Hello Realmag777 Thanks for a great plugin. I just updated to version 2.1.3 and have the following issues: a) in the former version you could see the count at for the selected category. This is not possible in the new version. I have set options show count and dynamic recount to yes. b) in the former version it was possible to hide items marked as hidden i the woocommerce database. This is not possible in the new version. I have set option hide empty terms to yes.
Would it be possible to find guide on how to change the css somewhere?

Hi, i bought this and put it in my website. but only price filter is showing no matter how many filters I checked on ‘structure’. and I put widget as well on sidebar to test it, but the result is same. what worse is that the widget is located on not right side, but bottom.

Yes I see – http://clip2net.com/s/3yiKHr6 – but if you need just change template archive-product.php in your_theme_folder/woocommerce – more you can customize it as you want by css directly there + another way: enable show count+dynamic recount+hide empty terms in the plugin settings – and you avoid situation when empty page is shown, because dynamic recount always hide that combinations which lead to empty results …

Pre-sales question. I played with the free version, and it works fine on a base install, but when I hook in elasticsearch/elasticpress, it seems to break. Have you played with this at all? The project I am working on will have a huge product database and once I get over 1000 products WOOF starts slowing down considerably. I’m hoping integrating it with elasticpress will speed things back up!

Thanks for reply. Of course i tried free version. But in products filter is only one category field but i need two category fields for filter. In eshop are car products which are structured in two types of category – category of brand and category of car component. For example product “BMW wheels” is in category BMW and also in category wheel, I need one filter for brand category and second filter for car component. Products dont have any attributes.

Understood you – not possible divide the same taxonomy, you can create separate taxonomy for car models – in this case you will get 2 filters: by model and by components
So isnt possible allow a customer to select more than 1 category at a time and be taken to a page displaying all the products from their category selections ?
Possible – select more than 1 term, I described you that not posible divide the same taxonomy to 2 html-items in the search form of the filter.

Hello. I am new to website making. Making my first site and I dont like the way filters show up on my site. Bought a paid plug in but its too complicated for me to use.
Liked your demo store. I have an e-commerce website with probably 20+ categories and 100+ attributes. I am looking for a plug in which can help me showing only those attributes and categories under which there is some product. All the attributes and categories without any product under it should not show up and secondly. Suppose if we take price attribute. for eg 500-1000, 1000-2000,2000-3000 and if there is no product which comes under 1000-2000 then this filter should not show up.. Are these things possible in this plug in?? If yes, i would love to but it.

1000-2000 then this filter should not show up – it will, but if to enable dynamic recount all filters except the main search form will be hidden …

I am trying the free version prior to purchasing the premium plugin. My site is in the final stages of development and I am looking to replace another product filter plugin. The site is in Hebrew rtl template Porto. When I add the shortcode to a test page and save the page, the following error is displayed: Fatal error: Call to a member function __isset() on null in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/classes/storage.php on line 135

Hi We have located the plugin that conflicts with Woof Product filter and prevents saving the shortcode on the test page. The conflict is caused when the Ajax Search Pro WP plugin is activated. If I change the language in wp-admin I see the correct colors in the filter plugin but they are not shown IRL. Also if I add the color codes for swedish they get black for english and vice versa.
