1. I added some Custom Fields for a specific Level but I only want them to show on the Account page to simplify the Registration process. So I uncheck “On Register page” and checked “On Account Page”. The fields still don’t show up on the Account page. Am I missing something? 2. reCAptcha module is available only for Register form process. Into Locker box can be added or not only the Login form.

Possible bug: Saving the settings of an existing Custom Field does not work Changes are not reflected on the Registration form Fields form and on the registration form. Must delete custom field and recreate it. I am using the latest version. Please look into it. Thanks

Yes. I needed custom fields for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with the following slugs: facebook, twitter, instagram. I only want them to show for a Contributor Level, only on Account Page. So here is what I did: 1. Added Custom Fields: slug: facebook field type: text to show up for: Contributor Label: Facebook SAVE 2. Check “On Admin” and “on Account Page”. SAVE. The fields don’t show up on Account Page at all. Trying to update the settings of the Custom Fields does not change anything. I tried deleting and adding them back, they still don’t show show. It seems that Custom Fields are not working on the Account Page.
Also, I added another Custom Field for header text (plain text) to all only show for Contributor at Registration. However, I did not want to show the label so I set the Label CSS Class to hidden (which is just class I defined as hidden {display:none}). The label still shows on the Registration Page. And my “hidden” class is not added to the HTML.
Please try it on your end. I really tried every way I could and I couldn’t get it to work. This is urgent.

Hi,
The Custom Field needs to be set to show up on Register,Account Page, Admin sections. Be sure that you’ve already checked where should show up. We recommend to use personalized slugs, instead of common one.

I don’t think you’re reading my response correctly. Yes, the fields ARE checked to appear on the Account Page. I renamed them but they still don’t appear. Also assigning a CSS Class is not working either. Do I need open ticket? Is anybody else having trouble with this?

Of course TOS and reCaptcha is not showing into Account page because is no reason to be there, which is pretty logic for everyone why.
If you need Support, there is just only way, by opening a ticket into Support system.

Okay so lately I have been having this issue with users signing up, getting to paypal and then paypal doesn’t work when they submit payment. Then it creates the user, and gives them the pending account .So they can log in but can’t access any content because the payment didnt go through. How can we solve this ?

Once the Payment is not confirmed, the Level will not be updated to become an Active one. You can manually set an active Level for a specific user, from Users tab, by updating that Level with an valid Expire Time.

hello, i wanna know that when a customer subscribe to a premium member and they failed to pay, the level label is not green but red, does that mean they can still access or not? I am worried that even if they failed their payment they can still be able to access to the premium content.

A Level is active once is “Green”. Otherwise, the user can not use that Level to access the content which is restricted by that Level. The Level will become “green” when is not expired and the payment is confirmed.

What do you mean by bullet Points? If you wanna use a custom Subscription Plan showcase, you can do that, by using the single Level link. So, any Pricing Table showcase can be used there.

You can add unlimited no of Custom fields into Register Form which may be available into Account Page form also. The Admin Notification can be managed from Notifications tab, where you can add all the desired custom fields to be sent.

Hello! I am going to be using the ARform plugin. And would like to restrict forms based on the user. I think this will work great on that. With Arform after a submission the admin can export a submission, can I have the submission pages shown on the front end/ump user login page after they login??

Pre Purchase Question:
On an upcoming project I am building, I need to have a member registration form which will allow users to check whether they want their email and address to be displayed in the members directory.
The members directory page will be available to all members, if the member checked the box on the registration form, their email and address will not be displayed to other members in this directory listing. – So essentially it’s just a simple conditional statement.
If this something that the plugin is capable of doing?

You can set multiple fields into Register Form, including checkboxes for different purposes. Still, The Members list module list all the users, and can filter them only based on Levels, not based on specific checkbox result.

If you wanna particular page based on Levels, is very easy to accomplish that.
Still, if you need particular content for a particular User, you can set that into Overview Tab from Account Page. There you can assign a specific Page content for each specific User.
