3 it is all fine. Thanks for your patience.

A bug maybe – when your plugin is turned on it is conflicting with woo product sort order – when I select sort product by newness it sorts by oldest date first. I do not have this plugin set to manage any sort by order in woo? Ideas?

Hi, we use the ajax filter. Since the update, the selected items are automatically put first in the list. Is it possible to keep the selected item on its place?
So if we have: Option A, Option B, Option C. Someone selects Option C, the list order changes to Option C, Option A, Option B. We would like to keep the order.

HI, I am on 5.7x and when i click check for latest updates, it says i on the latest version. the automatic update does not seem to be working. any idea how to fix this ?
Not really sure, but I’m sure if you update it manually this time, the updates will work as expected. One more thing that could have gone wrong is that you’ve entered a wrong purchase code. Hi i updated to 5.9.2, not sure what you did to it but now when i clear the filters, it goes to the category page and all the filters from your plugins are not there. I have to go back to the main shop page. wasn’t like that before. can you tell me what settings i should choose ? i don’t have time to read the latest documentation yet. thanks.

Hi, you have this CSS rule in your theme, it goes like this:
.main-container .toolbar { text-align:right; }This makes all your items on the right. If you just add this custom CSS code to your custom CSS option everything should be fine.

We have installed the plugin onto a client site and set it up.
BUT when we choose different options – it freezes and stops working – crashing the page and the site.
We get this Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in /home/direct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/prdctfltr/prdctfltr.php on line 1283
This happens when i try to filter two product categories using AND – it just hangs.
If we use IN – it shows everything in both categories. Not what we need
Please advise a fix for this asap.

It’s really annoying to bother you over and over again for support! Bought almost all your plugins (several licenses) and renewed support for Product filter every year. Now i really NEED YOUR HELP as the filter is not working as advertised and the support ticket is open since many weeks.
Custom Action and widget filter are not working together!
- sort by, show xx products and Price range work, but others don’t!
- Tested with Twenty Sixteen and no plugins, same issue!
- Tested with custom action and override default woo filters – same issues!
This has nothing to do with customization or installation, but with the fact that it is not working in this combination as advertised. You have my login data in the support ticket, so please PLEASE get back to me as i need to go live with the site and wait now for over a month for you to fix this.

The thing is that this only worked with AJAX, now it supports two or more filters which are not in AJAX mode, sorry for the delay as the issue was clearly addressed in the time passed. Hi, we’ve recently added the vendor filters, so that should be compatible. Vendor filters are basically post_author filters. Other functions will work properly with any WooCommerce shop. Yes, it is possible, all loops that have 'prdctfltr' => 'active' query parameter in them can be filtered. However, for what you’re trying to achieve I would suggest using a shortcode, as this fully supports the Product Filter functions, as the AJAX functions and similar. Thanks for the interest!

Hi there. I’m having some trouble with the filter. I basically sell t-shirts and I have two filters that are not working well together.
The first one is a “model” attribute filter, which basically filters male and female versions and it changes the variable picture accordingly. It works well.
The second one is a color attribute filter. Right now, I don’t even need it to change the picture accordingly because each shirt comes only in one color, either black or white. It also works well.
The problem is that, when I choose something from both filters, only the model attribute filter works. As an example:
If I choose “female” and then “white”, ALL female clothes show up, black and white.
This happens with any combination of color and model. So, basically, when I use both, only model works. I really tried to solve this by myself but I really don’t know what to do… Any help?

i want to add ajax product filtering using attributes, on my home page designed with cornerstone.
i am not using widget but only shortcode in text box element.
shortcode for filter is: [prdctfltr_sc_get_filter preset=”usn1″]
shortcode for displaying product is: [prdctfltr_sc_products use_filter=”no” ajax=”yes” rows=”1″ columns=”4″ orderby=”date”]
1- the product listign shortcode is generating some errors: Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method WC_Prdctfltr_Shortcodes::prdctfltr_pagination_filter() should not be called statically in/home/unlock21/public_html/site/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 235
2- filter is showing well but when i select something ajax reload of product after each attributes selection is not working. It show the loader but no filtering is hapenning

Hi, no sorry, we’re busy with the updates, a lot of plugins are maintained, a lot of support is being handled, so just a bit of patience please. OK, at first, why did you use two shortcodes and in the second you’ve stated use_filter="no". This is clearly not done this way. You’ll need to use only one shortcode and it should look like this [prdctfltr_sc_products preset="usn1" ajax="yes" rows="1" columns="4" orderby="date"]. For the strict standards, are you actually on the latest 5.9.3 or are you using some older version, as we’ve had these errors before and they should be gone now. For the AJAX issue, the AJAX really needs to be setup to work properly. This means that you do need to setup the AJAX Classes in the Advanced Options. You have guides for specific themes in the documentation, but you also do have the FAQ guide about it. If everything is set correctly AJAX will work as expected. If you cannot handle these, you can also post a link to your page, I can check you classes. Thanks!

I am using x theme and got evry thing set up as in documentation. in my page in cornerstone i use a section with 2 columns the left column contains this shortcode to display the filter (drop downs) only: [prdctfltr_sc_get_filter preset=”usn1″]
the right columns contains this shortcode to display products: [prdctfltr_sc_products use_filter=”no” ajax=”yes” rows=”1″ columns=”4″ orderby=”date”]
as you reply lets follow this case in support page of your site
Hi, I’m truly sorry, but I’ve forgot to tell your to include the fallback_css=”yes” parameter in your shortcode. So, it should look like this prdctfltr_sc_products preset="usn1" ajax="yes" rows="1" columns="4" orderby="date" fallback_css="yes"] This should fix the columns problem. Check the documentation on more information about this. Thanks.

I added the fix as you said but same issue still on. The ajax loader start but nothing happens, and the page freeze like that!!!! I have write several time on support page but same delay for your replies….And you said update was on the way in 24 hours (that was said the November 8, 2016 at 15:48) Still waiting
