We are using WordPress version 6 and everything works fine for us, you probably have a different problem. You must open a support ticket so we can fix the problem or give a refund.

I changed my rating due to the fact that the author is (now) trying to support my needs much more. Maybe in January he was too busy and that does happen now and then to freelancers. (All at once or nothing for long time)

Still, I think, there seem to be some updates required. Either my webpage is not compatible or there are some bugs. I am not sure.

If after the administration system, theme or other plugin update our plugin does not work properly, then first need to initiate a support ticket to inform us, then we find your theme or plugins defects, or conflicts and fix them, then we test to see if everything is fine and only then we can release the update, it takes time... And another thing our plugins don't cost much, if you need urgent support, then we need to invest more, have 24 hours support, but then the price of the plugin will go up and most buyers will not want to buy it. Anyway, WordPress is free and for small businesses that don't have a lot of money yet. We work with the best commercial system and big projects, if you ever need a high level e-commerce project you can contact us.

I have about 7 years trying to figure out how to use this product. it has all the features wordpress has on its own, and just makes it look pretty. thats about it.. I bought it for the many features offered from day 1, but i guess greed has taken its place in developers hearts they slowly and chip by chip started monetizing every cool feature and made it an "ADD ON: that obviously would be sold separately, i am out of luck and my money is gone for good since i dont have all the features i intended to use .. i dont plan on patronizing or supporting any more of your work..
envato should not allow developers to get a hook on all users as developers" instead of finding new products to make" start monetizing feaures originally offered in their products. i buy a lot of stuff and i see it now as a pattern. USERPRO is not the exception.
i wish i could request my money back..

This is very unprofessional from your side. You have been using this plugin for 7 years and had no claims, but have now decided to ask for a refund. Do you event think what you are doing... And this plugin didn’t belong to us a few years ago, so you’re now slandering our company for talking about older events, naming it as if we’ve come up with an idea to make a plugin with Add-on’s, although that’s basically a smart thing to do to save customers money.

support for plugin is very good, Vidmantas helped me with lots , some stuff was me wanting to customise a bit ,some where me setting settings incorrect , nothing was to much trouble ,very polite , very responsive and most importantly ....very very knowledgeable ,

He bajado mi opinión sobre este plugin, debido a que actualmente no es compatible 100% con elementor. Me da errores al editar. He probado uno a uno todos mis plugins, y este es el único que me daba fallos, por ello... una estrella

Our plugin is compatible with Elementor plugin. You never wrote to us and never asked for help. It’s not clear what’s not working specifically for you, probably it’s not our plugin’s fault.

for Code Quality

This plugin seems great to me and I recommend it 100% because it gives you all the functions they offer through a clean, highly functional code with excellent integration and flexibility with WordPress (and in my case also the Avada theme).

UserPro is extremely customizable through CSS with rare exceptions that you can still customize by getting your hands a little bit dirty and diving directly to the plugin's core files (which are well-structured and annotated).

And my experience with their customer support is nothing less than outstanding.
A special shoutout to Vidmantas (part of the DeluxeThemes support team) for his exceptional help in fixing some minor tweaks to make the plugin even better for all of us!

Ok, I've been using the plugin for a few months now and I finally leave my first review (which may be subject to change).

Before purchasing the plugin I was trying to find some information on it and i was looking at the screenshots a bit, but to be frank it seemed pretty basic to me.

All information I managed to get about the plugin finally convinced me and I therefore dared to take it (yes "dared" because the big negative point is that you have to be content with a online demo which clearly does not demonstrate the extent of the plugin's possibilities, so you have to buy it to get a concrete idea), but luckily it was a very good idea because I was able to add a good interface and transform some aspects of my site thanks to it.

You will be able to manage your site and there are a lot of customization options to ultimately create simple but terribly effective user profiles.

I dealt with technical support and the person who helped me was quite patient, understanding and available. I appreciated overall.

Well, honestly it is better to be a little resourceful and know what you are doing otherwise the help may seem limited (as for many other supports), but to continue to be frank, for the moment it is one of the best support I have had to deal with. Of course I can only judge the person who helped me this time precisely.

If you want to manage access and create offers etc, I think it would be better to plan the purchase of a complementary plugin, knowing that UserPro as the name suggests, focuses mainly on the user and all aspects which may be related.

Like ANY plugin there are a few annoying little things (which I will share with support by the way), but nothing that can't be fixed i think.

Finally, I would like to say that I recommend this plugin, but knowing that it is impossible to get a concrete idea with the online demo, inquire about it a maximum in order to know if it can suit you.

Very outdated. Doesnt work with a lot of things and settings are limited too not very helpful ones... Wish I hadnt bought all of their products..

I installed the plugin went through the configuration, and now I have a website with 500 pages!!... Now I have to go and delete hundred of useless pages, this is probably the most annoyed I had been with a plugin.

Good Plugin but customer support is really week. I have an issue for 2 weeks and sent a ticket but i still have no answer and noone is helping me with this. I need to solve this all alone and it is urgent. Sadly i still have this problem and still no help.
