I am looking to purchase a membership plugin but require the ability to set a 3 membership levels with 3 possible lengths and different prices for each length. The problem I’ve found with other plugins is that they would require 9 membership options to achieve this and that approach does not scale well. Is it possible to add 3 different prices to each membership level or possible to create 3 membership lengths with additional extras that could be purchased to increase the membership level?

You can create unlimited levels with different prices and other features. Also, a user can buy and have assigned unlimited levels on the same time. Is not clear what it means for you “membership lengths”.

So, a 3 month membership may be $150, a 6 month may be $250 and a 12 month may be $300.
Also, is it possible to integrate a new payment gateway? I’m constrained by the client’s requirements on this part and so unfortunately I’ll need to code this myself.
How do i edit the registration so that an account would be registered after successful payment? Now, if a user clicks on “register” button and decides not to pay, even though the account is being registered and i(admin) is notified. How can i change the setting so that account will be created only after successful payment.

You can set from Regsiter Form settings, to have the default user Role on Pending and to switch automatically on an active WP Role when the first payment is confirmed.

The Social module is already integrated into Register process and the user can link his Social Account with the new WP account from that step. Still, the social can not replace the entire register account ‘cause there are multiple options and modules linked to it, not being just a simple register form.

Any payment gateway integrated into UMP needs to have an proper automatically recurring payment and an IPN connection available, which not so many have. Also, a proper integration is a complex development task which can not be accomplished by customer side.

Yes, you sell Subscriptions/Levels which can be set have a recurring charge. Any user can buy and have assigned unlimited Levels.

Hi! This looks like an exact plugin I am looking for. I am making an online magazine where you have to buy access to be able to view all the articles, and you can buy monthly or yearly access. Is this possible? Also, it will be integrated with the Norwegian payment system Strex, but I have a developer setting it up so it shouldnt be a problem.
Just checking if a few things are possible - show “my page” in menu only when user is logged in (and remove login button)? - Is there a code I can use on the front page of my site (www.itsthea.com/kunst) to show that an article is restricted? Add a “premium” button or something similar when restricted is checked off in the post?

Yes, there can be bought access with recurring payments on different periods (day, week, month, year). Only the Payment gateway integrated into the system may be used. Adding a new one is not a easy job and it depends how the payment service it works.The Menu links can be restricted based on user status, yes. There is not something special that flag the restricted post on a list. Inside the Post, you can set anything you wanna it, like an Inside Locker that says the content is locked.

I have a serious issue not sure if anyone noticed it. users register and get sent to the paypal payment screen, if they close that screen and pay they still get assigned the new role from the registration. how do we fix this. the whole purpose is to have people pay and then get assigned the new role, you are assigning the role when they get sent to paypal, thats flawed.
correction when they register and choose a plan they get sent to paypal sub screen. if the close that page AND DONT FINALIZE PAYMENT users still get assigned new role.
*meant to say user doesnt pay becuase they close the paypal screen, they are stll getting assigned the new role and they should not be getting assigned the new role

Thats not a solution that basically a disregard of the process. If im trying to also run a chat room that looks for a specific user role, if your product is assigning the membership role before payment that is going to cause issues. Not paid membership pro or wp members has this issue. Im trying yours out cause i like the social media login.

Into UMP the restrictions and subscriptions for selling are based on Levels and not WP Role. The Level will become active only if the payment is confirmed. Meanwhile the user can continue his payment from Account Page.

Guys this can’t be complicated what i’m trying to say. your plugin should not be switching the user role until after a payment is actually made it should heep them in a pending status. its not doing that, why is this so complicated for you to understand? your telling me that you cant have it so that it doesnt keep the pending role until the actual payment is actually received then switch it over.

Installed this plugin and had license authentication error. Tried multiple times and even on vanilla wordpress theme. When I tried to uninstall, it would not. Had to access FTP to delete all files and still had issues with removing it completely and the site layout and CSS were all screwed up. Finally got rid of it with brute force and after wasting a couple of hours!!

Usually, the content is restricted and managed based on Levels. You can create one Level for each OR you can use the Overview tab from Account Page where you can assign for each user a specific Page Content. So, each user will see there a specific content available only for him.
