Hi, love your filter! For some reason the ‘cross’ does not clear ‘product search’ box. It acts like it will but brings back the same screen for text search results. ‘Clear all’ works. Disabling all plugins but woocommerce, resetting options, and changing to Twenty Seventeen theme did not help. Instant or non-instant filter did not make a difference. Is there a specific setting or issue that may be causing this?

Hi, we don’t support WooCommerce 2.4.13. If you’re using this ancient version then you’ll need to use an old version of PF too. Those two just won’t work together. Also there’s not a single valid reason why your WC and PF shouldn’t be on the latest version. Thanks.
Nice plugin! I’ve installed a search box for my client. The search box now only shows results when the exact title of a product is entered. Is it possible to show results on partial titles entered / intuitive results? Thanks!
Hi, not sure which search you’re referring to? We comply with the WordPress search function. Whatever is set there will work with our search if we’re talking about our search. If you were using some plugin for your extended searches and now you’re not able or anything similar then an agent will need to check this out. Hello I have a support ticket open for 4 weeks know. I am wating an answer 2 weeks now and noone has took the time to even reply that they took a look in the issue. The last answer was 2 weeks ago asking for admin access that I already gave at the first message of the support ticket. I do understand that they have a lot of work and I am patience, but when I receive the first answer I accept the answers that will follow to be sooner than I waited to get the first answer. And also I believe that your support does not have the appropriate knowledge for the plugin to identify a bug. They limited times I send them to report a bug they were always saying is something wrong in my end (which it was not). That is why I requested for you to take a look since you will be more eligible to understand the issue.
Hi, I’ve replied your ticket, but I’m sure you’ll not be satisfied. Unfortunately there’s no switch for everyone’s issues. You can use the PF to make better conversions and $$ or you don’t have to. Also there are other plugins you can use as well. Thanks for understanding!

Hi, at the moment with the functions in PF that’s not possible. However, everything is possible in web development so you can write some java scripts that’ll do that. Hi, it depends on the issue and questions. If you’ve asked something that is well known and we’ve got a solution then pretty quickly, but if you want something that PF was not designed for or can do, then basically tickets will remain open until you realize this or until an update brings the wanted feature. We don’t login to your websites and make customizations which plugin wasn’t designed for. Also if you don’t have standard set products or you’re using some plugin we’ve never mentioned that it’s supported, or theme, it’s basically the same. Also I’m sure that you can always use the PF to boost conversions and make more money, which PF is really here for. Thanks for understanding.

Hi, there’s no magic switch for that. For instance you can do it this way, you can set your products Menu Order, which is widely supported and can be configured from your Edit Product screen. If you set a 0 to your Featured Products they’ll be shown in front if your Shop is set to default ordering. There are probably more ways to do it, but it’s not within the PF. Hey! Got an issue hoping you can help. Im putting in my filter Size 35 and INSTOCK, it sorts and shows products, however, when I click into the product, the size 35 is clearly out of stock. Tried updating everything and disabling plugins- cant figure it out.

Like other people also noticed.. I also suffer Adoptive Filtering problems with PF 6.4.5 / WP 4.8.2 / WC 3.2.1
When I browse in my shop to a certain product category which do not have certain properties, the filters are still visible for those properties. I followed documentation, did a re-installation, tried local development area but version 6.4.5 also hides filters on some categories for products which do in fact have the right attributes set for using it with the filters. I’m not sure what’s going on.. It has worked flawlessly in the past and there where also times where you introduced similar bugs to the software. I’m not sure where the real problem is, but can you at least take a look if the adoptive filtering works as advertised?

Is there any option to select multiple filters and do the filtering without the “apply filters” button and the sidebar to remain open?
Ex: you open the sidebar, select a color, the filter shows you the products with the selected color and then select another filter and the products are filtered again but the sidebar still remains open
