Hello, How to prevent the crawl of the urls generated by your plugin? For example, in robot.txt
Hi, this isn’t the PF thing. Your theme should set the robots noodp for your product archives. If it doesn’t PF surely will not as we don’t have these functions. We’ve left that our to the theme or SEO plugins as intended. The query URLs ?query=something are also just fine, the problem here is still with the meta tag in your html head that doesn’t state that robots find this as an archive. We also don’t offer support for this and it is not within the plugin support policy. Thanks.

How can I add sex to filter? I’m afraid I’ll ask for a refund if this can’t be done.
Hi, we filter by the terms you have in your Shop and your products. So, to add a attribute or term you’ll need to check with the WooCommerce guide for creating products and setup. Also you can ask for a refund in your Help Center. Thanks.
Hi, thanks for the great plugin!
I have one question, is it possible to show only a selected set of categories in the filter criteria?
As an example, let’s say I have categories 1, 2, 3, ..., 20. Is it possible to set that no matter what categories are added, I only want visitors to be able to see Category 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 listed as filter criteria. None of the other ones.
Hi, yes you have the include terms option. Select your categories you want to show and that should be it. Thanks.
Hi I got this error on console. Please help. Thanks. https://www.dropbox.com/s/89a27uxjcfw0463/Screen%20Shot%202017-03-20%20at%204.23.44%20PM.png?dl=0
Hi, OK, thanks for reporting. These are some CSS errors in the minified file. They don’t affect anything at all, but we’ll fix these in the next update. Thanks.
We are using the meta filters in combination with ACF.
They are a great addition to the plugin, thanks!
However, we are struggling to add ACF checkboxes to the filter (ACF radiobuttons are working as expected). I assume this is because checkboxes return an array and not a single value.
How could we solve this?
PS: a total unrelated comment: the dutch translation of the plugin is quite bad. I would keep that in english.
Hi, yes we know about there translation, don’t use fiverr.com to translate anything, that’s a fact. We don’t support array options at the moment, as that would probably mean IN array, but it also doesn’t have to be that way. We’ll check for the better compatibility in the future updates. Also if you do update the translation with better translated terms please do send it to us, so that we can add it. Also, if you don’t want translation just delete the prdctfltr-nl_NL.po and .mo from your /wp-content/plugins/prdctfltr/lang/ directory. Thank you!
Our client have this plugin installed, now on every category it’s showing all filters even if they are not applicable to the products in the category. example: on the category “Keyboards” the filter (memory what only should be visible in category computers) is displaying. is it possible to show only the filters what are applicable to the products on the category? or do we need to create a filter set for every category?
Hi, you’ll need to setup the filters. We don’t setup those for you. If you need support with that check the https://mihajlovicnenad.com/support You’ll need to be logged in with the account you’ve purchased. Also a good tip is to check the documentation here http://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/documentation-and-full-guide-video/ and the guide video as your questions have been explained in there. Thanks!
Hello, I plan to buy this along with your other plugin “Improved Variable Product Attributes”. I want to use the ability to filter out out of stock variations, which is great.
My question is if it’s posible to make that the default behaviour, without needing to click “In stock” each time, or even remove that filter completely (because I don’t really need it).
Hi, yes we do have the in-stock by default, so you can activate that. Also you can remove the Show in-stock button, there’s an option for that too. However, the IVPA plugin is only for styling the selectors and bringing the functionality to the archives, you’ll not need that in you just want to add in-stock out-of-stock filtering. Thanks!
Pretty nice plugin. it decided all our targets on the site. If somebody has doubts to buy this plugin or not – don’t think about and buy.
Hi, thanks for the kind words We’ll continue to improve and support the plugin. You can only expect great things in the future too. Thank you!
Hi, i love your plugin!
I just would like to let you know that in the dutch translation, most of the translations in do not mean what they are supposed to mean. For example ‘Check this option to show search fields on supported terms.’ is translated into something like ‘Make sure this option again to search boxes on supported filters.’ which is kind of weird and confusing.
I think it is better to remove this confusing google-translate version and use an English version with correct meanings for users in the Netherlands. Everyone understand English here.
Hi, I know, We’ve used the fiverr.com service for this and it is really bad. We encourage our users to improve translations and send us the good files we can distribute. Hopefully in a month or two we’ll have solid translations. If you don’t want it to be translated, just delete the prdctfltr-nl_NL.po and .mo from your /wp-content/plugins/prdctfltr/lang/ directory. Thanks.
Hello, thank you for this great plugin.
My problem is that the filter is not adoptive on a search results page. However, on a product-category page the filter is adoptive. How is this possible?
Thanks in advance
Hi, well we have a lot of configurations for this. The dependencies change the mechanism so maybe just make that category dependable. We’ll also take a look at this in the next update, as it might just be a bug. Thanks.
Great plugin, works fine with Storefront.
I just have one bug to report: when I configure an advanced filter, the selection of terms does not work.
All the terms appear instead of my selection, even if it seems to be saved in the back office.
Any way to fix it?
Hi, maybe the issue is with some characters as this should work as expected. Are your slugs just fine and plain or? Thanks!
My slugs seem to be fine, as I use some of them in the default Filter by Tag. The bug is only with an Advanced Filter that I add, by Tag – it works with categories. Any idea? Thanks
Hi, it is basically the same system for your tags and categories. The things that are different are the terms. Maybe try with just selecting one absolutely standard term and see how that goes. Contact us further on this. We’ll also check this in our installations. Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. I made several tests and did not find any link between the bug and the number of words or the presence of accents in the words: it doesn’t work even with single words without accents. FYI I use a Storefront Theme. Really strange behavior…
Hi there, adoptive filtering isn’t working for pa_brand, I have tried everything.
Its working perfectly fine for product categories, but not for brand, size and other attributes
I have checked adoptive filter checkbox both on general and the individual attribute/filter settings. I have tried to switch between hidden, not clickable & different style. I have selected Adoptive Filtering Dependencies – size, categories, color, brand. Can’t figure out why else it would not work, would you know why?
