Ok, a ticket already exists. But this gets on my nerves, so my 5 Comments. You can delete all of them. I hope it works. If not, excuse me, but I need a solution.

Hi, yes, but I’m not your solution, even dough I can be, it’s just not my responsibility. Plugins work as expected, are developed for years and tested literally every day. I asked did you install that as suggested in the documentation. Where’s the answer to that? And you’re still causing delays to all the tickets by chitchatting here. Please understand my position here, and let me do my things. You do yours and we’ll be happy. If it doesn’t work as suggested in the documentation, then either the theme update made something new, or you’ve made something wrong. There’s no PF to blame here, please understand that. PF does what it does. Thanks.

I had a ticket for 2 months already that is not solved yet, but you kindly responded on the ticket and asked me to open a new ticket because of the new support team but my support has expired and I cannot open a new one unless I renew support.

I understand the changes happening in your support forum but do I have to renew the support for an issue I submitted it 2 months ago?
