SMTP connection errors generally occured port permission reasons. Please check your hosting supported port numbers. Also some hosting services does not support foreign outgoing server connection. I can suggest you local server tests before foreign server tests.

Thank for your review, please check documentation about translation, it was used google translation, did you think I’ve know 20language? Are you seriosly about that? It easy way to change mistakes about languages by correct country persons.
Server differences and client experiences is not my problem about that, actually mailing system works with background as cron or shell area, where did you try to press F5 I dont know, front-end area using simple mysqli queries, if your system gone overload memory with your records “ONLY FOR MYSQL SELECT QUERIES” you should have search suck or fuck terms with your server.
Caching systems are better for static records, mailing systems requires dynamic counts and activities for every second. If I use caching system for it, really you will vommit here about why my statics does not work or why my campaigns still waiting on pending status.
Last words, authors no have permission to manage refunds, please request refund for your item, I’ll be happy to approve it. Please check total item sale count, its not newbie script. Im honestly give that words, if you cannot use it, you can easily ask refund thats all, you can talk without spitting, be human before questioning honesty.
