Hello, is there an ETA for adding recurring purchases through Stripe?
Also, is it possible to disable the “times available”? I want my web visitors to pick a specific time that is not blocked out yet by another appointment.
How can customers reschedule? Will updates be sent to service staff automatically?

1) At the moment we don’t have it in our development plan.
2) I’m not sure what do you refer to “times available”. If you are talking about the the displayed time slots on the second step, then this step can’t hidden/disabled.
3) Customers need to cancel the current appointment and book a new appointment, there’s no option for rescheduling. If the relevant notifications are enabled – staff members will receive these notifications.

Hello I set up the parameter Mimimum time requirment prio to Booking to prevent a reservation less than 1 hour before the begin of a course But it seems that it does not work as expected
For example, the 23rd of July, at 9.21am , a client succeed to book for 10 am (service : Aquabike) I can send you a proof with the email that we received from the application

Hi guys – we are looking at this extension for a Santas Grotto booking system. Can you answer the following pre-sale q’s pls?
- Support on setting – would you be able to help if we get in difficulties? - We want situation parent can book a date and time for our grotto – will be a selection of days leading up to Xmas (select days) and each day will be 5pm – 9pm – with 15mins slots. Each slot we want to be able to take say 4-5 bookings.
- We want to allow parents to book 1 or 2 adults and up to say 5 children. Each adult with be £x – and each child would be £x – so total needs to add up.
- Then they book time (that slot then deducted until it is fully booked up then greys out etc – with parent being able to pay via paypal – and get a full customised html email with timeslot etc
Does that all sound possible out of the box – or perhaps with some help from you guys?

- This schedule is possible to implement.
- But the calculation of price could only be achieved by purchasing our Service Extras add-on.
- Capacity settings for each service, PayPal payments and email notifications are features that are available out of the box.

I followed the steps, and I see the right translations for bookly in the “string translation” of WPML (mark as completed and saved) but on the website still shows the untranslated text. (also I cleared the cache)

Please make sure that you are translating the correct strings, you can click this button after you scanned the plugin “View strings that need translation”.
Besides that you need to be sure that you added the option to change the language in WPML’s settings.

Hi,
When a cancellation is denied because it falls within the cancellation notice time range the the Bookly appointments list shows “Not Allowed” under the column “Cancel”.
A “cancellation denied” URL can be set up in ‘Settings”. However it doesn’t seem possible to link to it from the Bookly appointments list.
Do I have to create a link manually somewhere on the booking page or is there another way to do it?

Thank you for purchasing Bookly.
If customer tries to cancel their appointment, but it’s already too late – an email will be sent about that. That’s where you can add your own link and its not possible to link Appointments List with it as this was designed for the case when customer clicks the cancellation link in the email. The website shows up to date information so there was no need to add that functionality.

Hi, Sorry I am a bit lost here. I am not talking about the regular cancellation process but a “too late” cancellation. Since the client is no longer allowed to cancel from his or her account, what then triggers the email notification ?

Hello. Appearance tab “1. Service” is not synchronizing with my staff members and business hours. Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. Client/prospect appointment can select “Start from” and “Finish by” outside of my business hours. Example 4am or 10pm.
How do I go about disabling “Start from and “Finish by” from appearance or have this feature synchronize with my staff members and business hours?

Presales question:
Making a website that will have multiple locations. Each location will have different service offerings. Based on prior questions, this plugin will work for multiple locations.
However, what about using it for services that may vary based on location? So Location A offers services 1, 2, and 3. But Location B offers services 2, 3, 4, and 5. Is it possible to make it so that when someone would choose a “location”, it would then use an AJAX query to pull the available services for that location?

My requests:
1. I would like to be able to charge customers per person, per hour
For example, if 1 person booked my service for 1 hour and it costs 100 US$, then that customer is charged 100 US$. But if the customer selects 2 hours then he is charged 200 US$. Now, if a customer books for 5 persons with 1 hour of service at 100 US$ the total would be 500 US$
2. I would like the system to choose the staff member with the least bookings if the customer selects ‘Any’
