Pre-sale Question: If I understand correctly, a user MUST have a Level to log into the membership website. Is that correct? I am setting a membership website that has 2 types of users: – Contributors who sign up to guest post on the website – Subscribers: users who pay 1-time fee or recurring monthly fee to have access to specific pages. I’d like to use UMP to handle the login and registration. Can Contributors sign up without picking a Level? Or do I need to make a free Contributor Level Plan?

The digital downloads can only be downloaded by members who have purchased a membership subscription. Guests to the website who have NOT yet purchased a membership can still browse the website and view the digital downloads, they just can’t download them. I want to use wordpress original user box shortcodes in ultimate membership pro register box.

I have address, zip ocde, phone number first name, email etc. text boxes on my registration form

But after sign up process I cant see their address, zip code, state, phone number information in original WordPress users screen. I can only see name, email usar name, thats all. I want to see them all. How can I do that?

If I can do this my very main goal, use formcraft v3 to get users information through wordpress original users database THAN use those informations on Membership Pro

I am working on a website and was wondering if your plugin is suitable for what I need. I would like to create memberships for 7, 30 and 90 days, automatically renewable at the end of the membership period. Each membership should give the user 7, 30 and 90 hours (respectively) of access to a certain page (the one used for the tutoring chat window).

Does your system support this kind of membership, or do you know if an addon is available or if customizing your plugin to achieve this would be very complex?
