Slow and has faulty Adoptive Filtering. At some point they just decided to: "- reworked adoptive dependency. now you can select only one taxonomy which was the original idea" - Changelog. Just great, after paying money to do 1 thing, they switch it up.

And forget about support, even the "premium" support. Their policy seems to be: You either are pleased with how things work or we don't care, you can ask for a refund.

Works great for adding a product filter to our store.

Customer support is very very slow. Plugin works in 90%, I had a problem of setting it on a page and when I contact support nothing happened. Few times. Even lots of sales some of us are not happy.

Hi, not sure how you've had this experience. Our Premium Support can be found here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/support/ Click Connect with Envato to start. When you make a ticket usually reply comes in less than 24 hours. You might have used the public Community Forum, but that's not our ground. Support is handled in the Premium Support area. Thanks!

Plugin is great, and the support has been excellent - thanks guys.

for Feature Availability

this plugin is the most feature complete filtering plugin i have ever meet for woocommerce, after years of trying most of them!

Thanks Dzehiro!!

for Feature Availability

After trying several other filters that didn't work (and being told by our previous site designer that no filter would do what we needed it to do) - we've finally found one that really does do what it says it does! This filter allows customers to choose several sub-categories at once and is highly customizable. Very much recommended!

Probably the best plugin for Woocomerce product filter. It offers many options but is also very robust and not very user friendly.

This is not a plugin you just activate and all is ready to go. There is a ton of options which are great for power users but novices will be crying when trying to get this to work :).
I'd recommend to work on cloned site first, test it and implement when all is ready so you won't end up with mess on production site.

There is manual in size book (not kidding). Also robotic clicks video is outdated.

There are many taxonomies you can use for filtering but when you combine them lets say tags, categories and attributes, it will all end up in mess. I recommend to use attributes only. This is what has worked for me 100%.

I would strongly recommend to update video where it will be showed how to build simple filters from the scratch.

Support used to be slow: 2-5 days but now i got reply within 24 hours so i see that guys are improving. Very appreciated. 5*.

for Bugs

doesn't work on major theme with Ajax.
doesn't fully work with ACF.

Hi, there's a community support forum. Here's the link https://mihajlovicnenad.com/forum/ Use it if you're a beginner. Thanks!

for Documentation Quality

Totally unclear, I cannot reconcile the documentation to what I'm seeing on screen. Combined with no customer support – not impressed. Probably ok if you're a developer, but if you're looking for an off the shelf "simple" solution this isn't it.
