Hi, great looking plugin but experiencing error in first time of trying to create a flipbook – No option to select pdf or jpg and no file upload area showing.

why this error only happens on mobile? both on the list, as thumbnails , the link will always to a page later. this is bad for users . It is expected to correct ? It is urgent , right?

when i click on page 1 through thumbs panel, go to page 2… when click page 5 to page 6… always one more. whats happen?

open the list. click on item. the page open and list close automate. why not in the thumbs? click on thumb but the list still opened =/

Hi, the plugin removes all the text from our PDFs, even after I generate pdf flipbook with chrome or firefox and flatten the pdf (convert to outlines). We are using the latest version of your plugin. What else can I try to get it to work? If we cannot get it to work, can you please offer a refund? Thanks.

Hello there. I’ve put this plugin on a clients site, and it looks fine. They were reporting fuzziness and poor quality, however at our office (we’re the devs) we couldn’t see any issues. We’ve updated the plugin to the latest version off of here, and now it doesn’t work at all. I’ve disabled all other plugins and it still doesn’t work. Do you know of anything in this update which could break it? If not, I’ll remove the plugin completely and re-add it

I would like to modify the default settings . it’s possible? but , every time I go up a magazine , I have to remember all the settings I made earlier . that is terrible.

you can set a default setting ? as I see , it seems that every issue has to customize everything again , which makes the service extremely slow . if possible , I buy .

Do you know how to make the loading times faster? When loading the book and flipping from page to page, it seems to take longer than it should. Also, sometimes when I try to go to the next page, all it does is show the loading wheel and requires another click to get to the next page.

Goodyear evening, I really need Quick Support. .. I purchased the flipbook and wanted to upload my interactive pdf, which was designed in Indesign. It includes a lot of hyperlinks. After uploading, I’m Not able to click any of them. There are just two, but they are on a completly wrong Position. ..How can I use my Hyperlinks or how I have to save my pdf, so I can use my links? I really need help
