Agreed, but I have few plugins and payment gateways and theme not updated yet to woocommerce 3.0 .
Thus, if i buy your plugin will I get the plugin version compatible with woocommerce 188.8.131.52 and latest wordpress version. Plz let me know. If Yes, How do i request for the plugin version compatible with woocommerce 2.6.14. Thank you,
Hi, it is compatible with the 2.6.14, but the thing that is a bit lumpy is in fact the variable instock management. We’ve got a deprecated guide in the documentation for that, but it is complex, takes time and is slow at the end. By using WC 3.0.x+ you’ll skip all of that and variable instock will work as expected, faster than ever. If you do plan to use the 2.6.14 still you need to know, that the PF is WC 3.0.x+ ready, so when you do update you’ll be better than before. The issues that you’ll might have with the instock/outofstock variations will probably then go away. Thanks!

In the plugin sale page https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038/, your change log mentioned the latest version 6.2.3, but the download package is only version 6.1.1. Could you please check?
Hi, use the automatic updates here’s the guide https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/documentation-and-full-guide-video/#installation-zsc Codecanyon.net sill hasn’t processed our update. Thanks.
I want it ! jaja
Hi, thanks! Feel free to purchase, if you don’t like it or can’t use it, we’ll just refund that. Thanks!
Hi, I saw that this plugin allows you to filter by tag. But I need to know if she does these two things:
The tags will see them all in the widget (example if i have 200 i see them all or i can choose)
Any other question about this widget that I create will see it only in the categories of the shop where I inserted the tags or in the whole general shop?
For me, it’s important to understand before you buy it THANK YOU
Hi, well to get a more clear picture check this links. This is the demo for our plugin https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/ and this is the documentation https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/documentation-and-full-guide-video/ Whatever is there is possible, what not isn’t. Also we provide support under these terms https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038/support We’re not going to install anything for you or do customizations. Keep that in mind when making a purchase. And as noted, a good place to visit before you make a purchase is the documentation. Thanks.
i have question about your product.
I need to solve the problem with filtering: i have shop in woocommerce 3.x, where i have 2 sorts of colours – 1 simple (red, white, black etc) and 1 varriable (super white, lux white etc). For the products i use variables colours (so the customer can choose which colour he wants) and for filtering i want to use simple colours, for that i created for all variations products new row with custom meta, like “_simple_colour”. Is it possible to filter all my variables products by this meta? Is it possible to show products by custom meta? And for example all my variations of the product have different weight, is it possible to filter it by meta “_weight” and show only variations with thi weight and of course show images only for this variations?
Hi, thanks for the interest. At the moment we only support Meta Keys and Values for the parent products. Variations will not be included, however if your parent variable product has these, then it will work. Hopefully that answers your question. Thanks!
That is so pitty =( Do you have plan to do this? Please write me if you will realise this functionallity.
Or maybe is it possible to help me to realize filtering by variations (not by parent) if i will buy your product?
Hi, we only sell plugins, we don’t have time to help each customer with its own issues. If you buy our product you’ll get the plugin and 6 months of support that go under these terms https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038/support meaning we’re not making anything custom for your needs. As for will this get implemented, yes probably, when I cannot say as it has not even been discussed in the developers meeting. Thanks.
But it’s really good way to improve your product. Thanks a lot, i will be wait
I agree. However, don’t expect it soon, meaning it will happen in the next 3-6 months. Thanks.
Is it possible to have the same appearance in shortcodes as on category pages? On the category page the filter is a sidebar widget. On a custom page with shortcode it’s a button I have to press which slides out the sidebar. I want it the same as on the category page.
Hi, you can insert widgets in pages too. If you’re using Visual Composer that will be just easy, but if not you can find a plugin to do it with. We need sidebar data to initiate and create widget titles and structure as in your theme, so you cannot just add this with a shotcode. Thanks.
I tried this before with https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/custom-sidebars/
But it did not work. It would show the widget in the sidebar, but it wasn’t functional. It would filter all product, regardless of the category.
What I did was create page and put products on it (using Flatsome UX Builder). The products are inserted via shortcode.
But like I said, the widget would not filter based on the products in the flatsome shortcode (for example mens shoes, it would also show womens shoes after applying filter).
Or will it work if I follow chapter 4.2 of the documentation ? I haven’t tried it like that before.
Hi, maybe you can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-shortcode/ So, put that in your column on left and use the [prdctfltr_sc_products use_filter=”no”] in your right column. Should work as expected. If not please follow the link and open a support ticket. Thanks!
