please contact us via form and send your URL and temporary admin access so we can inspect date format, it’s based on server time actually. Plugin caches posts and doesn’t track if they were deleted or not, you need to re-add feed to clear cache (clone and delete is fastest way)

Recently we had few issues with the plugin,
1. some videos and images are not loading. 2. Newly added items not appearing on social wall even if the cache set in back-end exceeded. If we change the cache time again and save it, some times it works.

Hi, I have a problem with my youtube feed. I just added my channel ID and nothing show up, in my frontpage I see the error message “ADMIN INFO: Feeds cache is being built in background. Please wait for changes to apply. Page reload is required.” and in backend there’s a red esclamation point instead of a green flag in my stream page. What can I do? Thank you so much

Greetings! I have problem accessing LinkedIn content with Flow Flow plugin. No content is received, the component just show the waiting animation. No error messages visible in Wordpress. I am LinkedIn admin of the company. Also I can make successful requests from APIGEE API console. This makes me think the authentication side of accessing Linkedin should be in order. The plugin seems to work great with only a few streams however our use case requires us to use many different streams and feeds. When doing this our server’s RAM and CPU are constantly high and as soon as we disable the plugin, CPU and RAM are back to normal. What shallw e do about this? We currently have around 10-15 streams with approx 5 feeds in each.

you have old version (current is 2.7) with limited error messaging. It seems your FB is expired. Is there any customizations made in code? If not we recommend to download latest from CodeCanyon and install. It has new feature for getting token for FB via our own app

Pinterest shows other pins when I select user board. For example, I have a board called “Cloche Berlino”. Url is stevenshats/cloche-berlino. But Pinterest feed shows other photos of Berlino too.

unfortunately Facebook doesn’t provide any public opportunity to display hashtags via API request (due to privacy reasons). So its technically impossible to do this right now. We will add this feature for sure as soon as Facebook opens this possibility for everyone.

Twitter Authentication fails. I did all the documented steps to create the application within Twitter (and also tried with different users) – but it keeps saying “Could not authenticate you”. Any ideas?

some server can overwrite request headers which breaks whole request and Twitter API server rejects it. We will need WP admin and FTP to investigate what server sends to API. Use link in message footer to send via PM

we can’t debug this without access. From previous experience we can suggest only to contact your host and ask if anything modifies headers. Some user reported Ask them about the PHP Parameter (in server’s php.ini) called “arg_separator.output” (Default: & amp;" , while some servers expect & like Twitter does)

With a new project I finally solved the issue. My host (HostEurope) wasn’t able to provide the correct arg_separator.output = “&” setting and it is not possible to override that.
TEMPORARY SOLUTION: I had to hardcode /social-stacks/flow-flow/includes/social/FFTwitterApiExchange.php the two occurences of http_build_query($params) to http_build_query($params, null, “&”).
PLEASE SOLVE THIS WITH A PLUGIN UPDATE (FlowFlow & Social Stacks Plugin)!
