I’ve purchased, downloaded and installed Visual Bakery twice on 2 of my sites. The one site it works fine… but the other it wont recognize the API code from my evato account nor the purchase code that i was provided in the download documents. I tried opening up a support ticket but without a valid purchase code i seem to be at a dead end. please help,, design@dasstudio.ca

I have purchased visual composer with exteded license and now want to integrate Visual Composer into my WordPress theme to sell on ThemeForest but when I have logged VC support site with Envato login then shows “NO LICENSES FOUND” message http://prntscr.com/93eegl . What can I do now and how to apply for In-Stock license?

Hi Guys,
im using VC bundled in with ‘Be theme’. When ever I add an image to a column it is creating a space underneath the image. I have set the bottom margin in the design options for the row, column and the image to 0px and it is still appearing. I have checked the CSS and it appears as if something is creating extra height in the column when I add an image.

Hi, I got Visual Composer when I bought the “Papillon” theme. It has been working perfectly – until now.
I cant use any of the feature, and I can’t use my saved templates. When I try, I only get a textbox with a zero in it. What do I have to do, to get it working again?

Hi, I’ve just updated to the latest version. But I still can’t use the plugin. Example: When I press “Add Element” nothing happens. There’s nothing loading or anything.

Still very happy with vc but why js_composer.css has to be so big? it is almost 800kb. So if just want to “use” the grid, this is quite a block to load in addition to the other minifed assets. aaand why can’t we get rid of the vc_ prefixes on the grid system and use the bootstrap namespace instead

Hello, in few days we will release update which will have significant performance improvements. And in next few releases we will pay a lot of attention in optimization. As for naming – it is done this way to avoid conflicts which often apepars if there are very general classnames.

Automatic update of tab codes? Since 6.4 you changed the Tabs code and now my theme is not working. I have 4 tabs on about 30 pages and i’m no mood to go through them all. It was working fine as it was.
Anyway to automate it? even by a sql query?

Hello, I believe you need to contact your theme author as you are referring to theme issue – Visual Composer does not have 6.4 version.

Hello, you can use bundled VC version with the theme you purchased without problems. Yet direct updates, official support and option to use VC with any theme is available only to direct license owners.

Feature request – as requested by someone 8 months ago it would be great to be able to close all rows and expand all rows on a page with one click. That would make long single pages so much easier to manage.
