Please check this option – Default appointment status, to know what is status for the new created appointments. After that go to the email notifications menu and check if the notifications for this status are enabled.

is it possible to configure so users can select multiple appointment times? looking for a way where users can request an appointment mainly. any facebook embedding options with this?

1) Currently this is not possible, though you can book more slots by using the built-in cart and adding more time slots to the cart before proceeding to the payment step.

2) At the moment there’s no Facebook integration.

Hi again. I posted yesterday about Wordpress 4.5 not detecting that a plugin update was available (I am running v8.5). It does now detect that an update to 9.1.1 is available, BUT update fails with the error “Plugin update failed”. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks

Hi,

I purchased the plugin yesterday and tested it in full today on my website but felt it lacks a very important feature, ie true 2-way syncing with Google calendar. The pluggin does not capture any changes or even deletions if done from Google’s side. It actually does not even update google if the appointment is done manually straight on the Calendar. That is a real show-stopper for me and consequently I would like to uninstall it and request a refund.

I would truly appreciate your cooperation on my request.

Hi,

Bookly provides a 2 way sync with Google Calendar. However, if you create or change an event in Google Calendar the related appointment is not created/updated in Bookly (the other way it does work).

What does happen is that each event created in Google Calendar is taken into account when displaying available time slots to user in the second step of booking process. So if you have an event in Google Calendar then the corresponding time slot will be not available for booking in Bookly.

Regarding the refund procedure you should contact Envato.

We have a buffer set for 30 minutes before and after one type of service, and 60 minutes before/after another type. But, it doesn’t seem to be working at all. I have a 10:30am 30 minute meeting tomorrow and a new person was able to schedule a 30 minute meeting for 10am.

You should just set a padding time larger than 30 mins before the appointment.
Because in this case the plugin worked right – it didn’t allow to book 29 minutes before the meeting but allowed to book 30 minutes before as it was set this way.

Hi,

I have one question about multiple service for 1 hour slot. Is it possible for a customer to choose 1 service ( A ) for a slot, and to let the possibilities for other to choose another service ( B ) for this same slot ? Considering that there is only 1 employee :

- Customer 1 take service A for the slot 8h-10h
- Customer 2 take service B for the slot 8h-10h

Customer 2 can’t take service A, cause emloyee can manage only 1 service A at the time. But employee can manage one service A and one service B at the time.

It will be possible if you create second staff member account that will have the same set of services. Hide staff member selector dropdown at the Add Booking Form page:

This way customers will select services and the staff member will be selected automatically.

But this doesn’t solve my problem, because i can’t have 2 reservation at the same time for the same service, this is a tanning bed service and i only have 1 tanning bed per service.

With your proposition : 2 customer can take the same service on the same time slot because i have 2 staff_member that could offer this service. In reality it’s impossible because it’s a “machine” that support only 1 customer for a time slot, i want the customer to be able to choose the other machine at the same time slot.

I could run 1 machine of each service on the same time slot but i’m the only staff member.

Then in this case you should just create a separate service for the other machine.
Or you might try our Service Extras add-on that supports selecting of additional parameters of the service:

Good afternoon, congratulations for the plugin. I have some questions:   Is it possible to change the slots? Is it possible to create a type of service that is replicated “X” times? For example: I book a service called “regular classes” and that reserve generates me 4 times at the same time and on the same day for the next 4 weeks.

As far as we know you need to have different credentials for sandbox mode and production mode.
Make sure that you don’t provide the “sandbox” credentials for the production mode or vice versa. If it still doesn’t work, please, send us an email to support@ladela.com with your purchase code, screenshots and a description of the case. Include the WP back-end access credentials so we could investigate this.

How do I recreate newer appointments when I create a backup of the site?

For future tasks I need to be able to import current appointments to an backup. The theme on the site is quite unstable and sometimes it crashes – forcing us to backup…. However – when this happens my appointments disappear …..

Try searching and backing up “wp_ab_appointments” table as Bookly uses own database tables for it’s data.

Hello,

I have a few pre-sales questions.

- I need a plugin that allows people to subscribe for sewing workshops. There are about 12 different workshops, can I add as many workshops as I want?

- Subscribers need to fill in their information and then go to the checkout page to pay. We already have a Woocommerce webshop in our site > will these two paying systems clash somehow? Or will they look the same?

- What are the payment options? We need Paypall, Visa and Mister Cash.

You may create as many staff member accounts as you need.
There is a possibility to integrate WooCommerce. There should be a separate WooCommerce product associated with the plugin.
Check out available payment methods here. Bancontact/Mister Cash is supported by the Mollie API.

As Mollie’s website states the Ideal gateway is suited for Netherlands, while there are other gateways that are suited only for Belgium and for the whole Europe. So if you can find there it will be supported.

Hi, there is a problem for customers to check out with services that has more than one staff member connected to them. They stall at payment, nr. 5, where the progress wheel keeps spinning. I have checked, all the other services which has one staffmember only goes through. The services also renders the price with errors. Any idea of what is going on? Hello guys, your plugins looks really awesome and I am really interested in buying it. Now I have quick question before and hope you can help me with that. I am looking for a booking plugin for a local music school and I mainly need fixed dates for workshops and classes that people can book. So is there also an option that the customers can choose for example one workshop or class that is on a predefined date and book it? So without all the calendar options (which are great but just might confuse them because the classes and workshops are all on fixed dates). Would be great to know if that is possible! Thanks!

Though one time events are not supported, you could create them but you’ll need to workaround it. You’ll need to create a staff member that is available only on Mondays, and block the rest of Mondays with the exception of event day.

Dear Author, Before purcasing your plugin I would like to enquire a question, as it would be really important for me that your Bookly plugin is capable of my requirements. So, I have two classes: eg. Joga and Aerobics. I have two intructors, both of them can do Joga classes, so it is also possible to book Joga 1 course and Joga 2 course. Quite simple so far, but here comes something I am not sure Bookly can make? Another important thing is that Aerobics requires both of the instructors as this is a quite big class with many people. Bookly should’t allow any Joga class bookings when Aerobics is running, as both of the instructors are in Aerobics. And also in the other way: when a Joga class is booked, then it is not possible that the two instructors can be there at the same time. All in all, the question is: can I create a Service that requires two instructors the same time? Thank you for your answer in advance.

The plugin works a little different if you have more staff members that provide the same service this means that you’ll have more available time slots for this service. So at the moment it won’t be possible to set it up.

We may try your plugin in some domain names, before choosing definitively only one domain on which we use your plugin. At any time, your plugin is installed on ONLY ONE domain name (the installations on other domain names will be entirely deleted), of course. My question is: each time when we change the domain name on which your plugin is installed, we have the obligation to inform you about the change or the change will be detected automatically by your licensing system?

Currently this is not supported, as a workaround you could use the built-in cart that offers the option so customers could add additional time slots to the cart before proceeding to the payment step. The form could look closely to the one in the provided link – by enabling these options – show blocked timeslots and show each day in one column in the appearance menu.
