Destroy the website! After the setup the database connection failed and we no longer had access to the admin dashboard.
We then deleted the plugin via FTP, then the website was available again.
Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. But most probably it's a an issue related to the site's htaccess file (if using Apache webserver) which we could fix for you. And yes, you did the right thing, if any plugin causes any issue then one way to deactivate it is to simply rename or remove it via FTP.
