Pre-Sales question:
How many different social streams, from different criteria will it show on 1 page?
For example, say I want to display:
7 feeds on Facebook, 20 feeds on Twitter, 5 feeds on Youtube, 5 feeds on Vine, 12 feeds on Instagram, 12 feeds on Pinterest and 4 feeds on LinkedIn.
How will it show on my social stream page?

It depends on ordering settings you choose while setting up your stream. You can use order by date, random or smart sorting which includes some posts from any feed on the first page. Also you can setup number of cards to display on stream.
But be advised not to use too many feeds or streams. Check this http://social-streams.com/doc/how-many-streams-plugin-can-handle/
As about your second question. Yes, you can use stream shortcode and place in in any narrow column on your website keeping main content page.

I just read that : “Due to Facebook’s privacy policy you’re not able to use the plugin to display all of your posts from a personal profile, only from a public page or group, as posts from a personal profile are protected for privacy reasons. ” Is it the reason why?
I am still searching as to why I can’t get Instagram to work. I have made the app on Instagram but it still says I am in sandbox mode. Not sure if that is why it’s not working or what. I have tried several times. Please help me know how to get Instagram to work with this, this is the primary reason I bought this app.

due to recent Instagram policy changes, all clients are in sandbox until being approved by staff. Hi, I have error using Facebook, Vimeo and Youtube Feed. Using Vimeo feed I get in JS console a 404 error getting “https://vimeo.com/api/v2/channel/vintae/videos.json” but I don’t know why..

Hi,
The social stream works perfectly when I’m logged in as admin. But when I’m not logged in it keeps loading. And in the console the error: ‘Flow-Flow gets invalid data from server’ appears. But the setting: PRIVATE STREAM is disabled.

I cannot get Instagram to feed into my stream. For months I have tried countless times to set it up and no luck. I follow the instructions to the t, and the one time I got it to work, it stopped working after a few minutes.

Everything is in order. Instagram Developers platform says everything is in order. I do get “The requested URL returned error: 400 BAD REQUEST The requested URL returned error: 404 NOT FOUND” on the page.

You’re using pretty old version (current is 2.6.3). We suggest to update first. Then you can use Authorize button for instagram to get token via our app https://www.dropbox.com/s/kyo23qrabpbdxyz/Screenshot%202016-04-25%2013.38.25.png?dl=0 because the issue is most likely with token. You also will see error messages in admin for feeds.
We noticed that your 6-month support period is expired, please extend it to get support according to new Envato rules. You can do it on Downloads page. Thanks for understanding.

Hello,
I just updated from 2.5.2. to 2.6.3 (latest version) and WP 2.5 (latest version). I also activated the plugin (!ACTIVATE), now it says “LICENSE” in the menu and everything seems fine.
Unfortunately now I don’t see any entries at all. Please check http://www.firstlife.de/social-wall/ – it’s loading forever. 
Do you have any idea why?

Hi, we have about 120 streams Also connected with FB, I noticed That only some streams (10) bring me this error API facebook: “Plugin next error received from network API while ares are requesting this feed: (# 17) User request limit reached “
IMP. The FB flow per hour (perhaps in the cache) is working What should I do? Thank you
Entering some pages with API error FB receive this message: “If you see this then you are administrator and Flow-Flow got from errors while APIs are requesting date. Please go to plugin admin and after refreshing page check for error (s) on stream settings page. Please provide info error message if you are doing support request. “
Note: the update plugin Social Stacks incompatibility with Flow Flow When You expected?

yes these errors means you need to do less requests to API. This can be achieved if you set LOAD LAST to lesser value and increase CACHE LIFETIME. But after every change in feeds or settings above cache will be cleared so you can see these errors again and then it will be gone after awhile.
Sorry for Social Stacks fix delay. This plugin has lowest priority amongst our plugins because of low sales an d incompatibility issue is more complex than we thought to fix it fast. We are on this but this week our new release is incoming so not sure if it will be ready.

Thanks for the information! Like your opinion: the “Load Last” parameter to single stream now at 40 posts, for a growing number of connected flows now at 122, according to what you would set it right? I confirm that the plugin albeit with some errors is working well
The cache has been set from 480 to 1440 minutes of all streams.

40 is too much for LOAD LAST. Especially if you have multiple feeds in stream because stream will load LOAD LAST x NUMBER OF FEEDS posts. So set to 10 and less. Plugin will also accumulates posts in cache with time

Yes, plugin will pull all posts for this hashtag. But you can filter bad words. Additionaly you can turn on pre-approval mode for your stream and decide which posts to keep on your stream.

Just purchased the Pro version and attempting to setup a hashtag feed. Setup works fine but I only see one result for the hashtag I’m searching. When I visit Twitter and search for the same hashtag, there are several results. The tag I’m search for is #DOCWeAreOne. What else should I try?

This is because Twitter search API has restrictions. Unfortunately we can’t influence on Twitter API behaviour. Check this article on Twitter Developers https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public/search
Also note that the search results at twitter.com may return historical results while the Search API usually only serves tweets from the past week.

Hello,
I’ve installed flow flow and entered the authentications for both twitter and instagram. I’ve added both those streams to my feed. The streams have green checkmarks for the status, however the feed has a red exclamation mark for the status.
I also have a SSL certificate for my site.
When placing the shortcode and viewing the page, the loading animation shows up, but never loads. Could you please help me with fixing this issue?
