the orders gets sent to the dropshipper assigned to the product your customer orders. If in a single order more than one dropshipper is involved, each dropshipper will receive a separate order only for the products he is in charge of.

If an order has 3 items, 2 from 1 dropshipper and 1 from another, and both offer different shipping options (for example UPS and USPS) – do I need a seperate shipping api/calculator plugin so that when the order is placed by the customer, an accurate shipping fee is charged for shipping from each droppshipper?

each dropshipper can setup one shipping method for domestic shippings (calculated from the country of the dropshipper and the country of the buyer) and one shipping fee for international shipping.
In the scenario you described both shipping fee would be charged, but there would be no usps/ups integration (we are working on that though).

The only thing I can tell you is that it will not be soon. We do not have a specific date for that but will come out with version 3.0 of the plugin.

So each droppshipper, whose products I list, can only have 1 domestic flat rate and 1 international flat rate? So if two products come from the same dropshipper, their flat rate shipping cost is just doubled? Just trying to understand how not to lose $ when calculating shipping in a multi product, multi dropshipper supplied order.

if you enable the dropshipper shipping fee, the shipping fee will be applied only once, no matter how many items are ordered from the dropshipper. And yes if the cost is enabled the dropshipper can only have one international and one national shipping fee at the moment.

Is there anyway to automatically update just the inventory numbers, such as with a csv file from the shipper?
If you refer to the stock quantity yes, there is a way by csv.

what kind of integration would you need? Our email only sends the details of the order to both dropshipper and admin of the site. The plugin does not offer any integration with ERP systems.

Hi – Is it possible to edit the layout of the PDF to suit shipping labels? I’d like the logo to appear above the “shipping address” and include website branding if possible.
I’d also like to add returns policy notes to the PDF – this would be a massive help.

Also has your .htaccess been modified in any way?

The plugin was working perfectly until I update woocommerce to version 2.5.5.
Regarding the .htaccess, we did not modified it (except for wprocket but I use it since the beginning and it was working perfectly before).
Do you thing this could linked to the update ?

Hello Michael,
from the error you are describing, it seems the problem is pretty easy:
the png file you are using for the logo has been saved with “interlacing” option enabled. (if you use photoshop when you save a png there is a popup asking “interlacing” with the options “none” or “interlaced”).
By changing that you should fix it. If if does not work, please contact us again.

Hi I have installed the plugins and activate it. I have created a new username and password and assign it as dropshippers. However, when i tried to login through wordpress backend. It doesnt allow me to login but redirect me to the home page instead. Why is that?

you are probably using some plugin/teplate that blocks the backend access to non-admin users. If it is a plugin usually you can configure them by role, but depends on which one you are using.

that is exactly what we are doing. Let me confirm though that there is no problem on the plugin, you just blocked the access to the dashboard to non-admin users.

The 2.6.1 update broke the dropshipper email notification feature for me. I had to revert to the previous version and it worked again. It’s possibly just my setup?
Also would like to make a request… Would it possible to add a function to resend the drop shipper’s new order email notification? Resending the woocommerce new order email does not send the dropshipper message.
Occasionally, the drop shipper’s notification email is not received and rather than having to manually create a new order email without prices and other information, it would save a ton of time and headaches.

I purchased your WooCommerce Dropshipper plug-in via CodeCanyon today
Excellent plug-in and “does what it says on the box”.
However, initially, when I installed and configured the plug-in, when switching order status from “On hold” to “Processing” I was getting an error.
The error was with fopen() in file: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-dropshippers/font/ttfonts.php
Line 496: $this->fh = fopen($file ,’rb’) or die(‘Can\’t open file ’ . $file);
Looking into it, I changed a line in the file: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-dropshippers/font/unifont-8.mtx.php
Changing line 16: $ttffile=’/home3/webripe1/public_html/survivezombieapocalypse/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-dropshippers/font/unifont/unifont-8.0.01.ttf’;
To: $ttffile=plugin_dir_path( FILE ).’unifont-8.0.01.ttf’;
I’m surprise this issue hasn’t been noticed before. Might be worthwhile addressing in future updates.

thanks for the note, we just uploaded a new version of the plugin. It is a problem that came out with version 2.6.1, we did not notice that that file was “hardcoded” (that file is generated when you first launch the library to make pdf…we definitely did not expect that).

Hi – I purchased and set up this plug in. However, products are not being assigned to dropshippers, even though the dropshipper’s name and dropship price are saved on the products.
When I look at my list of orders, no dropshippers are associated with the orders.
When I log into the dropshippers account that I created for them, no orders are there to be fulfilled.
No emails are being sent to the dropshipper when an order is made.
I’m using WordPress Version 4.5.2, and downloaded and installed your plug in just yesterday.
