Most versatile Product Filter - works against my best expectations.
My five stars go to the Customer support - I had a theme compatibility issue and the author of Product Filter kindly offered to help me out unless my theme author could. Luckily, the issue was solved. It is so much easier to work when Customer support is that timely and competent. Excellent job!

for Bugs

When a selection is made it takes up to a minute to return selection or requires a screen refresh. There is no drill down and only radio buttons. There are many options but this plugin is outdated and I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

The plugin is not bad. The support is terrible. I've opened a tickets for a issue came from a bug of the plugin, they give me a first quick answer. Asked for a deepening, their answer didn't help me they disappeared.
Attention: They could find ANNOYING the way you could write the tickets ... well I found very ANNOYING to not receive an adequate response. Since I paid for a service.

Support is disaster, asking a very simple question, and it will be helpful for other users reading the comments require a long story to be answered....open support ticket!! talk to one of the agents!!! wait ages to get a very simple answer!!! that is ridiculous and reducing this plugin popularity, authors who start to generate more sales turn into unprofessional and for sure they have no clue what they are doing!!!!