Thanks. I got it working now. I tried again with the Custom Sidebars plugin. With the use_filter=”no” it works perfectly ! Your plugin is truly a ‘must-have’ for WooCommerce users…
Hi, thanks! Follow the documentation guides and experiment, you can easily achieve a lot. Also update to 6.2.3 if you haven’t already and do use WC 3.0.3 to use the plugin fully. Thanks!
Hi guys, amazing plugin – keep up the great work. I am having an issue with the Advanced Filter. WP 4.7.4, WC 3.04, Flatsome theme – latest ver.
Taxonomy is set as “product categories”. I have selected a few terms (subcategories) from the list but regardless on the archive page it lists all product categories. Any ideas please?
Hi, our agent will need to take a look at this. Please follow the link below and open a support ticket. Thanks!
Hi again, thanks for the quick response, I got it sorted in the meantime. For some reason that particular setting (taxonomy terms) didn’t get saved first couple of times. So I just had to do it a few times in a row and finally got it saved. Amazing plugin, every woocomerce shop should have it. Cheers
Hi, great! We’ll check that in the updates, some other users also complained about includes, so we’ll check that. Once again thanks for the kind words, do rate the plugin in your Downloads section if you like it, we quite appreciate that. Thanks!
Hi dzeriho, I’ve spend a few days fixing the sidebar to create like your demo multiselect, hierarchy page. I want the possibility of multiple selection, but when you select for example categories ‘polos’ and ‘dresses’, certain colors disapears because they’re not available under these categories. It’s not working at my site, I cannot multi-select while having the adoptive filtering on. I’ve the adoptive filtering enable on the current filter and enable multi term selection.
Second question is regarding the ‘by category filter’ and ‘Select terms to include. Use CTRL+Click to select terms or clear selection’. The question is: if the category is: Shoes > Sneakers > low sneakers. and I select only sneakers and low sneakers, it won’t work if I skip the first category which is shoes. Is it possible to only select the second and third category on this filter (so sneakers and low sneakers only).
Hi, thanks for your contact. For the first issue please follow the link below and an agent will check what you’ve set and why it doesn’t work. As for the second question, this is a limitation at the moment, parent terms need to be included in order to include child terms, however this will change in the next update hopefully. For now you can try combining include option and the “Keep only child terms” mode, and select all parents and then childs. Should work as expected.Thanks.
Thnx, ticket sent
Good morning, I would like to buy the plugin but first i would like to know if it works only on the category pages or on all the pages.
Thank you very much
Hi, can you be more specific with “on all the pages” PF works on Shop/Product Archives and on custom pages where you can use our shortcode. Here are some demos https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/ and the documentation about the plugin is here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/documentation-and-full-guide-video/ Thanks.
Hi, Is it possible to have a list of all the cookies names generated by your plugin, all parameters combined ? It is for the law about the consent of the users before the storage of cookies on their equipment. All cookies generated by a site must be listed. Thanks
Hi, thanks for the contact. PF doesn’t use any cookie data, so no worries there. Thanks!
We have made some customisations in the previous version 5.7.3 and tried to update to latest version and move over the code but it is not working. If we purchase new support (currently expired), are you able to configure/develop the custom code into the new version or is this not covered?
Hi, sorry, but unfortunately no. Support doesn’t cover customizations, custom codes, implementations or similar https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-filter/8514038/support Thanks for understanding.
I am still having trouble with in stock filter on variable products. Looking at the sample site, if I filter for Orange, Small, In Stock, the results show a shirt that is not available in Orange and Small. https://mihajlovicnenad.com/improved-variable-product-attributes/color/orange/?pa_size=size-s&instock_products=in
Hi, this is limitation at the moment. To keep queries at minimum and make sure these calculations don’t slow things down, we only check for more attributes within the variable products that might exist, in this case regular or polo (attribute type). We assume that at least one variation might be in stock, so the product isn’t hidden. This is the only case filter might fail. If both of these (regular and polo from the remaining not selected attribute, type) are out of stock, as in this case. We’ll try to do this better in the updates. Thanks for pointing this out.
I have a pre-sale question:
Once a filter is applied, then from the results a product is selected, so the single product page loads. Is it possible to add a “previous” and “next” product navigation that would allow the user to browse the other products of the same search result?
Hi, no. Only shown in the demos is available. You can maybe use the stepped selection as shown here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/product-filter/stepped-selection-filters-custom-actions-and-adoptive-filtering/ Thanks!
Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.
