I am looking for “Bookings System” for a client that offers “Cookery Courses” 2x a week – Your system seems to fit the bill, however what I do need is a system that accepts a calculated Deposit “percentage” PayPal payment, for example if the total cost is $200 is it possible to have the customer pay 40% = $80 deposit through PayPal and the remaining amount on arrival
Is this possible

Currently this option is not implemented in Bookly. All the prices should be preset in the back-end.
However, you may use WooCommerce integration Deposits option. WooCommerce integration works in this way: after 3rd step all buil in payments will not longer be available. Customer will be redirected to WooComerce Cart. From there, it all depends on settings in WooCommerce.

How do I dequeue the files from bookly that are currently being loaded on every page. I currently only have this on one page but every page is being loaded with the css files etc. thanks

You can try switch the `Method to include Bookly JavaScript and CSS files on the page` option to `Print` in Settings->General

Hello, On my site http://buffwaxspot.com/reservation/ , I integrated the plugin to the booking page but when a user fills the data and click on Next, it loads infinitely and does not proceed. It happened when I updated the plugin to the latest version. Please Help.ASAP as I may be losing clients who can’t book a service and leave!

Hello, we are using the plugin but we are doing tedious use and walking extremely slow load appointments and calendar, Wordpress is running on a server with SSD, 4-core Intel i5 and 6GB RAM. It just seems very strange slow loading of bookly. Have any idea about on this or any advice to give to the use thereof is more enjoyable? Thank you

Hi, Two questions:
1. I have a specific “event” kind of service that will be available 1 saturday per month, once at 9:00 am and the following month at 9:30 am. How can I set this start time difference, while making sure that both are visible in step 2, when selecting that specific service in step 1?
2. Is it possible to set a specific custom field of step 3 to be visible only if a specific service is selected? How do we do it?

1) You’ll have to create a service, and link it to two different staff members. After that you’ll have to adjust their schedule: for example the first staff will have the Saturdays on odd weeks and will be available from 9:00 ; and the second staff will have the Saturdays from the even weeks and available from 9:30. Besides these points you’ll have to create days off for each staff member in part so they don’t overlap.
2) Currently this is not possible, the custom fields will appear on the third step of the booking form.

I’ve had bookly installed but have issues. I’m a yoga school www.yoga.co.za
My bookly calandar (backend) sync with Google calendar but Google has 2 calendars one for bookly and one for personal appointments. This seems to create conflicts.
Question: Do I use one Google calendar so that Bookly appointments push through to Google calendar while my personal appointments will be entered from Google side so those times are blocked by bookly.
GCal do I need this plugin to create a calendar that can be seen by visitors to my site. Is there a bookly calendar that can be see by visitors.

Yes, that is the purpose of the Google Calendar integration, you are able to block some time slots when you are not available.
Currently Bookly’s calendar is only available for the admins and staff members. If you want to display a calendar on your web site, try to add a synced Google Calendar on a page on your site.

I bought and installed BOOKLY . After same changements on settings section there are things that are not working.
For example:
- Having selected the work time from 0:00 to 11:00 p.m. on settings section , on the booking form I just can select from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - After having selected the working days from Monday to Sunday on the booking form I see only from Monday to Friday
Can you please explain to me how to solve this problem

You need to set up the staff members’ schedule, beside the schedule in Settings, and on the front end you’ll see displayed the desired hours and week days.

Yes, you can hide this field, when you add the booking form on page, on the pop up you have several check boxes, tick the “Time range” check box and insert the short code.

Currently this is not possible, because it’s an option that goes together with “finish by”, it’s purpose is an interval of time in which the customer is interested in ( like a filter for the time slots ).

I am having an issue with the email response feature with my new bookly plugin.
I have scheduled the cron job and checked with my hosting company to see if the issue was on their end.
They mentioned that the issue might actually be in the script and that I should check with you.
I am hoping to send traffic to this site/plugin next week so I really need to get this worked out asap.

Hello,
Bookly was working fine for me up until about a week ago. The problem that I have encountered is that the Calendar doesn’t pop up on Step 1 of the Front End when I click on the “I’m available on or after” field. The calendar displays on the Back End perfectly fine.
What do you suppose the issue is?

Bookly SMS notifications randomly queued
Hello,
i have a big problem where our SMS notifications are getting randomly queued. They are the SMS notifications that have to go out the night before appointment, scheduled with Crontab. Some of the notifications go out, some dont. Please investigate.

I have an intermittent problem with Bookly (which generally is great).
The customer books a slot; They receive an apparent confirmation email (but it is colearly erroneous as it has the date and time AT WHICH THEY BOOKED rather than the date and time of their booking in the future. Service name information is also missing (see below); The booking is not registered in the system

Hello, I bought the plugin. I have a question about the configuration of services: is it possible to create a service, for example with a total duration of 1 hour, and divide it in two parts (30min+30min) with two different employees?

Currently this is not possible, you can assign staff members to services. Though you could create a staff member, for example “John and David” and link this staff member to the relevant service.

It could work but you’ll have to set it up a little differently. You’ll have create the theater plays like staff members, because the plugin is designed to work with the availability of the staff members. One obstacle might be that you’ll have to set up each the time the schedule for each new play.

Thanks for your software. I know the question may come off as a bit broad, but i’m hoping you might be able to help us. Plugin has been working great. We have put it live and people are using it, however we have had 5 emails from clients saying that when they go to book, it freezes and not progressing. I can’t give you any more details than that as that’s all my client has told me (i’m the web designer). I can only think it might be a flash, java issue or browser issue. But I thought I would ask you first as it’s going to be difficult to explain this to people who aren’t tech savy. That said, if it’s a case of the customers just need to update their web browser than that’s a simple fix… Your thoughts? Have you had any issues like this before?
