excuse me, I have a question for you, caught my attention this plugin, but I can make a call from a instagram hashtag, and anyone write something with that hashtag can be posted on my website?

Yes, plugin will pull all posts for this hashtag. But you can filter bad words. Additionaly you can turn on pre-approval mode for your stream and decide which posts to keep on your stream.

and I can also say that Instagram accounts do not show me (block accounts) even using the same hashtag?
for example I’m using #goodgod and do not want to leave @cnnews account on that list I have on my website using the hashtag.

Just purchased the Pro version and attempting to setup a hashtag feed. Setup works fine but I only see one result for the hashtag I’m searching. When I visit Twitter and search for the same hashtag, there are several results. The tag I’m search for is #DOCWeAreOne. What else should I try?

This is because Twitter search API has restrictions. Unfortunately we can’t influence on Twitter API behaviour. Check this article on Twitter Developers https://dev.twitter.com/rest/public/search
Also note that the search results at twitter.com may return historical results while the Search API usually only serves tweets from the past week.

Hello,
I’ve installed flow flow and entered the authentications for both twitter and instagram. I’ve added both those streams to my feed. The streams have green checkmarks for the status, however the feed has a red exclamation mark for the status.
I also have a SSL certificate for my site.
When placing the shortcode and viewing the page, the loading animation shows up, but never loads. Could you please help me with fixing this issue?

Pre-purchase: Is it possible that the Facebook Stream is broken in the free version? I´ve just tried to setup a fb stream several times but nothing loads – I just see the spinning loading icon forever. But everything works fine with Twitter (so I believe this is not my mistake)...

FB is OK in free version and it sounds like you’re having config issue. Maybe find pro version for testing, it contains more error messaging

Hi,
For some reason, the twitter stream has been removed from our social stream. At the backend, the status is good. Our plugin is already updated. I tried creating a stream for just twitter and it worked just fine, but if I add it in social stream, twitter is not showing. travel2next.com/travel-channel-live-stream/

I update all my plugins for my clients. I always look up the software compatibility chart on the plugin page to see if its up to date before doing testing. Currently it says your plugin compatible up to WP 4.4.2.

Is it possible to get a refund on the flow flow social stream plugin. We purchased an extended license to use this plugin on multiple websites today. Our server we use to hold our websites is not capable of using the mysqli extension required for this plugin so the plugin continuously gives us errors. Thank you in advance.

There are no design layouts. We named just demo pages. Anyways you can achieve any design of our demo pages just playing with settings. Just go with normal mode, choose timestamp layout you like, change colors etc.
