Have you bought the Ultimate Addons from us? Or did it come with your theme?
Incorrect email could not be the reason for the error that you’re getting. Check this page on our support website for the possible reasons.

My memory limit is 1Go, so this is not the point. Your plugin worked perfectly with other configurations and we did’nt change anything. It is simply not working with the latest WP version and the latest Visual Composer. You are admitting this problem in another comment : “We have already fixed this issue in our development version, you’ll get this fix in our upcoming release.” So please I don’t want to waste my time trying many things that won’t be of any use. Let us know when the update is available and we will install it. By the way, if the development version works ok, could you please send it to us so that we can go ahead with our project?

We got this inside some themes and we found out some issue with the ‘Advanced Carousel’. When you have 0 in your ‘mobile’, the page will crash when resizing. Also on mobile it will not load.

Hi BrainstormForce. I found a bug – and a workaround: On plugin-activation a get the Error “Unfortunately, plugin could not be activated. Not enough memory available”.
My hoster give me a memory_limit of 2G(igabytes). You do a preg_replace in Ultimate_VC_Addons.php on line 22 and remove all non-digits chars (I think the programmer thought that most people have something with ???M). I changed the memory_limit to 768M and it works now perfectly.

Hi, does the Smooth Scroll keep the scrollbar from appearing? I’m trying to narrow down this problem and I THINK it might have to do with it just as it appears to be the case with this other Smooth Scroll plugin I’ve used. Kinda hard on my end testing it out because of all the darn caching problems I’m going through at the moment.

BTW, I’d gotten this new theme which has its own smooth scroll, but turning it off and then trying to make use of your plugin’s smooth scroll keeps me from being able to scroll at all.

Is there any way i can import a few pages of demo files without having to reset my entire website?
- We can provide you an demo XML file. When you would import that using WordPress plugin – all pages on our website would become available on yours. This won’t delete any existing pages. Still, this method is recommended on new websites.
- Other better option would be, take a test drive, copy the shortcodes of the pages you need and paste them on your website.

I am still having trouble activating the plugin.. It came in The7 theme package.. Tells me there isnt enoguh memory, but I have it set to 256MBs.. Is there another setting I should be looking at?
I would suggest to deactivate all other plugins which might be consuming memory of your server and try again.

A lot of WordPress themes have a map like this (Villarreal Wordpress Theme on Themeforest) where they have all of the listings for properties they are selling. However, it’s like an all-inclusive type of theme.
What I would like to do is have a map exactly like that example, that pulls up different properties when clicked. Then it links to whatever page/post of my choosing. Do you know of any plugin that performs that?

Even though I set the background color to single color. Any fix for this? I already deleted the plugin and reinstalled, but this the same issue.
