Hi Guys, The plugin works extremely well. Can you let me know how to change url where url has x name in it. I use woocommerce with theme hence the theme overides wcom style. Everything is hidden perfectly except there is a folder in the middle which still says woocommerce. ie x/x/woocomerce/style.css. Any ideas on the removal
Hi, make sure that you have set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” under Permalink & URLs tab.
And to hide name in middle, you can add following replacement in “replace urls” option under replace tools tab:
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/xyz/abc/woocommerce/style.css ==> wcstyle.css
Hello, i am tried using plugin with med privacy- more compatibility but the site after is not showing well, and also in page details i can still see theme name as wp-content/themes/... Can you please guide how can I use this plugin? My concern still specificaly is hiding theme name.
Hi, please follow these steps:
- goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings - goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writeable.

Hi, I had one of my sites severely hacked and have re-built the domain with HideMyWP, I must commend you on a magnificent product. One aspect that would be of great help is within the HMWP IDS Log, it has been invaluable in letting me see all of the bots etc that are still hitting the URL which at present is 100s per week (they still obviously expect the site to be hacked) I have been using the logs to build an IP ban list in my HTaccess but its a very long (by hand) task. The following IDS feature would be invaluable to me and I would be happy to pay for the additional functions;
Filter the logs to only show Impact Totals of > x Export the logs to a Txt or CSV file, alternatively list the IP addresses that match Impact Total filters.
At present its necessary to individually cut and paste each IP address, today the 24 pages took some time 
As a CSV file it would allow further querying in Excel for example to isolate other trends, such as xmlrpc and robots.txt hacks.
Any assistance would be welcome, and thanks again for your “must have” HideMyWP plugin.

Activating HMWP will hide wordpress, login, theme & plugins from the detectors. It is also compatible with all themes and plugins.
do you know a chrome plugin called “wappalyzer”? its funny, because when I access “http://hide-my-wp.wpwave.com/” the plugin tell me that this site use wordpress. How can I hide this information?

However I would like to let you know that wpapplyzer and other detectors can’t detect wordpress/theme/plugins when HMWP is activated in the website.

Hi there! I purchased your plugin and I am really content. Nice job done. Nevertheless I got one problem. There are three last “Wordpress” in the source that I cant get rid off – they come from Rev slider and the visual builder. I cant figure out how to use your find and replace function. Oh, it seems I have been too fast. I just figured out that the plug messes with the design of the product pages in woocommerce. Do you have some insights on that because I had to disable it. I tried to use different types of minify but it keep crashing all the product pages . Cheers and greetz!
