Is there a way to add a menu via Visual Composer (I’ve already created it in Appearance > Menus). I saw some references in the comments to “WP Custom Menu” element but I don’t see that as a VC element on my site. I want to add a secondary menu to the top of some pages and was hoping to do this via VC since I’m using it. Thanks.

I love this plugin, my company has used it on several client websites (obviously buying a licence for each!).

The thing that keeps coming up is the question about the shortcodes remaining when the plugin is turned off. We have used both BeaverBuilder and newer VelocityPage and found that feature made the client choose those over your plugin, as some clients do not want to be locked into a specific plugin.

My question is, are you planning on adding this support in the future?

It would be great if you are as we could use your plugin on more websites

Am i the only one having issues with raw html boxes being empty when going to edit them, as well as custom css on any given page?

I have purchased a theme”zoner” with visual composer 4.7.4, there are options for sorting custom posts”real estate listings” by Date, ID, Author…..etc but these options are not effective, should I use an additional plugin such as “Post List by DEBD” to get these options working in sorting the custom posts?

Another user here that is having issues with the backend editor no longer working since I updated because of your security issue. I am told that “You have blank page. Start adding content or templates”. I clearly do not have a blank page.

I know you all keep telling everyone else that it must be a theme issue, but if so many people are having the same issue since the update then I would suggest that it is your responsibility to figure out the issue, not a theme developer especially when most people are not updating their themes (or creating their own for clients without building on additional features after).

Seeing that you’ve been hearing about this same issue, you must have some idea of where to begin looking for problems or an idea of how you can correct the plugin so that so many people are not out in the cold on updating their sites. I can update pages now by disabling the plugin, editing the source code by hand and then re-enabling VC, but this is a HUGE PAIN and I cannot expect any of my clients that manage their own sites to follow this procedure.

When Visual Composer is activated, I cannot inserted a picture/foto into the editor, but still images via a banner .

I can select one or more images, and when i confirm (save) it it keeps spinning (the thing in the left corner) and do nothing.

Hi, has the issue with not being able to add paddings & margins to columns been fixed? Previously this would cause the solumns to stack and break the layout. If this has been fixed I will buy a full copy today!

Hi, with the new TABS sections, you appear to have changed the type of transition from a fading transition to a fast slide-up transition.

This doesn’t go so well with the rest of the gentle fade transitions we are using elsewhere on our site.

Additionally, in the mobile view, the tabs no longer behave as tabs, they behave more like an accordion, with the second/third etc tab buttons appearing at the bottom of the currently open tab.

We have chosen not to use accordions, because the content in each tab is very long.

I can force the tab buttons to behave correctly with a small amount of CSS.

Or, I can add my own links and show/hide them with CSS and media queries.

However this shouldn’t have been necessary.

Tabs should be Tabs, and accordions.. accordions…

Anyway, back to the snapping transition.

This is javascript driven?

Is this something you can either update soon and make them fade as before, or are you able to help me change the transition from sliding up to fading?

It would actually be a nice feature to have the ability to choose the type of transition..

While I’m asking for features, the other thing we never had before was the hashed addresses after clicking the tab. I wonder why you changed this? Can you remove the hashes, or offer an option for deep linking that can be turned on/off?

Using unescaped hash fragments is bad for SEO, so maybe an alternative, escape the fragments correctly?

I am using Visual Composer with the theme “Polytechnic”. VC came as added plugin with the theme. I am using Masonry Media Grid on one of our pages and it has been working without issue on Firefox, Chrome and IE. Within the last couple of days, I have noticed the the grid is now only working properly in Firefox and not showing up at all in Chrome and IE. I have checked the source code and the code for the grid is showing on all three browsers but it is not showing the images on the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
