Hi, I want purchase this plugin but i worry if this plugin not support my wordpress and my woocommerce..i used latest wordpress version 4.5.2 and woocommerce version 2.5.5.. how ur suggestion? this plugin still can support??

I downloaded the update for dropshipper how do I upload it on the site? I have to delete the old version? the data entered in the products with dropshippers will be lost by doing so?

the overwritten files two times to be sure but I always appear version 2.5.3 …

Please redownload the file from CodeCanyon and make sure that the woocommerce-dropshippers.php says “Version: 2.6.1”, than overwrite the plugin again. Thanks

I have setup a few different dropshippers and assign products to them.

When their products sell, they are not receiving emails.

They all have different email providers. Some are custom, one is yahoo.

I assume their email is the one I add in the “User” section of WP when I assign their “dropshipper” role

All the orders have moved to the processing stage.

None of the emails are in the junk/spam boxes and appear to have never been received.

if all the other emails are working correctly, please contact us privately and provide us with admin credentials and ftp access to your site (we need both) so we can take a look and see what is happening.

Hii, I purchased dropshippers and noticed a problem when I insert the single value in variations (variable products). Basically if I insert the value of the dropshipper and save immediately the single change has save him, but if I compile all changes with different values and then only at the end of the exception i save them, the entered values change. Example: Variation 1: dropshipper value of € 10 Variation 2: dropshipper value of € 20

if i save the first variation newly compiled takes me the value € 10, but if I compile the variation 1 and 2 and save together once finished I will appear for both the value of € 10 of the first variation.

when you update the variations you should press the button “Save Changes” located in the section where you edit the variations before pressing the “Update” button of the product.

upon further investigation, we discovered that in some occasions the problem you described could present even while pressing the “Save Changes” button. It was due do a recent modification in WooCommerce.

We are uploading a fix for this issue by today (after that will need to be approved, but it is on the way).

We were wondering if there is a way to set the droppshippers plugin so the droppshipper can receive payment automatically as soon as an order is placed for their products? Also, is there away to forward the shipping cost on to them as well? We don’t see a way for them to get payment for shipping cost at all. Thanks so much!

automatic payments are not available at the moment. As for the shipping cost you can set the shipping cost of the items to be free and set each dropshipper to have his own shipping cost. this way it each dropshipper will earn his shipping cost too.

Hi, I have purchased this plugin.

I will like each of my drop shippers to also receive (via email) their respective subset of a customer’s invoice for custom import declaration purposes. (Similar to the packing list sent to dropshipper’s email, with addition of the items pricing paid by customer)

Is such a customization available ?

that has probably to do with the permission your host. In any case the easiest option would be to simply log in via ftp and overwrite the files. That should solve your problem!

I’m just wondering if there is a way to make sure that french character accents such as é, è, à are properly outputted in email pdf attachments to dropshippers. They currently don’t get converted to PDF properly… Ex: it’s currently outputting “QuA?©bec” instead of “Québec” or “A?‰ric” instead of “Éric”

Thanks for the update. However i do have a problem. After this update there should be a packing slip attached to the email sent to the dropshipper. But this isn’t working for me (also i couldn’t find an option to turn this feature on or off in the settings page so i’m assuming the packing slip is attached by default). How can i fix this?

check that you have writing permission inside the plugin folder. the /slips folder is where they are saved on creation.

You should have the same permissions as the downloads folder. In case it does not work contact us from our profile and please provide us with ftp and admin credentials so we can check what is not working :)

Thanks for the update, but regretfully it has caused me more grief than it was worth. Since my first attempt to install this upgrade failed, I concluded that the previous version had to be deleted. Now all the time I spent setting up the original one is lost and the new upgrade still won’t install. The message I get: “Unpacking the package…

the field for the dropshipper is woo_dropshipper. You need to put the login name of the dropshipper in there. The price is _dropshipper_price.

Not a support request! It is a bug: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1162584/b9130ccfacf3824da737f8076e520933 i partly refunded via paypal and switched order status to onhold and the to progressing to sent an updated dropshipper email but it does not. it sent the old email again without the refund being noticed.

Please check the page load time on a WordPress blog post and a WooCommerce page when your plugin is inactive and active. Please reduce scripts, ... which are included on every page load. i tested with https://gtmetrix.com My results load time increase of 1.6-3 seconds on a WooCommerce page and increase of 1-2.7 seconds on a blog post. i would rather stay with your plugin when it got improved instead of looking for an other.

your first statement was that we include too many scripts in all the pages, and to reduce them. Considering that the number of scripts we include in every page is zero, we cannot reduce that.

Gtmetrix is not reliable considering that it measures the page load time, and it is nothing that is related to a plugin that only operates in the backend. We suppose that your load time speed depends solely on your hosting plan/provider (especially if it is a shared hosting).

Let me also remind you that if you need technical support for the plugin, you have to purchase 6 months of support since your support period is expired.

Does this Drop Ship plug in communicate with the UPS module to calculate the shipping costs from the assigned drop ship vendor’s address?

the product does actually calculate dropship charges based on the dropshipper country too, but does not communicate with 3rd party plugins.

I bought the regular license and once customized the plugin I made some tests and I noticed that the mail is not sent to the supplier order. I noticed that in the table of woocommerce orders, once inside the order has a window with Dropshippers written but inside is empty and I have assigned to that product a dropshipper in the product tab. I do not know if they are explained, thank you …

it is not very clear what you are trying to say. Did you modify the plugin or just configured it? You said the mail are not being sent: did the order go in “processing”?
