How do I deregister testing site url and add new one now site live
Hello there,
You can follow these steps in order to switch the licence from your development site to your live site.
Once you have De-Registered your old domain, you can register again on any new domain from the plugin backend with the same purchase code and other details.

When use Seperator in the element “Headings”, sometimes it is not showing up, and it shows up if I reload the page. I have check the html code when it is not showing up, there something are wrong in the inline css:

in a modal box, I’m using an image as a button. It works fine but on iPad and iPhone, it looks a bit blurry because of the resolution. Is there a way to add a second retina image, which would be twice the size ?

Regretfully, we don’t have any such option available at this moment. Perhaps, you could use the 2x image itself to display the button?

There are some predefined color scheme which you can use, or you can design your own color scheme.

But we have already provided the typography option in heading from where you can simply add font size and line-height, you can also provide the font size for specific devices.

Thanks for the great work. What about checking and making your addon fully RTL support?! I think all the developers should make all themes, plugins, addons RTL support! You can’t consider only a part of world that using Left to Right languages!!!
I will purchase your addon to support you but as I try to support you I expect you to consider and support us by making your addon fully RTL support. The support can’t be one way!

We are already working on the same direction, but as of now we don’t have any ETA for that, we do support RTL, there might be little bugs which we are working on.
If you have any specific issue, we’ll surely help you out with the issue as soon as possible.

Latest version has lost separator option, i had to re-install the Version 3.16.1 which works perfectly. Hope it’s just me.

Hello, I change my web host and now and since my site is https instead of http, the plugin stop working. Do you have an idea why?
Ok I’ve found that the normal quotes in the shortcodes, especially those of ultimate addon are modified to smart quotes when the links of my pages are modified like migration from http to https. So the shortcode are not working. I just save my page and my quotes are fixed. Let me know if there’s a way to fix my quotes for the entire website without the need to save all my pages one by one, thanks!

If your theme author has included our plugin as a bundled plugin, then you should connect with your theme author about this concern.
If you wish to be supported and get lifetime updates of our plugin then please consider purchasing your own copy of Ultimate Addons.
Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, you get the basic support, updates or other resources for our plugin from your theme author. Also, the purchase code of the theme, doesn’t work for other bundled plugins as they are totally independent products and independent authors.
Incase, if you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from the original authors of the plugin, you will need to buy the respective plugin and get your own license.
