Hi.

VC was included in a theme I recently bought. Everything works great, I’ll probably buy it for my other themes as well.

There is one bug though. Charts (either Line or Round charts) are not working inside an Accordion element. The legend and title both show, but the chart itself is hidden…

Could you confirm this as a bug?

I bought a theme that came with VC by WpBakery, it causes tremendously slow admin_ajax problems.

Can this be fixed? If it can I want to buy your plugin. Do I need to buy your plugin for this to be fixed? If you fix it will you show me where the problem was originating?

Hi. i was hoping for some help. I am using the Raw HTML feature in order to run HTML banners however for some reason it is running some crazy script which is effecting the VE on the edit page. So currently the only option i have is to not use it however i need it to run HTML banners as i am an affiliate website. Please let me know.

Hello. I’m using VC 4.4.3. I have an issue working with “Post Grid” module. Please take a look at this: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0845e7wk13

I have a custom layout on a post with a custom header. The problem is when I try to use the “Post Grid” module because on the rendering page of “post grid” my custom section header is repeated.

So I tried to add my custom css class on the first row to hide on the “Post Grid” results page, but it seems that this module does not support custom classes.

I need to solve this problem ASAP. Thanks in advance!

Well , I Am developing customized website for one of my client on my Domain. so Now I am gonna Purchase this plugin and use it on Dummy Domain. so after completion of the work , Will I be Able to Transfer the files with activated VIsual Composer on Original Domain? As I want to use this plugin for my Client’s website. So the same license will do the trick or Do I need 2 licenses ?

as of I know , Files will be the same , Website will be the same. Contents will be the same . Just the domain name will be changes after the website development done. So I hope i can transfer the License to the original one ? Am I Correct?

Is there a way to turn off the auto scroll in the Accordion element? Each time I click a new section it jumps all over the scrolls down too far and it would be way better to just be able to turn that function off otherwise Accordions are super hard to use.

Hi, i am trying to add a gallery to my page, i have used masonry and media grid and have found for images of different sizes the media grid makes a thumbnail and cuts off parts of the image and the masonry grid does not like the different sizes if i only want one row showing. I am wanting the load more link this is why i was keen to use the grids. So effectively i want the image gallery style with the load more link. I found i can used different images with the gallery block by using 0px x 450px in the image size area but dont get the load more link. OR…. if you have any other ideas how i can achieve one row of images of different widths (same height) and have a load more link. thanks.

I have purchased a theme which uses visual composer. When I create a Page Section inside my Page to set a background color for the row I get extra padding space left and right. When I just add a row to my page I dont get that extra padding which results in different widths of my content and doesnt look so good. How can I remove the unwanted space when using page sections?

how do i make the row full width, but a column inside the row contained? for example, i have a full width row, and 2 columns inside it 50% each. the left side is an image that stretches from left side to the middle and the right side is just text. i dont want the text to go all the way until the right side. Here is an example of how it currently looks:

Hello. VC came with the theme that I purchased for a client ad was already installed, but since we want to be able to update it, I purchased it separately. I successfully activated it via Settings > Visual Composer > Product Licence. Even though it has been activated, it won’t allow me to update the plugin. I get the error message, “Error! Envato API error: Username and/or API Key invalid.” I even de-activated and re-activated the licence but it didn’t help. I have not used this licence on any other site. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I bought vc because on my purchased templates (with vc included), VC doesn’t work now. Each time, I can’t use the backend editor or frontend editor and I have a activate Visual composer message. I ‘m trying to activate my version but it doesn’t. The circle is spinning but nothing. Could you help me?

I got this plugin with the theme, seems good over all but the isotope module does not seem to give option to include selective products, it automatically picks all the products from all categories. Is there any way to control what shows up in isotope?
