You need to login from any social media like google, twitter and then go to submit project so if you will try to upload image it will throw the error upload dir error some thing like that also over profile image, Please make it fix asap.

Totally worst support ever they didn’t responding how many I have send them FTP details, I have fixed my self on temporary basis, Their function loading every page, So I what I do stop them to perform ajax upload request. Technically this is not right that every uploading will perform through users pro is that right things? I think I should start QA and post all plugins bugs here and reports to envato as well.

We are having trouble getting the Social Connect to function properly. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram are all connected and enabled with apps, but only Facebook is working.
You can check here and you’ll find that clicking any of the other buttons has no effect.

I’m currently only looking for a modal login/register solution so the social profiles are a bit secondary but given the exhaustive list of features this plugin provides I could definitely use them.
Would you consider making it possible for users to add custom tabs to the profiles? If we were to purchase the plugin could you assist us in achieving this feat if it requires some modifications?

Hmmm not really – this is a user profile management plugin – However, UserPro has a bunch of shortcodes / settings that help you restrict content based on roles, so you could enhance your My account page using UserPro. Hope that helps.

Since we already use Groups by Itthinx the content restriction feature is handled there and it works great so far. It also integrates with our WooCommerce memberships, affiliate system etc. I think the WC My Account page definitely falls within the user profile management though so in my opinion it would make sense that UserPro not only sync with WC fields but also integrates them in the user profile. That section would only be accessible to the user of course and wouldn’t be displayed publicly. I think it would also be more intuitive for users as they would manage their profile/information all at one place.
Same goes for the Buddypress profile. If I understand correctly, you can only sync the UserPro profile with the Buddypress profile, but you can’t merge them. To have three separate pages (WC, BP, UP) will definitely be confusing. Even if I’m aware we can merge the WooCommerce and Buddypress profiles, it still leaves us with a separate UserPro profile. I was under the impression you could use all the feature of Buddypress/WooCommerce with the beautiful profile provided by UserPro but apparently that’s not the purpose at all of the plugin.
About adding content to the profiles in the form of tabs, I’m not sure your answer was related to the My Account page or the custom content, but would it be somehow possible to do it? If yes, I guess we could throw the WC My Account shortcode in there and hook the different BP tabs manually.

I have a few pre-purchase questions simply because of the complexity of the site(s) I’m working with.
The business I’m developing the site for teaches people how to trade Forex (Foreign Exchange) and has 2 subdomains and a main domain (website.com, members.website.com, traderoom.website.com). Currently our membership solution is Memberium, so my first question is can I use this plugin to create user profiles in coordination with Memberium?
Secondly, Memberium runs in conjunction with Wordpress (we are using the default Wordpress login form styled with custom HTML and CSS) and we are planning to use the registration form from ‘UserPro’ to create accounts on the website – can you explain how we would link this with Memberium/our website.
A detailed reply would be greatly appreciated,

UserPro stores all the users data in users table same as the WordPress does it by default so if Memberium plugin stores the users in users table which I think it does , it won’t create any problem in accessing members or doing any user related operation on members . I guess I have answered your second question as well , since both plugin stores the user related data in users table , its linked automatically . 1.since we are in china, and we can not login Gravatar here, so we have to provide website user by Wp local gravatar, so does your plugin support gravatar locally? or does it support or local graviatar plugins? like avatar-manager? https://wordpress.org/plugins/avatar-manager/

Thanks for your reply, as you said, Userpro does support uploading image from Local machine, does it mean that wordpress does not need connect gravatar website and can manage the the gravatar pics at wordpress local server? or does userpro support for wordpress to forbidden connecting gravatar websites?
since we are in china and can not visit gravator, if we do not forbidden the connecting with gravatar at wordpress side, it will cause too much slow.

If an user have a lot of followers, eg. 100 followers, the only way to print them at the moment is in a large list with pagination, in mobile devices it is not practical. I wonder if you can add two new options in enhanced directory to show only followers/following users and the user option for loggedin/author…, the EMD view is infinitely more usable that the list. And other feature request would be the possibility to send a broadcast message (with private messages addon) to only the users that appears after a search and with the possibility to select the ones you want to send the message definitely. Please let me know what do you think about these features. Thanks
In respect first question the issue is that for social platforms when users can have a large number of followers would be great display them with other templates (table, collage,emd …) with better usability that the actual list, and have the possibility to search with filters as well. This feature maybe could be done creating a new general option for all templates that print only “followers”, with this add increase a lot the social possibilities of your plugin. Thanks
