I deleted the participants to re-use a survey (after testing it) and only 5 people have taken it, but the results say there is more votes than that! – Did my deleting the participants not ditch the votes in the survey – is there another pace to do that, and if I delete the survey data now, will the participants info and votes be gone? really confused here and need help immediately please

The global and the individual votes are stored separately. That means, if you reset the survey on the survey edit screen, then the cumulative results will be deleted, but you still have the individual participants votes to export or analyze them. Certainly, you can separately delete all participants as well.
In your case, if you deleted the participants, that doesn’t means the survey will be automatically reset. You have to reset the survey on the survey edit screen to erase the cumulative results as well.

Yes, you can create categories, then assign scores to the answers. This way, it is possible to display a message or redirect the browser based on the final score or category score.

This is a prepurchase question. I need to control access to a survey. I am assuming I can use a email integration to send survey invites through a token or similar method. Will modal survey plug-in be able to save the token information so I can trace the survey taker without asking them to provide their name? Also, is it possible for a survey taker to save and then return later to finish a survey if they leave if I am using this token method? Thanks.!

However, the plugin doesn’t offer invitation survey, you can achieve this with a different way. There are many plugins help you to view a specified WordPress page by invitation only. You can place the survey shortcode there and the survey will be also visible with that invitation only.
Yes, the participants can be continue the survey later if they terminate it. It is an optional setting on the survey edit screen.

Not it is not a feature, it is possible with code customization only. The “pay to unlock” can be easily achieved by any other 3rd party plugin, that locks the page where you placed the answers.

Sorry, but I found two other places for support. This is the third place. I’m not sure which one you check so I’m asking the same question in all of them. The place I actually supplied the most info was on the forum site where I had to login and create a user account. So hopefully you can check and help me there.
Basically my questions is this: If my content is coming from somewhere else, but not from the WPeditor I know the shortcode can’t be applied. However, is it possible to change the code so that it can be applied? I use another plugin to write my content. I’m hoping this is possible. If so, can you point me into the right direction to figure this out? If not possible how do I initiate a refund?

I check all places, including email, support forum and the comments, therefore you might use one of them only.
The shortcode should work well independently from the editor since all of them must complies with the WordPress standards.Furthermore, these editors offer the option to switch back to the original editor temporary.

Hi there! My customer would like a customer satisfaction survey with 10 to 15 questions (with multiple answers, like a scale from 1 to 10) in it.

Yes, customer satisfaction survey with multiple answers and rating questions are available. The plugin also compatible with WPML, that means you can easily translate all texts with Poedit or any other 3rd party translator plugin, like Loco Translate.
There are many design customization tools exists on the survey edit screen, if you need further, you can add your own custom CSS code to the plugin. (eg.: custom font type, different text color)

I am planning to purchase this plugin, but before I go for it, I have few questions to confirm it is exactly what I need:
I am going to present the questions a customer feedback / review about a product. And I would like to download / export individual participant’s result in .xls
I would like to know if I will be able to download the individual participant’s answers to the questions, into an excel sheet?
Also, if it is possible that, at the end of survey / review / questionnaire, the excel file should automatically be downloaded or should give a link to download the excel file (here, I am talking about the feedback / review about a product from one (individual) customer only). Is it possible?

Yes, the individual result can be exported to XLS and many more different formats on the admin area.
However, the export can’t be downloaded automatically at the end of the survey on the frontend, you can set up an auto-response message which can contains the result as a PDF attachment.

Pantherius, I am unable to see the answers to ‘Open text Answers’ in .xls sheet. When I check the results at backend, it shows the answer written in the text box. But when I export the same result into .xls file, it shows ”* Type your answer here ”. How can this issue be resolved?
The cumulated export file can’t display the open text answers since those can be thousands entries and it could break the structure. Just imagine how can be look thousands of open text answers under one answer in the export file.
The open text answers can be exported to TXT format individually from the answer options.
Certainly, the individual export file provides the participant’s opent text answer.

If you mean the next arrow, then it is automatically displayed when you using open text answer or enabled it with the ‘Always show next button’ checkbox on the survey edit screen.
If you mean, the send button on the Participants Form at the end of the survey, then you can enable or disable it under the Participants Form accordion on the survey edit screen.

Just checked your website and I don’t see any ‘send’ button.
1. Please increase the End Delay on the survey edit screen. If you set it to 0sec, then it will never disappear.
2. Yes, the following shortcode display the list of answers (highlighted the selected ones):
[survey_answers id=”12345” style=”plain” data=”full” uid=”true” session=”last”]
It will show the questions and answers as a plain text.
I recommend you to place it on a different page / post, then redirerect the browser there.

Yes, the form is enabled, I have found out that during validation i.e., if I miss any question it goes top of the page, at that time if I submit the form, it is not saving the name and email in database, except ID is saved in participants DB table. So, It shows anonymous in participants list of admin panel and even It doesn’t send email to participant. Is there a solution for this please.

The plugin allows to embed the same survey to all posts or pages automatically, then see the result charts on the post / page edit screen. If the pages you mentioned using the default WordPress pages for the clients, then yes you can display the same survey for each of your clients.
Alternatively, you can create any number of surveys, then include them manually to any page or post. that support shortcodes.

Yes, the participants’ answers can be see on the admin for each questions.
Yes, you can redirect the browser based on the score. However, you can add the participant to your MailChimp list, it is not possible to segment them or add them to different list based on the scores. You can simply define your List ID and all of the participants will be recorded to that MailChimp List.

1) The most of the elements can be customized with the built-in visual builder on the survey edit screen. The next arrow is an image, PSD file included. There is a Custom CSS page on the admin, that allows to add further customization via your own CSS code.
2) The color can be set in the shortcode parameter, the size always fit to the parent container. This behavior grants the charts to be responsive on any device. That means, you can easily control the size when you wrap the result shortcode in a DIV element, that has a specified width. The opacity can’t be set for the charts.
3) Keeping the best performance is one of my main goal. The plugin using the WordPress built-in jQuery and the main plugin JS file is around 30Kb, which small enough to doesn’t affect the loading speed of the website since most of the images are larger. All other files are smaller, that has been included on the frontend.
4) Yes, you can see the result chart on the page / post edit screen in the sidebar widget on your admin.
5) The plugin doesn’t use custom post types. If the custom post type allows you to embed shortcodes, then you can include the survey or the result. Probably, the result chart will be displayed on the WordPress default post and page edit screen only.

Probably, there is an error in the background, eg.: the folder is not writeable or there is not enough space, etc.
