This plugin has been a life-saver for me! I had a request from a client and this was exactly what I needed! It took me a while to get up to speed with it as I hadn't really needed to achieve anything like this but the Customer Support was awesome...very quick and very detailed! It helped me get things working exactly how I needed them to in no time at all!

Great plugin but the support is not what we expected from the author and a premium plugin.

After a year of ticketing and asking how to fix we still have a not working plugin.
Now our support is expired and we still have a plugin which is not working as it should.

Not a fan of this kind of plugins with bad support.

If we knew our problems could get solved we renewed our support. But unfortunately our experience with support tickets is terrible.

We got extended license of plugin and we like it a lot. First advanced plugin which we integrated in theme so fast. it has tons of customization settings and all of them are looking great, modern, clean and universal.

Usually, we spend a lot of time to fix design and blocks of plugins to fit to site, but this plugin is really great for any style and design.

Special thanks for mobile presets and mobile design. Usually, it's nightmare for filter plugins to have good look on mobiles. But WPF is very good even in this area.

Support is also very fast even for advanced developer's questions.

Slow and has faulty Adoptive Filtering. At some point they just decided to: "- reworked adoptive dependency. now you can select only one taxonomy which was the original idea" - Changelog. Just great, after paying money to do 1 thing, they switch it up.

And forget about support, even the "premium" support. Their policy seems to be: You either are pleased with how things work or we don't care, you can ask for a refund.

Hi, dependencies are used when the default setup doesn't work. Dependencies are a lot slower compared to the default setup. What also might affect your experience, are other plugins. Our filter is quite fast, but if you do have like WOOF activated, then it's going to be a mess. Also other plugins can interfere as well. So, keep your installations tidy and you'll not have any issues. Thanks!

Customer support is very very slow. Plugin works in 90%, I had a problem of setting it on a page and when I contact support nothing happened. Few times. Even lots of sales some of us are not happy.
