It has a couple of bugs which really damage my website usability. and the costumer support is so slow and also not helpful. I opened a ticket 40 days ago, had to wait 5 days for a reply (just a question about the situation) and 5 other days for another reply..after like 15 days i got one of my problems solved (which was just a settings error) and for the other bug i was said there was an update coming next week (and that was 3 weeks ago).
5 months left of costumer support - wow lucky me
Since i cant reply to authors response: i am using Avada which fully supports Ajax.
And for what reason i am not allowed to view my tickets??
