Unfortunately, this gray bar doesn’t relate to our plugin. It’s your theme header and it contains a main menu.

You can hide the header using the following CSS code:

.site-header {
    display: none;
}

Or you can make it “zero-height” using the following CSS code:

.site-header {
    height: 0 !important;
    padding: 0 !important;
}

as you can see your plugin cuts the tittle short to “50 ft Flamethrower in 4K Slow Mo…” but the whole tittle of video is “50 ft Flamethrower in 4K Slow Motion – The Slow Mo Guys” so my question is it is possible so that your plugin shows the whole video tittle

It looks like one of the installed plugins or your theme modifies the Yottie HTML code and adds the following code to each video element in Yottie:

onclick="javascript:window.open('https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XztdyHwnlcY'); return false;"

This code opens a new tab with YouTube.

Please, try to deactivate the plugins one by one to figure out which one is responsible for this. Or provide us with a temporary access to your website via email support@elfsight.com and we’ll check it ourselves.

This is not an issue. There are a lot of videos in the specified sources in your case. So when you set any order different to ‘new to old’, our plugin have to get all YouTube videos from the sources and then reorder them. And it takes a lot of time in your case.

We recommend you to use ‘new to old’ order in such situation.

I’ve tried with just three source channels too and it did’nt work out neither. If this options don’t work with not even three channels at a time i think their absolutely useless, sincerely.

The loading time while using any order option distinct from ‘new to old’ depends on the number of videos in specified channels.

The plugin functions this way at the moment. This feature is useful, when there are not so many videos in sources you set. Unfortunately, there is no proper solution to your case due to the current realization of this feature. We will try to improve it in future updates.
