Hi really great plug-in but it is slowing down the load time on my site by over 100%. I did some tests using the P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler which showed WOOF taking over 50% of the load time. Any ideas – I can email you the results if you need them? Thanks Pete

Hello, I love your plugin but I hope you can help me with a problem I cannot work out. I have watches in Product Categories with a top category being”brands” such as Casio, but then also another top category such as “Mens Watches”. If a user picks the “Brands” Category, I want to show a filter so that they can choose Mens or Ladies watches to drill down. if you visit “Watchesbay.co.uk”, when a user picks a brand such as Casio, I need a filter that they can then filter either mens or womens. Currently when they pick “Casio” brand, they get mens and womens all mixed together. A Watch is in the “Casio” Brand category AND also in a Mens (or “womens”) category, so evry watch is in two categories. (Brand + Gender)

I just bought your plugin but I am having some trouble with filtering.
On a category page I only want to filter on that category. I set up show count, dynamic recount, hide empty terms, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Also on top it changes from showing the category (for example) “Interior” to “Shop”. I’d like to show the category name.

yes but how to exclude root category keeping sub categories, i had other product filler which does that, selecting categories to be filtered, if i disable root category, it will disable subcategories too, other issue is the price range filter does not read the min/max value correctly when initiate reading, it will work correct, but when sliding it, it will read completely different min/max and step values!

1- for ion range slider errors is due to an orphaned product variations, this has to be deleted manually for anyone has this error run this sql and the slider will work fine

You may have misunderstood. I am not Enable [Try to ajaxify the shop] this option. And i have Enable Archives of all Attributes.
If there are two or more filter conditions. Products Filter will be normal work.
But when only one filter condition… Page 1 is normal. Then click on the bottom of the page 2 or 3… Then Products Filter does not work… And all out of control.
Please tell me how to improve this problem.

Looks like you not understood me: your site pagination functionality is wrong – disable WOOF and try this link: http://hongle.imaginelens.net/product/?test=1&test=2&test=3 – and mouse over on page 3 for example – http://clip2net.com/s/3sPeKmx – link is wrong, no relation to any plugin. Conclusion – pagination doesn work with GET data and you should ask why on support of that theme.

“Product Filter was already activated on this page using a template override. Uncheck the Enable/Disable Product Filter Template Overrides in the product filter advanced options tab to use the widget version instead of the order by filter template override.”
and the woocomerce default filter (drop down view by newest, etc) menu has been changed by your filter automatically.

Hello, Your plugin is great! If have some problems with something. When customers want to see the Iphone cases they select the iPhone 6 or other category and go to the link for that catergory. But when they choose an color the plugin shows all cases with that color.
Only solution that i found is adding the catergory filter, but this one not select automaticly. Is it possible when customers go to www.example.be/product-catergory/example to select it olso in the filter. Then when customers select an other color, only the one in that category will be showen?
