hi there I have a preset to filter products with taxonomies working fine (let’s call it taxonomies preset)
I’ve added a second preset to use with the product finder shortcode [products_finder] with but I have the following issue:
once a search is done with the product finder the variable /?search_products=* gets attached to the url, which is fine but then if I want to use the filter (taxonomies preset) it keeps the /?search_products=* variable in the url which is what I do not want
for example: /?product_cat=category&search_products=value
it should be just /?product_cat=category
I’d like to remove the product finder /?search_products=* variable when filtering with the taxonomies preset, once we want to filter with taxonomies a search value is not needed anymore
Could you please help me with this

Hi, on the categories filter there an option that if checked will reset other filters when that one is used. It’ll clear the mentioned search_product var. If you need help with that, use the XforWC Help Center and submit your request. Thanks.

Hi, i’m trying to display products with a price lower than 1500. I tried the following shotcode :
[products prdctfltr=”yes” columns=”3” orderby=”price-asc” min_price=”0” max_price=”1500”]
But it won’t work, all products are displayed even if price is more than 1500.

I did just renew my support and Envato say it is active and your plugin also says have 5 months left on support but your ticket page says I have to renew it. I can not create a ticket even tho I have paid just for that service! What am I supposed to do now?
Hi, three things, one is simple, use an incognito browser tab, and login again, therefor your browser cookies will be nulled and you’ll get the new data. Or you can mess with deleting cookies and end up with lots of troubles with logging in to other websites. Or third is to wait like 1-2 hours after purchase for them to clear on their own. Thanks.

I am having issues setting up my filter for mobile.

How to use non-variation attributes for filter (can not get it to do that)
When I select a price range in the store, the filter shows all products in that range from the top, and then all products outside of the selected range.
How can I set the plugin to display only products within the selected price range?

Hello. We are having some problems with your filter.
The first problem is that the search dosnt stack corectly. Like here. When we chose a category, subcategory and brand https://i.imgur.com/mE8n5uO.png
the filter shows products that are not supposed to be there https://i.imgur.com/TcweKut.png , also the url dosnt look right
The second problem, as you can see in the last img, is that we see the same product from all languages. We have 3 languages
