Hi, I have an issue with the image upload function, when a user submits an new business entry. The image upload works, however the image preview is not shown!? I have checked the two css properties related to the image:

Hello, the page with [webdirectory] shortcode is required by installation instructions.

Can you tell me what is the difference between the sticky and featured posts? I see they are both at the top, and featured is blue. But is sticky on top of featured or the other way around. Which one gives the user better deal?

I noticed that shortcodes are not working in widgets. Is this on purpose? Is there a way to make them show up? I am surprised by this and I may have to switch themes unless I can find a way to make them work in widgets.
Featured listings have special color. Sticky listings always on the top of the list (while it is specified by the directory setting).
There is W2DC-listings widget, it has such option “Only sticky and featured listings”
Yes, shortcodes can not be inserted into sidebars widgets. There are directory widgets for such purposes. Or you may build custom layout using Visual Composer plugins.
I use themes that allow for widgets on the home page. I tried the listing widget and unfortunately it creates a long vertical list which messes up to design of the home page. It would be better if you could make it so that the lists by category that shows up on the directory page could be a widget. I want only certain elements that show up in the directory shortcode to appear on the home page.
Where do I find info on the visual composer… I might try it or it might be easier to try a different directory plugin.

Hi, I have frontend submissions without any user registration required (my frontend submission/login mode setting is “do not even show contact form”). However, every time a new listing is created, a new user is also automatically created with user names like “Author_1457202366”. This quickly increases my number of users and makes it harder to manage.
Is there a way I can create one single default user with an author role so that new submissions by unregistered guests are all associated with this one user?
Hello, there isn’t such way. Any listing must have owner and as soon as contact form fields are hidden – new user will be created.

this error its came after some plugin and theme update… i don’t know what exactly because i started the full update in the sametime. Its a full website error ( https://www.alisystems.com ) also wp-admin backend its not working anymore. I have to manually delete the plugin from its directoy.
Probably the database was damaged during update. So try to delete plugin’s folder.
