I installed the plugin but mij texblock is nog working any more. Also I cannot find any tutorial recently that instruct me to put an video background into the visial composer in a row (full width)

I purchased a theme and your plugin came with it. I am having problem with the element Advanced Carousel for Visual Composer. The element does not display the carousel element properly in tablet and mobile, but it display it properly on desktop.
On mobile and tablet, each slide just gets display one on top of another. There is NO carousel function.
Can i ticket this issue through your ticket system even though I don’t have a purchase code? Or should I touch based directly with the theme people? Not sure how they can help since this is your plugin.

I think you must have neglected the number of item displayed on devices option, you can reduce the number of item to be shown in carousel in tablet and mobile.

You can set any number which is working perfect on the respective devices.

We have already fix this in our future release, as this is just a warning, you can ignore this. There is no functionality issue as though.
Once we’ll release our updated version these warning will automatically vanish after you update the plugin.
The Hotspot module is not working on my site. After I choose my Hotspot image in the settings and then create a hotspot item, the image does not show up inside the hotspot item settings. Under “Position” there is just a little grey box that says “image” and a red circle.

Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, you get the basic support, updates or other resources for our plugin from your theme author. Also, the purchase code of the theme, doesn’t work for other bundled plugins as they are totally independent products and independent authors.
Incase, if you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from the original authors of the plugin, you will need to buy the respective plugin and get your own license.
Hello, I’m having the same issue that so many other are. I’m getting the error:
“Fatal error: Unfortunately, plugin could not be activated. Not enough memory available.”
I understand you’ve fixed this in a new version but I can’t get access to the dev version because I can’t open a ticket since I am using this plugin as part of a package from The7 theme. Please help with getting me access to this dev version so I can re-active this plugin.

Yes my memory is more than sufficient. It is currently at 1GB :/....other thoughts?....
GB might not be the correct syntax. Just try it 256 MB. If this still doesn’t work – confirm this with your hosting company.

That is strange and I’m sure there is something wrong with the memory configuration. Like said, this error only appears if the memory available for your site is less than around 10MB
I would recommend you to purchase a license and open a ticket with us; so we can take a closer look at your issue. Or try installing our plugin with all other plugins deactivated and on Twenty sixteen theme (just to ensure it is not other plugins and themes consuming memory on your site)
I’ve just bought Ultimate Addons but none of the features I’m trying to use seem to work. I am trying to set a background video for a row and a fixed image paralax for a row but neither work. Nothing happens when I try to set a full height row either…any suggestions?

not sure what is going on but your plugin no longer works on a website that it was working fine for the last year or so….The theme Fortuna and I am using the Web 2.0 Directory…..everything has worked just fine but now if I activate Ultimate it kills many features of the website. Sorry, I cannot share a link but I suspect other folks are having problems as well.

Our plugin checks if your WordPress installation has about 10 MB memory available. If this check fails – it doesn’t let the plugin activate and triggers an error.
We have done this very intentionally to avoid breaking websites if the WordPress goes out of memory. If you think this is not working correctly and you already have decent memory available, please open up a support ticket so we can take a closer look and see what could be wrong.

Our plugin has offers Animation Block module which is very flexible and configurable. Please take a look at this video which will give you an idea.
So you certainly can use (or not) animation very flexible as you need.
I want tp overlay an image with another when mouse over, so I don’t see that Animation Block can help here. Or do you have an idea how to do it?
Animation block element simple animate the element like fade-in, slide-in, and many more effects, but overlay effect can’t be achieved with this element.

As I mentioned in my our previous reply that there is only color overlay option in the interactive banner element, but there is no image swapping effect with another image in any of the elements in our plugin yet.
But I would pitch this idea to my team and hope we could include such featured element in future.

i would like to use the [ultimate_carousel] shortcode outside the editor in a custom shortcode or directly in a template .php file with do_shortcode(). But somehow the scripts are not loaded then. How is it possible to init Ultimate Addons global?

I added Load scripts globally on the debug tab, but the [ultimate_carousel] shortcode it is still not working when you use echo do_shortcode(‘[ultimate_carousel…..’]; on a page, which doesn’t have a other Ultimate Addon Element in the VC.

Hello, addons are great. But I feel I get a little slow the backend of the site.
When I go to edit and save changes, I fly too slow to make adjustments. Sometimes a little slow loading site since.
What I can do?
Are you using Chrome browser and working on a very long page? Could you try how it is on Firefox?
Long pages require good local memory Chrome is very bad at it.
