Awful experience with the support. One of their developers "broke" my website and the access URL, hit the CPU and/or I/O limits of my server and filled up my mail inbox with HUNDREDS of emails from the plugin.
Avoid buying the plugin because their support is totally unacceptable.
Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
The backend access url didn't work because there was another plugin installed for changing login url which conflicted with HMWP's change login url feature. But this could have been resolved simply by deactivating change login url option in HMWP.
And emails are from IDS firewall feature in HMWP, which again we could have configured accordingly.
But unfortunately, as soon as I installed HMWP and these issues were detected, you didn't give me time and access to the site to configure the plugin further..
Completely destroyed my entire site. Changed all required information for me to log in so I was not able to fix it myself. The support couldn't help one bit and told me to fix it myself. I had to go through wordpress support to reset my page. My entire site was down for several days. Do not buy! Absolutely not!
Please post the support URL here. We would like to verify your claims and help you in every way possible.
!! DO NOT BUY !! this plugin is useless as the developer or support team never replies to your emails or on there support forum please don't buy and waste your time. and if you try to hide wp-login.php or wp-admin with this plugin it will gives you errors. I NEED REFUND ASAP
Hi, apologies for the inconvenience caused. Renaming wp-login/wp-admin path depends on various factors like theme settings, other plugins being installed, etc. For example, if the theme already has option to modify login path then enabling it again in HMWP will cause conflict for obvious reason. If some features of the plugin doesn't work in your site, it doesn't mean that it'll not work for others too.
